Literally left the carwash dirtier than I arrived. $20.00 wash tried for first time, wont be back. Left brush marks all over the vehicle as well as hard water stains.Edit: Appreciated the refund but fix your car wash.

Love this car wash, they are helpful and love that I get a free car wash from my dealership for them. They have microfiber drying towels and vaccums that can be used on either side of your car without sharing! Dont like that I have to bring cash to request an upgrade with my Mazda code now 😕... Used to be able to use coupon and pay the difference with credit. Please bring it back!

I used to come here before the place became fully automatic and I thought it was decent then. They did a great job with the renovation. The cheapest wash is $10 then 15 & $20, there is a wash club as well. I got the $10 wash, which is about what I would pay to Handwash my car usually about $7. There was so much first l dirt left on my car it was ridiculous. The bonuses are the vacuums are great suction and you get free towels to dry which was great since there was so much dirt left on my car

Ive been searching all around this area for a car wash whose vacuums have suction worth it and I have to say, my car has never looked cleaner inside and out! Best vacuums and wash Ive been to in a while. I have a happy car :)

Bait and switch at its finest! Use all the top notch products, get people to sign up for the Infinity Club, wait 2 or 3 months, then change products to the cheapest you can find! I loved driving away the first couple of months. Now - I can still see the grime from the edge of the wiper blade on the windshield & wax is pretty much non existent. I can get a better wash down the street for less than half what Im paying here. Nelson Nissan - shame on you for running switch and bait business! Please cancel my membership!

Keeping my car clean has never been so easy! Having a clean car with small children is a challenge, and it is very difficult! Thats why Im happy to have found the perfect place to wash my car without stress. Convenient, easy fast, and entertaining for the kids!

The most impressive feature of this wash was the VACUUMS! I have a dog and my car gets dirty, and those vacuums have great length and suction, I was able to get all the dog fur out and get deep in between all the cracks! The wash was fun and colorful, and they even provide clean microfiber towels to wipe off your car. Friendly and nice staff as well! Will definitely be back!

These guys seriously go above and beyond any other car wash I’ve ever seen. They made sure the car was spotless. Spent extra time in the front bumper. Most places just send you through the tunnel but not these guys. Best car wash I’ve ever been to.

Launch is the best Ive experienced locally. Their menu is easy to navigate and there are three lanes, which cuts down on traffic during busy times. The wash does a great job of dirt removal, but the best are their dual vacuum stations stocked with plenty of microfiber drying cloths. Easy in and out. Overall, a great experience!

Carwash has been getting worse and worse. Tire wet doesnt work. No undercarriage wash and leaves dirt all over the vehicle. It use to be pretty good.

Friendly staff who made sure I knew I could go through a second time is my car didnt come clean the first time. Sure enough the Creek County dirt was still on my running board, but they happily let me back through.

Car was is nice - works well.. vacuums are nice too.. only one thing I don’t fancy is that the spray guy that spraying the vehicle as we enter the wash... why only do one side of the car? Not sure the purpose if you are only helping clean one side. Why even do it?

I’m not certain if the people who wrote the 1-2-3 ⭐️ reviews were at the same car wash that I was at!I had difficulty with the machine and a staff member was out there helping (and not making me feel inept) with in seconds!!I have a low sedan with a panoramic glass top. It was spotless. Did I pull out with bug guts still? I did - but those have magical super glue powers and have to be scrubbed off no matter where you are!!So. I used some of their provided microfiber towels and took care of it!$20 for one of the top of the line washes or $30 for an entire month!!Why wouldn’t you do $30 and have the cleanest car in town?I paid a lot of money for my car and it deserves to be pampered too!

This is the nicest car wash I remember ever going to. Great work washing, and they have wonderful vacuums and microfiber hand towels (which they put in new ones a few times throughout my visit) before/after the wash. My car came out the cleanest it’s been since I purchased it. Also, the customer service was top-notch. Marshall did a great job helping me pick the car wash I wanted, he engaged with me in friendly conversation, and he provided great customer service overall. My experience provides great reasons why I should go back again!

Great wash! I usually get the service with rain repellent and its good through a rainy day or two. The vacuumms and available micro fiber towels are also a great addition.Definitely going back with both of my vehicles!

Best car wash! Brand new facility. Incredibly polite and professional staff. My car had a ton of bugs on the grill from a long road. When they didn’t all come off, they ran my car through again no charge. The vacuums are super strong. And they even provide soft towels to hand dry your car with.

Easy way to wash your truck. I have 12.5 tires and have no issues with my truck and the monthly fee is cheap and run my truck through at least 3 times a week.

I visit weekly. If the was isnt the best, theyll run you through again. Great free drying cloths and vacuum.

I love the intense quality of that Launch Car Wash provides to its customers. It doesn’t have the metal trays to put your tires into- so there isn’t a threat of slashed tires. Also, there isn’t the possibility of damaging the side molding and front and rear dams of specialty vehicles due to the design of the wash line itself. I was able to run my BMW through without trouble as well as my 4x4 Xterra with chunky tires with no issues. This truly is a full service wash!

Had problem with the download they gave me in a text by the gentleman there saw this and told me to go ahead after programming his gate entry machine to let me through.

Fair job cleaning my car. I have a hatchback and these automatic car washes never clean the back of my car. This place as well as others.

I loved it it’s a great car wash cleans very well! Love that they have towels to wipe down after! Only thing that would make it the very best around is if they had carpet/mat cleaners like to wash it down and let it air dry while you vacuum and clean the inside! But over all it’s the best to go to!

His staff are all friendly, helpful and professional.The recently added large screen TV at the entrance to the car wash is very helpful in guiding the car onto the car wash conveyor belt. This particularly helps my wife who was, prior to this TV, hesitant to enter the wash on her own.The car wash itself is modern, clean and washes our cars squeaky clean. The blow dryers are great and their vacuums very powerful. The tag plate recognizing feature is convenient and their mobile app is very useful.All in all *****.

Very thorough wash and finally a nozzle that cleans the mirrors of soap. Always damp rags in the vacuum area for your interior. Vacuums have enough power to pull even the most stubborn items out of your carpet. This is why I became a monthly car wash member first time Ive ever done it.

My husband and I have the unlimited package for our cars. We drive into Launch Car Wash, pause for a minute to have license plate read and proceed to car wash! The wash is fast and efficient! The vacuum and cloths supplied are convenient, clean and fresh. This helps make it easier and faster to keep our cars clean. I highly recommend this business!

Very nice car wash, free vacuums, vacuums are very powerful and are a lot nicer than the vacuums you see anywhere else.The car wash is sometimes a bit iffy, sometimes leaving a bit on the car but works mostly all the time, there are a lot of options such as waxing, just soap, soap and tire shine, and a few more options, 4 stars because the car wash itself is a little bit iffy.

We had an accident outside on the street right before heading in for a car wash... so we pulled in to exchange information with the other driver the guy that was running the car wash wasnt even concerned with our wellbeing he was only concerned with how long wed be on his property and demanded that I drive my car with a bent tire up the hill to the QT next door... the least u can do is show empathy for a regular customer we sure wont be back u treating us the way u did ! Had to wait for the police to arrive to take a report however u still remained rude!!!

I LOVE this car wash. Best I’ve ever been to. The staff is REALLY professional. Very clean cut guys who come out to help you pay and guide you into the tunnel. The equipment is top notch and the entire inside of the tunnel is clean and powerful. Totally worth the money.

Brought my new 2021 car in and it made it DISGUSTING. Paid $20 for the highest wash. Took it through TWICE and it was so dirty. There is water and streak marks everywhere. My rear view window is so dirty! Wouldn’t return

Car was not clean still had bug stains. Roof was clean completely. It still had dirt on it. Has to around twice but did not make too much of a difference. I Signed for a month. Will talk to manager.

I love that they have a screen that helps you alight your vehicle above the entrance to the tunnel. The way they time the washes is awesome for avoiding accidents, and the instruction lights for when it is okay to drive out are super helpful. They also have fun lights that make it feel like you are being washed in a hyperspace jump

Launch has a membership that made it easy to swing through to clean my car. Also, they provide microfiber towels, several trashcans and the vacuums work well.

There are many automatic car washes to choose from around me and this one is just a bit longer than the rest and seems to do a more thorough job than the others. I love the app and text discounts they send out!

In my experience, having only used a few of the modern automatic car washes, this is hands down the best in every way, specifically their friendly and prompt service, and the overall quality of the wash. The complete experience is truly exceptional. In the past, I either washed my vehicles myself at home, or manually at the nearest car wash, to ensure my satisfaction with the result, but for $10 (their cheapest individual wash) it’s well worth my time and money.

Great wash and excellent customer service. Besides the fact that this is the latest technology in tunnel car washes at a very reasonable price, the customer service here is top notch. After making an error on my account through the app when I signed up a new vehicle, I called them to get it corrected and Zach fixed my error within five minutes with a confirmation texted to me for my records.It is a real pleasure to work with efficient businesses to make my daily tasks go smoother.

The wash is quick and pretty good, the lighting was really bright and the vacuums are great with lots of suction. All-in-all, very good.

We canceled our subscription at another wash because of the friendly, responsive employees, and all of the wonderful SOAP at this car wash! The wash mechanism is gentle and yet it does a great job on the whole car. They had some trouble with their wheel dressing mechanism initially, but they seem to have it working now.
