All the information we needed to make the right selection was provided in a polite, respectful and expedient manner. Update!!! So apparently this salesperson completely lied to us all the way around about the vehicle that was being delivered on the truck and was to be brand new. The vehicle we had to wait for was a loaner vehicle and was waiting for the person to bring it back. We were told that we were getting a brand new vehicle that had a power lift gate, remote start, and heated seats. The vehicle they tried to give us had none of those options and was not a brand new vehicle. It had not even been detailed as promised or filled with gas as promised. We were promised by the manager that they would work to find us a vehicle. We were then called by Kristen Glover about a week later and she vowed to make it right and find us a vehicle. This was over a month ago and no one from Jim Glover Chevrolet has contacted us. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Seems like the management has a problem with telling the truth as does its employees. We have since purchased a brand new Honda from Honda of Muskogee and I am in love with the vehicle and service from there. The below statement is the review I left when we left there expecting to get our new vehicle in 2 days!Sarah was amazing. She worked very hard to get us into a new car. We have bought several cars in the past and Sarah was the very best we have ever dealt with! Very friendly and professional!

I am in the car business myself and deal with car people all day long. So I can be skeptical and I feel I am a good judge on how a customer should be treated in a car buying situation. I was not disappointed!! I was very impressed from start to finish with my experience! They took the vehicle to my house so my wife who is also a mother of 6 could test drive it. Then I was able to do the whole transaction on my phone while I was working. Then the finance manager called me and went over options and was very fair and forthcoming with my rate, options, etc. I felt like he understood me as a car guy and treated me like a friend. Kerstin was very patient with my work schedule and took care of my wife fully! Thank you Glover Family for treating me like family!!

Update 10/4/21:Shortly after my initial review, Jared Glover reached out to me and apologized. He informed me that there was a miscommunication regarding C8 pricing. Jim Glover Chevrolet intends to honor MSRP pricing for those customers that had originally been placed on their wait list.It is extremely nice to see a business honor their initial word, especially after miscommunication has occurred. I will update this review again if anything should change, but I dont expect that it will.Initial review:I communicated with Rob Melone at Jim Glover Chevrolet in October 2020. During that conversation, Rob informed me that his dealership was selling the C8 Corvette at MSRP. As such, I was added to the dealerships list for future C8 orders. After patiently waiting for nearly a year, I received an email from Rob in August 2021 stating that the dealership was now adding a $10,000 dealership fee for all C8 Stingray orders. While I certainly understand the supply and demand issues applicable to all dealerships (both for Corvette and globally due to Covid), your word should be worth something. For other perspective vehicle purchasers, I would be extremely hesitant to deal with Rob Melone or Jim Glover Chevrolet. I certainly would take their word with a grain of salt. They seem to value the bottom line above all else. Caveat emptor.

Had to take my car in for a recall from the manufacture. My vehicle is 13 years old...though in good condition. Not once did a salesman or maintenance person try and push or sale me a vehicle. I appreciate that... When Im ready to purchasea vehicle I will seek JG as option. Good Job!

I must say, I can always count own him when, I want to get the best service and this exceptional when I say this about extraordinary people. My rapport with him through 3 cars is always so welcoming. Kevin Thames is the face you want to represent quality customer service for your company. He’s always so poise and has such a professional demeanor about himself and representation of the company. I could go on and on, but I leave room for other great reviews on this individual. If we had it my way, like Burger King, he deserves “MVE” Most Valuable Employee Award of the Year. An don, he’s not paying me to say these things.. Way to go, Kevin!! Oh, I want forget some of the other great staff in the service department. They’re always so welcoming as well. It’s great to be know without being negative but positivity all day to your customers..

Incredible service. Vance helped me find the perfect used car, from a distance, on a holiday weekend!. He took videos and pictures, arranged low interest financing, had service done on the car early, and even got it detailed / filled the gas tank. The whole team, including Bruce in financing, was top notch. Really nice facility too. I will be coming back for my next Chevy 100%.

This review is for the service department at Jim Glover. I dropped my truck off for a small insurance claim. It should have been 1 1/2 -2 days worth of labor but I understand you have to send an estimate and get approval, etc. so I anticipated on being without my truck for about 2 weeks. I finally got my truck back today after 78 days! It took them over a month to even look at it and then they had to send it to another shop to get fixed correctly because they didn’t know how to fix it and didn’t fix it right the first time. If you need service, please take it anywhere except Jim Glover Chevrolet.

Took my car in Friday for a tire replacement. They confirmed that the existing tire couldn’t be repaired. I paid for the new tire to be ordered. Monday morning at 8am, I called and was told they couldn’t see that it had been order. I was told they would look into it and call me back. By 10am, I hadn’t heard back so I called and was told they were still looking into it. At 1pm, I called again and was told the tire was there. I made an appointment for Tuesday at 7am to have the tire mounted and balanced.Tuesday morning at 7am, I arrive. The service rep, Steve, who I had spoken with on all 3 calls on Monday, greeted me and said “I know what you’re here for.” Thirty-five minutes later, Steve comes to the waiting room to tell me they tried repairing my tire and it couldn’t be repaired. I asked why they were trying to repair a tire that I had already ordered a replacement for. I told him that he just told me yesterday that the new tire was there, ready and waiting for me. He said, oh, I didn’t put you and the new tire together. Really!?! So, no, he didn’t know why I was there. His assumption and poor customer service caused me to be there for 1 hour & 35 minutes just to have a new tire mounted and balanced.Awful customer service! I’ve always used Glover for service and maintenance on this vehicle. Never again!

Great service! Friendly and knowledgeable. Oil change cheaper than your typical service at other places, I didn’t realize this. I always they dealerships were more expensive…Nope!; rotates tires-which I love and offers a complimentary car wash. The only thing I would suggest is for them to vacuum the car out. That’s the only reason I gave it 4 stars. Other than that..I’ll definitely be back in 5K miles.

Where to start. Terrific communication. Victor, our sales rep., was super informative and helpful. When the vehicle I was looking at was sold he immediately let me know of another new listing. Lots of great conversations n I ended up driving 2hrs to see this vehicle. Was not disappointed. Staff was very friendly n helpful. We were able to come to an agreement. The finance gentlemen was terrific. Best experience thus far from a dealership buying experience. Still waiting for vehicle to be detailed, just bought today, so will update when I acquire it. I tried to get my preferred dealership to trade with Jim Glover because I had already heard some negative things, however Jim Glover refused to do so.To make a long story short Vance went behind my back and tried to set up OnStar after I had specifically told him I already had an account so not to do that. I was then locked out of my account for 3 weeks. Spoke to Bryan and Mark (both sales managers) they were going to call me back and Im still waiting on them to call. Car was suppose to be delivered by the time I was off work the next day(2pm) he never called to set up delivery finally got in touch and gave him until 3 at five minutes til 3 he let us know he was about to leave the dealership! Fast forward I now have a flat, called to see if I could get it fixed because Vance added an extra $900 warranty that was suppose to cover everything on the out side bumper to bumper only to find Vance again lied and this warranty is apparently useless and a way to scam even more money from you. SO BUYER BEWARE.

I had such a positive experience! Vance Gaut is a great salesman and a great guy! He was so inviting and hospitable, he was very upfront about everything, and he was not pushy, which I truly appreciated. Since I live in northeast Missouri and it wouldnt be too convenient for me to drive down to Tulsa to see the vehicle I had in mind, Vance did a walk-around video of the vehicle and sent it to me. I was sold as soon as I saw the video. When he mentioned that they can deliver my new SUV to me, I jumped at that. This entire process ran so smoothly. We had the greatest experience with Dakota and Bruce. Dakota was patient and really went the extra mile finding us exactly what we wanted. My husband was being a little bit grumpy in the beginning, but Dakota didn’t give up, nor did he change his cheerful attitude. While I didn’t get to drive my vehicle home (it needed a repair) I am very grateful for the inspections that Jim Glover does before sending their used vehicles home. Bruce was given a huge task (financing 2 vehicles at the same time) and he handled it like the pro he is, laughing and joking with us the whole time. Customer service hands down is the best in town!

I just want to thank you all and especially Kip Richardson! I had an awesome experience and was treated the best I have ever been from any dealership. I bought my 2012 Chevy Cruze there and decided to go back again and got even better service than last time! Kip was open and honest and very sincere. I went to Jim Glover to have a key fob programmed for my car. All the staff were very friendly, professional, welcoming, and had wonderful personalities. The waiting room was very clean and comfortable. They told me it would take an hour to have it done. Exactly one hour later my children and I were out of there. The price for my key fob was super reasonable also. I did not purchase my car from Jim Glover, but I will definitely be going back for any car service needs!

The buying of truck went good, salesperson was not very knowledgeable. I was very very disappointed with the SERVICE department. I had the truck in for repairs numerous of times. I had a vibe rations in the truck. They had me buy a 1300$ set of tires. That did not fix it. Finally after several trips they got it fixed. They NEVER returned a phone call. I had to drive there to see what was the status of the truck. NEVER repaired on time. I probably will buy another truck there, but NEVER take it in for service there. The service department was terrible.

Said there were plenty of people to talk to, but had to get all my personal info first. Guess if they cant sell you a car, they can either sell your info.
