WORST COMPANY EVER!!! RUN!!! WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!! I set up an account in February with Michael Cain and one of his supervisors. I was told that I could leave at anytime if I wasnt happy with the service. I was super hesitant because I had the same cc service company for 12 years. They assured me that for whatever reason I wasnt happy I could leave with no penalties, turn back equipment and that would be it. Well that is a complete lie!!!! Now I am still being charged the $19.99 non comply fee and cant get anyone to call me back, return emails or texts, or send self address box to me to send everything back. A complete JOKE!!!!

The worst company to go with. This guy Pete and his boss will rip you off big time they had me sign a contract I ran credit cards with them never saw a penny will be taking them to court trust me it’s the most rip off company you will ever deal with and the guy will promise you the world but when it come down to it I have text messages from him to prove it. They make the people that work for them write a review to look good. Wow

So...if that tells you anything, it should tell you everything you need to know about EMG. ** - 07-08-19Well, duped again. Cleary (review above) was my boss and I talked him into switching because I thought EMG would be great. Price match - awesome! No PCI fees - even better! No hidden fees, no charge for debit, and next day deposit - score!Almost 2 years later and the only thing I gained from my EMG experience is to know how to deal with rip-off companies like them in the future. My terminology of everything processing has increased dramatically.Our rep from Tulsa left EMG - and we were left with someone from Dallas who was NOT helpful - EVER. The only time she was nice and helpful is when I was cancelling with them. The cancellation fee of $595 was the best money Ive ever spent.Heres the kicker - I processed a card on June 13th, our last day with EMG - and the funds were never deposited into our account. I just spent another HOUR of my life dealing with the least organized company. Thankfully they admitted their mistake and I should have the money back into our account by tomorrow. But Im not holding my breath.Use EMG at your own risk. Its my belief that no credit card processors are trustworthy. Theyre all money-grabbers with no thought to you or your company.

Before switching over to EMG from our last processor, I did a lot of research to find the best processor for our company. EMG is amazing. Their rates, their transparency and their excellent customer service makes all of the research seem worthwhile. Nickie Holm is our local rep and she is amazing. I can call her at any time and she will help/ walk me through any issue we may have (which is rare) - but the point is, she is there and she is honest. By the way, they price-match - so if any competitor comes in, they will discuss options with you and match/ beat their pricing. This was a great decision for our company and I hope our business relationship continues for many years.

Scam,scam and scam... lets God forbid you all who is reading this review to do any kind of business with Elliot Management Group ever!!!especially dont sign any papers with them,or giving them your bank account number,because they will be sucking your money for nothing or they will come up with any kind of BS fees that you are not aware of. they did it to me for multiple years, until l hired an accountant to review everything.I wanted to get out of this deal with them,signed the cancellation paperwork, but guess what? They kept on charging my bank for the next 2 months . When i asked for a refund,all was given just their leap service . They refused to refund those extra charges . So, be careful guys!Think twice before making any decisions on doing any business with Eliot Management Group. Thanks for reading!!!
