They do not provide you with documentation upfront, or a welcome packet, or phone number, or anything that lets you know they exist when you move in to one of their neighborhoods. I had to have my realtor track them down through a title company to find out how to contact them. Then, after initially contacting them I was told I would be mailed a packet, a week later I still had no packet - so I called and was told again I would get a packet and a pool card. A week later, no packet or pool card. I called back and told them to just email me the dang packet which they fought me on because they said again that they wanted to mail it (which I knew would never happen), so I finally talked them into emailing it to me. STILL NO POOL CARD! Its 99 degrees outside and my kids cannot swim at the pool that I am paying to use. I called them again 4 weeks after moving in, again they said they were going to mail me a pool card - I asked if I could come by and pick one up and she told me not to threaten her! I want a pool card, not to inflict bodily harm - this is ridiculous! Dont move into a neighborhood managed by these clowns.
There never was, or is, a person named Jim Shorts (get it? gym shorts?) who lived in that neighborhood. Its a scam review.
