I have called several time complaining that their guys keep leaving the trash cans in the street at my mothers house that is almost 70 and has trouble even moving the trash can around. I dont understand how hard it is to put the trash can back up on the curb like it was when they grabbed it to dump it..... I few extra steps wont kill ya!!!!

I had my trash missed 2 weeks in a row, proceeded to call and politely ask them to put a note to come by and get it as were moving to a new home. I was transferred to a supervisor named Colt. He made it out to seem that I wasnt being honest. A week goes by and its next trash week... guess what? Trash is missed again. I politely call back and explain my frustration and my need for the trash to be picked up.After I assure him (Colt) it hasnt been picked up, he responds I assure you it says your trash was picked up sir and theres nothing else I can do but make a note again.No sorry for your frustration, or an apology whatsoever.Very very unprofessional way to deal with an upset customer.
