This guy (Carlos Plaud) is a crook and a Felon. He told me he was licensed and bonded. I found out later he was not. One of his workers told me he was homeless and asked if he could take a shower in my house. I was a single mother at the time if that gives you an idea of what my response was. After I confronted him he walked out and would not give me my deposit back. On top of that I had to pay a real contractor to fix the work he did do. The good 5 star reviews are probably fake and made up by Carlos. Stay clear.

We purchased a home for our son. He and his friends trashed it. Carlos and his crew put it back together for us, and did a fine job. We sold it for $.8000 more than our asking price because of Carlos work quality.

Beware!!! Carlos Plaud has taken advantage of countless people including myself. He will take your deposit that he asks for upfront and will not finish the job. To try and get your money back you will have to take him to small claims but you will find out that he has no assets and in huge debt. There are plenty of honest contractors out there that wont take your hard earned money. There is a customer George Alexander/Kakoma that also left a review. Im sure that you recognize his name since you took $30k from him and did not finish the job. Also, I have a pic of the court docs ruling in my favor for when I sued you. Ill try and post it so you can see it!
