Frank from Texas and partner Mike great to work with. Frank is the best installer I know. Job was 10 stars. Sears was great.

The results were better than we imagined! Setting a limit of 150 characters means I cant write more. Thats too bad.

Do not use these people. I hired them to install siding on my house. It took them two months to allegedly finish the project. Further, they did not have enough trim ordered and reused the old trim that is a different color. My house looks like a clown house. I had to give them one star to write this review. They ripped me off and now I am stuck with a clown siding house installed by clowns. Oh, and they stole one of my ladders and a level. Think about it, they came to install siding without a level or ladder. I will have to hire a real contractor to fix their mess. I may sue the contractor, subcontractor, Sears, and Home Advisor. Again, do NOT use these guys. I would call them crooks; but I don’t think they are that smart. I cannot come up with the proper words to express my displeasure with these clowns and their circus attitude.

Your sales rep David Cecil, is phenomenal. Every person Ive spoke with has been pleasant. Contractors didnt show we used propane, so he had no kit. He stated that he would return the next day to complete installation (my heart sunk). At some point he decided to go to Muskogee and get kit. Thanks so much to for all you do. Now were just chilling!

They got to us really quick and the installation was done in a day would recommend.

It may be listed as Sears, but its not. I called to see if they have a capacitor for my washing machine. I was being transferred to parts dept, then after waiting they hung up on me. I called back, was transferred 3x and waited 8 minutes before someone whose English I couldnt understand got back on the line. I asked if theyre in Tulsa, had to demand an answer since she kept trying to talk over me, then finally got we are off-shore. I just hung up. If I wanted to order online, Id order online, not call a local number!!
