We hired Builderhaus as our general contractor to build our new home in Broken Arrow. The wood floors took a little longer than expected but the quickness of the plumbers made up for that. Debbie was very helpful with helping us find the right interior designs and character that made our new house a home. All the staff and crew was great and helpful. We look forward to having them build our new deck this summer!
I recently used a BuilderHaus worker to place trim around an open doorway in my home. The worker arrived promptly, had all necessary tools, was neat and tidy, and cleaned up any mess he made. The workmanship was quite excellent, the young man even told me a tip on covering nail heads with acrylic caulk so that they will disappear when they are painted. Overall the young man was very polite, worked quickly, and handled the job completely. Very pleased...
Just got a quote from a quality roofer. $6000 to replace and repair the shoddy work done by Builderhaus on our carport and shed just a few years ago. Notified Buiilderhaus of our continued leaks and they refused to fix their mistakes. Do not use this company. Poor quality and complete lack of responsibility. The owner Debbie Lewis did not return calls and did not take responsibility for the poor work of her team. I would never use this company for any work.
Thanks builderhaus. My kitchen remodel looks awesome. I told all my friends and family about you guys and you should be getting some calls from some of them soon.
5 star bathroom remodelors. I highly recommend them for remodel works.
Bought a LivingSocial/Groupon for handyman services beginning of the year and after mulitple attempts, gave up trying to use it as every job, they could not do. For example, I wanted insulation stapled into the crawl space. Was told they could only do it if I provided lighting on tripods or a person to go under with them to light their way. Really? Recently purchased another Groupon for Christmas light installation not realizing it was through this company. They came and hung them backwards with the female end down and the male end hanging from the very peak of my roof on the side of the house. When I called to have this corrected, it took days to get someone to call me back (they never answer the phone) and then I was given a lie about how my lights had two female ends and I must have had them rewired. Waste of money since I cant plug them in at all and now they want to charge me to redo them. Would never recommend.
Had a stream of negative experiences with Builderhaus. Horrible customer service, the co-owner called relentlessy when she wanted to get the job or payment (even though we pay promptly) and she doesnt call back when there are probblems. We had to call them to clean up after two large jobs (they left fast food debris and large piles of old siding, roof tiles, etc on the lawn and another time left without reassembling the pipe that holds the electrical wiring on the outside of the house), We had to ask them to come back and re-do an entire job (which they did fully and promptly--there were half-inch gaps between the siding they installed), we had to ask them to come back and repair their roof job twice due to leaks (which again they did and they did fairly quickly after both calls) but it still leaks. The last job, which was replacing siding, was left uncaulked (we showed them photos of the uncaulded areas) and so the wood was rotted about a year after the job and after three months of phone calls to them, and after two guys came out-- one while we were were gone and he didnt know where the wood rot was and another who took photos of the missing caulk and said he would get back to us within a few days, but didnt call back for over a month--they refused to take responsibility and the owner said she would be spending her money to do this job for us This latter process spanned three months, with us calling them repeatedly and them not answering or responding to our calls --So I encourage you to look elsewhere for your repair and building needs
