Wonderful Service, Great Product, & Effective Pricing! We decided to have an excellent and durable vinyl siding installed at our home. After many calls and estimates from other companies we met with sales person, Bob Watson with Burnett Home Improvement. Bob was polite, timely, knowledgeable and honest. He provided us with options for full replacement and recommendations if we wanted just specific repairs done. We decided to do the full replacement and also chose to replace 3 windows as well. Financing was available and it was a quick and easy process to get started. The installation crews were great. They were timely, presentable and worked cleanly. Unfortunate for the siding crew they had to work around a rainy forecast week, but they were efficient in the open times to work. They made sure to leave the worksite picked up in between working times. At the finish of the job, they did a complete clean up and haul away of trash and equipment. Deposit payments were easy to make at their office. The job is well done and we are excited to be able to enjoy the benefits of the new siding and windows. Thank you, we would use Burnett Home Improvement again and will recommend them to our family and friends.

We had a new tub installed in a 1920s house. The quote process was very smooth and quick, the install was done just as promised. Vitale, my head installer, has the eye for detail and offered helpful suggestions through the process for any problems that arose. We are so glad our new tub is in. This was a huge improvement for the house.

Outstanding company with excellent service and support Bob worked with me to meet all the needs for my house, picking Color and materials. I choose new siding and French doors installed. I walked by this really great looking shower on display @ An Affair of The Heart in Tulsa & couldn’t help stopping to admire it! Of course, I had stepped right into the line of fire! Im just kidding about that because the saleswoman, or representative, was so sweet & so informative! I knew this was a divine appointment & that I had found the solution to our problem. Then she spoke my language... “FREE HOME ESTIMATE”... “NO PRESSURE”... Then I met Jeremy... no pressure, huh?!! But seriously, he layed it all out in great detail & worked with me to make it totally affordable! So I signed the dotted line!! Then it was time to assess the situation- measurements, phone calls, more measurements, more phone calls - the next thing I know I have two handsome Russians (if I’m wrong about their Nationality, please forgive me 😱) tracking dirt from the front door to my old shower! Please don’t take this wrong... they were very professional, very kind, extremely hard working & fun to listen to them visit with their cool accents, although I had NO IDEA what they were saying! They put tarps down from the entry to the bathroom & were careful to stay on those tarps as they tore out the old shower & carried old materials out & new materials in! They worked all day the first day & they left the room dust-free & cleaned out! They stored some materials inside my home with my permission. They discussed each step with me before they continued, to be sure they were installing my shower exactly the way I wanted it. They were right on time, only arriving a few minutes early, both days they were here to work. Trust me, I needed them to be closer to the time schedule because I’m NEVER early!! They took a 30 minute lunch & took one break during the first day when I offered them some hot chocolate & donuts! When it was all said & done I was instructed to wait 24 hours before it was ready to use! The shower is beautiful, sturdy, & so so so simple to clean!! I never knew how much Dawn liquid soap could do until now. Jeremy was scheduled to return for the final assessment. But he decided he’d rather get so sick that even his boss couldn’t get in touch with him 😳 I’m kidding... but he was down for a bit & then finally made it here to make sure everything was done to their standards. I was enjoying having this wonderful new shower... minding my own business... when my drain decided to back up into my BRAND NEW shower!! I contacted Jeremy to inquire if this was normal for new shower installs. He said, “No- but if a plumber discovers any materials that went down the drain & caused this we will cover the bill”. Of course, it was just convenient timing for my pipes to clog up really good to challenge the integrity of my new shower!! After the plumbers cleared out months worth of clogs, I poured Dawn on the black greasy “stuff” & started washing with a wash cloth... My shower was shiny again with very little effort!!! I appreciate that they did not back down from the possibility of materials being in my system & were more than willing to back up their guarantee!! All said & done, I have the most beautiful shower I’ve ever had in my life & it’s going to last longer than my house!!! Oh yeah, & I would definitely recommend Burnett for your next home remodel project!

We didnt visit this place, this place visited my wife and I. We are planning to replace bath tub and shower with a walk in shower. We invited 4 different companies to visit and make a bid to do the job. Burnett made the appointment and arrived. We enjoyed the salesman and it just seemed like he knew more directions to go to accomplish what we wanted and ways to save us money. We have hired them even after we talked to 2 other companies. Also they do several other remodel type jobs.

The two young men that installed my windows did an excellent job. They walked my house and talked about where they would start and what order they would go in. Talked to Neil with this company and was sold. Installation was not and could not be scheduled within times discussed initially. Installers were sloppy with install. $2k+ should include decent installation and service, but apparently those things are not included in price. If youre looking for a good enough job, it works just fine. If youre looking for your moneys worth-look somewhere else.Update: They came out and fixed all of our issues. The door looks great!

Bob came by and spent two hours going over not only what kind of siding they used by made a great color scheme to go with my brick.Ialso got 13 windows and he made great suggestions in that. At first I wanted it one color like it was but he suggested a light color with red trim and it is perfect. The siding makes it look like a new house. I got two new door also and they help make the room more comfortable. The crew that came out knew what they were doing and were friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them for any work you need to have done.i have received so many compliments from my neighbors not to mention my family

Great experience. From the initial consultation to completion of our new Windows we were treated with complete respect and appreciation. These folks are the best, if we had it to do over again we would use Burnett again.

The sales experience went well. Communication about the installation was well done and they were willing to work around our schedule. The installers arrived on time and were very nice. We were installing high security doors after a burglary and they took time away from the installation to show me the solidity of the installation. There was a slight problem with some caulk separating on the threshold of one of the doors and they came back promptly to fix that.The doors are great. My spouse is short and they placed the peephole where she can use it readily. The doors shut like bank vaults. Literally like vault doors, you can hear the air whoosh out as you close them. They have a high security locking system that is unobtrusive to use and it looks great.We will use Burnett again when we have our gutters replaced later this year. I highly recommend using this company.

We had two other estimates for replacement windows before Burnett, but after our sales associate Bob came out and gave us some options and estimates without being pushy, yet very informative we decided to go with them. We were very pleased with him and the entire company as well as the communication through the whole process. The installers also did a fantastic job and were a great crew. I had them out to do a estimate on my home for windows and a bath. They were really short with me and acted like i couldnt afford there products. Very disappointed that they didnt even measure my windows and gave such a high price on the bid. will not be doing business with this compony would recommend to keep looking.

First off cost for what was put in our bathroom shower,wrong caulking put in came and supposed my scrap out and replaced didnt get all of discolored caulking basically looks same PROMISED a cleaning kit plus couple of promotional gifts never received.I stall staff was supposed to follow up never called,WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE

I am very pleased with my new front storm door and the sliding patio doors. I did hesitate because of the cast but once they were installed I knew it was well worth it. They function smoother than anything else I have ever had. The installers were very kind and professional and did a great job.

I LOVE my new windows. Theyre a vast improvement to the ones I had before. I wasnt home when they were installed, but as soon as I entered, I could tell a difference, especially that night when it got really cold. Used to I would be freezing, not anymore. Im SO happy. My daughter said the workers were courteous and respectful. They did a great job and left the place in perfect condition. Everything they promised was done. Im extremely satisfied. I really like the way they open at the top, that is my favorite neat feature. Plus, the glass is so much nicer, and the screens are the kind that you cant tell they are there, lol. This is the second time we have worked with Burnett, and we are extremely happy with the product and services. The first time was to replace out previous homes windows, and the current time was to replace our current homes back patio door and windows. Each time the install was done professionally, on time, and courteously. The cleanup inside and out was completely finished and the trim that needed to be refinished for our patio doors was matched perfectly, which is impressive- the molding on the trim isnt made anymore, so the installers hand-carved new molding to match so we didnt have to perform an expensive remodel! After the instal and finishing, the only thing left for us to do was to paint. It was really a good experience and we plan on using Burnett again for future window replacement!

We wanted to replace all the windows in our house (21 windows). I saw Burnett had a display at a craft show at Expo Square and set up an appointment. First red flag - they refused to set an appointment with just me; they required both husband and wife to meet with the person who came out for the appointment. That required waiting almost two weeks. Second red flag - Appointment time, it was raining across town, and David wanted to reschedule, but I told him it wasnt raining at our house, so he came (something about measuring windows outside). This was a Tuesday evening appointment. Third red flag - He spent 90 minutes, never once giving us an estimate, just telling us various options of windows, not cost. He said he would send us an estimate by Friday. Fourth red flag - Later that week he sent an email that he was going out of town with his family and would send the estimate the next week. Next week came and mid week he emailed asking to meet with us to give the estimate. I asked him to email it as he had said he would. He finally did. Meanwhile I had set up another company to give me an estimate. Company 2’s estimate was $5K less for the same windows! We contracted with Company 2 and I sent David an email letting him know that we went with someone else. Last week, three weeks later, he replied to that email finally, and today, I got junk mail from another window company trying to sell me windows. Very suspicious, considering I only contacted two companies, and Im under contract with one of them (not Burnett).

Several years ago, when we had decided we had to put siding on the house, I arbitrarily picked 4 siding companies out of the Yellow pages. I ruled out 2 very quickly. The 3rd thought a quote over the phone was good enough, but Burnett gave me pages of previous customers and the current list of homes being worked. I went to one and saw that the trim was as exact as could be. The price difference was marginal between them and the others. After receiving all of the information, I found no problem in choosing Burnett.Since then, weve had some damage from the ice storm in 2007 and recently. In both cases, I called them and they came and took photos and spent considerable time looking over what needed to be fixed. The color was no longer available and later I found the color I picked was nolonger available. But of the colors available, the closest one matched very well.Again, a great job.

Your team performed flawlessly. I cannot recall names at the moment. The crew leader primarily worked on the installation of the patio door. This presented a few challenges which he overcame expertly. He worked diligently in the alignment and funtcion of the door and it works and looks amazing.This has been a much needed upgrade to the house which has caused quite a lot of anxiety in choosing an installer and hoping everything would work out. This entire process was just as the gentleman explained it would be at our first meeting and continued throughout.
