Let me start by stating Tiffany was fantastic and this review is in no way a reflection on the service she provided. That being said the issue I have is the online sign up program. What a waste of time. I set up a time and received a text that said batter up because they are a sports themed salon. I sat in the lobby for no exaggeration 46 minutes! That in my opinion is unacceptable especially when they encourage you to sign up to avoid waiting longer. What a joke! This is so misleading and quite frankly poor business practice. I will not be back. As a representative of this company Tiffany deserves better.

I went to this location after having a bad experience with Great clips on 21st and Yale. I highly recommend this location, it’s clean and very welcoming. Tiffany did a great job on my hair and paid close to little details. She is very friendly and easy to have a conversation with. I will definitely be back to this location to see Tiffany for my haircuts!

I just went in for the free haircut and walked out a new customer. Tiffany was awesome and did a perfect cut and believe me Im not easy to impress. I sat there for over 20 minutes waiting for a haircut without a mask and no one said anything. When it was almost my turn to get a haircut they refused to cut my hair because I wasn’t wear a mask. And the blonde woman was rude on top of that.If you don’t want to provide a service people that like to breathe than just tell them that at the beginning instead of wasting their time.

I have never had a bad experience at this location. Kristen always does an amazing job on my hair and I always request her. I don’t know the names of the other employees, but there is another girl who has cut my hair before and did great. She stands on the stage at the end. Fast service, great quality haircuts, always very friendly. Doing a good job with social distancing - customers wait in their car until called via text, all staff wearing masks, and hands-free check out.

My experience here has been undoubtedly the worst Sport Clips experience to date. I frequently visit Sport Clips for my hair cuts. After the last 2 visits at this location the customer service and quality of service has been beyond poor. The first bad experience I had, the stylist who’s name I can not remember had a horrible attitude and presented an attitude as though she was unhappy to be at Sport Clips. When I spoke to her she did not reply. Through the entire hair cut she spoke less that 2 sentences. I always request the MVP. However, with her attitude I couldn’t not stand to be in her company for another 5 minutes.The second and last bad experience I will have was done by a stylist Shane. She was extremely rude.... I asked in the beginning to do the MVP and purchase a bottle of shampoo. At the end of my haircut she went to put product in my hair, I reminded her I wanted the MVP. I also commented I’d like to have her go over a specific area that was of deferent length. She said once it was washed we could look at it again. When we got to the washing she skipped the massage and hurriedly washed my hair with water much too hot for comfort. Once we went back to the chair I noticed the area I wanted to be cut differently. As I was speaking to her she stared away from me as to intentionally ignore the request. I respected myself as she again stared away from me. After repeating my request she without a word fixed the area.I was more that displeased, I was disrespected. I will never return to this location. I have and will continue to share my bad experience at this location with friends, peers, coworkers, and or any other people that may be looking for a hair cut.Had there only been a single bad experience I would understand. At this point I believe poor management of this location is to blame. Customer service training should be gone over once more at this location.

The only place I go for a haircut. They always do a great job. Be sure you get the hair wash and hot towel, its my favorite part.

Dionne is my homie. She always cuts my hair well. My coworkers actually ask who fades my hair. A good place for any guy out there. And I love the online check in option. Keeps me from waiting forever in person!

My husband got his head shaved here & she missed about 3 spots on his head. Kinda think shaving a head would be the easiest of haircuts to give a person...but whatever. My son also got his hair cut that same day but by another one of the girls there. She did a great job! He loved it, he got a wash and shoulder massage too, so he thought he was a king! Hes 10 so it was awesome for him!

I’ve been coming in to this location for a number of years now. Every visit I’ve gotten a great haircut, and outstanding service.

They know mens hair well and treat you right! I got my dead ends cut and my beard trimmed and they did an excellent job, they even gave me advice on how to better take care of my beard. The only reason they have not gotten 5 stars is because I felt like my hairdresser was trying really hard to sell me different products. But it may have been because I was a first timer. I would still recommend this place.

Ive always had a pleasant experience. When I first started going there, I always went to Robyn....that girl can cut hair! Our schedules got a little off so I started seeing Nicole, I havent had a bad hair cut yet. Great atmosphere and even if there is a long line, those girls get through everyone pretty quickly, yet take the time give you a good cut and ensure you have a great experience.

I tried to book an appointment over the phone and they said they could not do it its only online which is convenient if you have a computer but its amazing that the other hair places that I called could do it over the phone Ive been a customer here for over 5 years never went anywhere else but since theyre inconvenient for the customer I will never be back

Hadnt had my hair cut in awhile and decided to use sport clips instead of my regular barber. I had Ashley as my stylist. She was friendly and cut my hair with precision.

Dont waste your time going to this location at 71st and 169. Store Manager Robyn was incredibly RUDE and unprofessional to me and my 7 year old son, even during this situation!

I normally go to a different location but I came in and got a fade. I normally have no issues at all. The lady that cut my hair was nice but I had expressed I want a medium fade with just a clean up on the top. She took my hair high fade and butchered the top. There was Minimal fading done. Nothing personal against the stylist but I won’t be returning to that location again. I will go out of my way to go to another location.

I came in around 7:45, closing time was 8 and i was one of the last 2 customers. I was sit down quick and received a very sloppy rushed haircut. The stylist also did nothing that i had asked of them. I requested that they cut my dead ends and give me a 5 to a 4 taper on the sides and back. Not something that requires an extreme amount of effort. I received a rushed side and back cut. While the top was way away from what I had requested of my dead ends being cut off. My hair is quite long on the top easily 4 inches. After my hair was cut I had about 2 inches more or less nearly half of my hair gone. This is nothing like what I requested, I like my hair long and did not plan for it to be cut that much anytime soon.I received a poorly done haircut because the stylist was ready to leave as it was nearing closing time. My hair was not properly cut despite not following my request. This was a very bad experience and I do not plan on going again.

Used the app to check in app online, drove from Catoosa to 61st & Hwy 169 to make my recommended time, was shown as being “on deck” but had to wait while a gentleman who I didn’t see on the board, went before me. What is the purpose of checking in online if I still have to wait behind customers who didn’t check in early & checked in after my online check in?Won’t be back to this location.

Everything was great, but I was a little thrown off by the 1 guy working there. Just takes you by surprise when you are used to seeing nothing but ladys at these places.

I have been going to this place for at least 3 years and always had a great experience. This last time I went, I did online check-in and it was the worst experience. When I walked in, it showed me on deck which is what I planned for. Instead, while I was sitting, one of the workers, moved me to 3rd in place and waiting 20 minutes, so she could get others ahead of me. After the 3rd person went ahead, I asked what happened. She tried to tell me that someone picked a wrong stylist and she needed to get the people who were waiting. Worst experience! She was so unprofessional.

I always expect a great hair cut when I go here. The staff is well trained and takes the time to get it right the first time. And the price is right too Excellent cuts for my son and I, only $33. Win!

I realized after I went to get my haircut . I was charged for mvp cut and all I received was a basic haircut . I did not get the shampoo massage or hot towel that was suppose to be included in mvp first haircut.Very nice stylist but would have liked to get the full experience.. The stylist were very nice but again was charged for something I didn’t get isn’t right

So I showed up 8 mins before closing (I know, I know) and was given the retail stare down before I even stepped foot in the door (open sign was on and door was unlocked). I apologized off the bat and even told them Id tip well. A lady who I assume is the manager reluctantly said shed help me. I was asked to pay up front and I obliged given the circumstances. I put down a 55% tip and tried to thank them for their help. I was cut off and rushed to the back for the quickest haircut Ive ever had! No small talk offered, which I prefer, but I could tell this lady was pissed. Her hands were shaking and she was throwing her equipment around the whole time. Extremely unprofessional behavior. Next time tell the customer you dont want to help! I would of much rather spent my money elsewhere. Decent haircut but not worth $28.

I took my son here, was our 2nd time my son left with hair all over his face and neck, we went back in and she just used a towel and said here you go, after we got home and he washed his hair it was like little spikes of hair was missed in different areas of his head.Disappointed. Spend almost 30$ to have this kind of look, not good.

I have been to this location three times this past month and each time different stylist. On each visit I came out with a horrible fade. For a $18.00 + tip you think they would know how to fade correctly. Beware of this location, if you dont want to get butchered or see a line in your fade yo elsewhere.

I took my 7 year old here today for the 2nd time. He’s very good and does not move or squirm. The lady who cut his hair today was nice but needs some more practice. The fade is awful and she tried to shape one side of his head but not the other. She cut the back of his ear to where he was bleeding significantly. I sadly did not notice these things until we got home and he said his ear hurt and I took a over all look. I will not be going back to this location.

Everyone is great I been coming here for months. All the girls are very experienced and get the job done.

Waited 50 minutes for the worst haircut since my processing days when I went to Boot Camp. Someone had to come and fix the hack job. Only reason I didnt say anything is I didnt want more hair cut, it was a new person and I have zero intention of ever returning. By pass this place at all cost unless you plan on shopping for a hat right after and waiting 2-3 weeks for your hair to grow out.

I come here every two weeks I get my pay check and I run to the shop but every time I get there their customer service is just horible they use that method of kill them with kindness type.. they basically make you feel broke or like a low life if you do not tip them or buy something. And at the end when I tipped $5 she just gave me a stare like they can see on the computer how much tip you gave them then she said in a rude manner bye I was shocked and promised myself I would never come to this store again..

Got a better haircut than I have ever had.

Terrible service. One of the ladys told me it would be around a 10 minute wait time while Im waiting i see them eating or texting and the whole wait time was 30 minutes. By the time I got my haircut she cut it too short, not at all what I asked for, and for 18$ youll get the worst haircut youve ever had. Again terrible place.
