I went in there today and got a haircut. From the front was good and I liked it. When I got home my friend pointed out that the side of my hair behind the ear was cut ALOT higher than the other side. I checked in the mirror and it was VERY uneven. You would think that PAYING $40 would get you a good cut!! Nope. Never goin there again.

Tried to go twice. First time was great. The second time they lost my appointment and didn’t have anyone else to cut my hair. I sent in feedback to the store, and did not receive any reply from the store. So buyer beware.

The low stars is because Ive been 2x and keep getting an uneven haircut and have to go back to get fixed which is super annoying. This time I didnt have the time to go back to get it fixed. I love the salon and the atmosphere though!

It’s basically an overpriced Great Clips only at Great Clips they don’t have beer but they will trim my beard. I paid $43 for a 30 minute session that lasted 20 minutes tops and I asked for a beard trim and was told “No, I’m sorry I have another client”. Perhaps her next client was the invisible man because no one else was waiting in the shop. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys over paying for services not rendered.

This place is an ABSOLUTE scam! My husband got a got a haircut and returned home looking like this.... I could NOT believe such a place would send a client out of their door with such an awful UNFINISHED cut!! Such a DISGUSTING place of business. I mean how many people had to have seen him ( Not including the pathetic barber who gave the cut) get up from the chair, pay, leave and not stop him!! Ill just let the photo speak for itself.

Im used to haircuts from Regis or Supercross which are a little less expensive. However I was very pleased with how my pandemic haircut turned out...first haircut since Feb was a nice experience. My stylist or barber did an excellent job, the staff was extremely nice, and only 2 customers were in the shop at a time. Id recommend it.

I set up my fiance to get his hair cut here thinking it would be better quality then past cuts at lower end shops. I was wrong his hair is horrible and completely uneven not only that but according to him the barbers father or an older gentleman came in and started talking to the stylist halfway through so he wasnt even asked if he liked his hair at the end (which he obviously doesnt). Maybe they just dont know how to cut slightly curly hair but for the price of it it is not worth what you will get.

I love the boardroom and specifically, love having my hair cut by Shayna. Im a big baby about haircuts, but Shayna is so friendly, not overbearing and above all gives a great haircut. The Boardroom itself is really nice and well taken care of.Plus, being able to schedule your haircut to get in and out is the best. I hate driving by a place to get a haircut and seeing 5 people in line ahead of you. Who has 2 hours to get a hair cut?

Look, its supposed to be a premium experience. I make the appt. online. I turn up 10 minutes before and stand around in the lobby wondering if anyone is around, it smells musty and rank, a gal finally comes out saying, Oh i didnt know you were here. I say Im Steve for 4:30, she kind of looks at me and begins serving the guest that just came out of his experience. No, glad your here, well be right with you.....We are running a little late....After 10 minutes of waiting with no update and no news I just leave. So much for my gift certificate in hand and hopes for a pleasant experience. Wow, all this and twice to three times the price down the street. Ill go down the street.

The benchmark treatment is the way to go. Easton is a stud barber and the woman who gave me the massage and paraffin wax was a sweetheart too. I’m 41 years old and I’ve never been pampered that way in my lifetime!

I left feedback and was contacted by management who offered to help fix my hair when it got longer.The last three visits have been fantastic. I will be back. This likely my new home. I appreciate management addressing my issue. The Boardroom is a great place for a quality haircut with the right stylist.

Shayna is excellent. I was referred to her by my girlfriend and moved my membership from another establishment where I was having difficulty getting an appointment. Scheduling online has been convenient and I have been able to get in on the same day with reasonable notice and flexibility on my part.I like to get very regular haircuts so I especially like the unlimited cut option with a membership.

Scheduled an appointment on their website, after arriving and waiting 15 minutes I accepted that they were not opening. A call letting me know they had decided to delay opening would have went a long ways.

This place is fairly new - just put in across from my work place. I made an appointment online and when I arrived, I was in and seated fast. Easton, my barber for the day, hooked me up with a trim and shaped my beard. I am very pleased with the friendly service and quality. I will be back.

My barber was nice but her skills were extremely average and she was borderline on professionalism. The reviews that call this place an overpriced SuperCuts unfortunately are not too far off.

This is an expensive Super Cuts. You’re better off saving your money. I got a terrible hair cut. The woman doing it was rude and didn’t listen to anything I wanted. Everything is uneven. I had to go someplace else to get it fixed. Her nails were so long they scratched my head the whole time. At the end of it she hurried me out to look at the clock and say she wanted to go home. Do not waste your money on this terrible place.
