Been going to BlackLabel on and off for 7 years, all that happened in these years is nothing but greatness! Professional, clean, great vibe, good people. Can be hectic to book at times but thats about it just book in advance if you need to.

I been coming here for the last 5 years when marco was there he was my go to barber. i got fade on both sides on my head one they aren’t even at all. i tried to give tim another chance but im not coming back. the prices gone up and the quality is still sub par.

Tim gives the BEST fade in Tulsa!Absolutely the most professional and talented barbershop in Tulsa. I have been going there since 2017 when Tim handed me his business card at a local establishment I used to manage.Ever since then, I’ve been a happy customer. They allow you to book in advance so I know hat typically every other Friday, I can get in at my regularly scheduled time. Even with that, as a small business owner myself, Tim has helped me out with NUMEROUS last minute appointments when I’ve had a date, special event or was leaving town for business.They are a Christ believing local business where you won’t walk in hearing constant profanity from either the staff nor the patrons in there for a cut. AG is truly top notch in how he manages the business and they offer competitive pricing but far exceed the value with the service they provide.They will do everything they can to make sure you leave there pleased with your service and that’s all you can ask for!Ask for Tim!

If you have a special event or anything you need to look sharp, this is the place to go. Ive been coming to this place since Ive moved to oklahoma from Illinois. You just have to set up an appointment a few days maybe a couple weeks ahead if you want to get groomed by the best one there but i havent had the other guy line me up yet either

I just left. Sat for 30 min waiting. No one acknowledged me as I walked in, no problem. 30 min later, still no acknowledgement that I’m there or that they are running late. (??)Much different than the first time I went. I’m all about supporting local young business owners, but come on guys. It’s called customer service. I can only assume that you didn’t want my business.Sad, because Tim did a really good job with my undercut

Got there on time just to face a 25 min wait, I didnt leave because its was too late to find a different place. After getting home my wife noticed very clearly the fade line on one side that was not blended correctly and my hair is longer on one side. The sides of my head look very different. That might be good for amateurs but I paid $36.05 for that haircut and I was expecting quality. I wont be returning.

SSUUPER convenient scheduling. SUPER easy to get info on pricing and cuts and such. And the guy I went to is one of the best barbers I have ever had. Ive only gone to about 5 different barber shops though so take my word for what you will, but these guys make it super easy to get what you want and are actually skilled enough that youre not sitting in your chair with a fake smile telling them how much you love your awful haircut. They actually give you a good one. And for that I am thankful.

Loved my first cut here and will definitely be back.I needed to find a new barber with a job and schedule change pushed me to have to leave my old place. Happy to find these guys. Marco did a killer job and everyone there was great to talk with. AG the owner has made a high quality shop and hired some great talent.

Great barber shop with very talented barbers. 99% of the time Marco cuts my hair unless he’s booked. All of the other barbers are very talented as well. The barber shop could use some work as far as a better customer experience and perhaps a remodel on the shop but the barbers themselves are very talented.

You guys are always running behind. I’ve at one point waited up to an hour past my scheduled time before getting my cut. You need to figure that out. Maybe make the time slots 45 min instead of 30. One time I thought ok I’ll set my appointment for the first available time and surely I’ll be in an out. Even then y’all were late to even open the doors and the barber that opened showed up 10 minutes past open and was eating his breakfast (no apologies or anything).I was the first customer and there was hair everywhere the place was dirty makes me wonder if you guys even clean your equipment. The skill is there all the barbers cut great but it’s not even worth it. I have friends who have stopped going to this spot for the same reason.

AG is solid. Professional and consistent. Can’t go wrong. I really enjoy the way his website is set up. Certainly makes scheduling much easier.

AG is my favorite barber at Black Label, but they all can cut hair very good. AG is the best hands in Tulsa, schedule ya appointment and watch em put you back in the game.

This is where all the boys in our family gets a haircut. I had started with one of the barbers there and then realized that the one who owned it used to cut my youngest boys hair when he was a baby. They are popular and booked up because they are good at what they do. Now as much as I love my two original barbers we have actually tried all of them and we know that we will be in good hands no matter who will be cutting my boys hair. They are professionals and know what they are doing... no joke, my boys and man come our of there looking all GQ ;)

Ive been to most of the barber shops in Tulsa, these guys are hands down the best. Consistently give a great haircut. I personally go to Marco each time, but all of the guys are excellent! I wont go anywhere else.

Husband went in for a haircut twice during the same week because it wasnt done correctly. They wet his hair too much and made it really difficult to see the end results. To top it off they charged him twice for it without hesitation. He ended up paying $75 dollars total. Very unprofessional!!! Place is getting worse and they arent really that clean either.

The first time I took my son to black label was several years ago we didn’t have an appointment and was told it would be at least an hour wait which I was totally fine with because we had time to kill and my kid was crying for a hair cut they have TVs which had the sports channel on so my boys loved that. TREY did an awesome job. Fast forward a year or two I take my boys every two to three weeks for hair cuts at Black Label with TIMOTHY my boys love their haircuts every single time we go it turned into a family affair where now my boys Dad and little brother also go to TIMOTHY for a cut. One week Tim didn’t have enough openings to book the whole crew so MARCO had to cut one of the boys hair and he did and awesome job as well. Long story short I have spent plenty of time in this shop to say that EVERY single barber in the shop can cut hair of any texture and do a flawless job. I’ve watched every barber in this shop knock out multiple haircuts on guys with all textures of hair and each cut is flawless. They all have great personalities and interact with each other and their clients well. I’ll continue to drive 45 min from home for my kids to get a great haircut at BLACK LABEL!!!! Great job AG, TREY, TIMOTHY & MARCO for making Tulsa and sounding areas look great one haircut at a time!

One of the best places to get your hair cut in the Tulsa area. The owner is very nice and always welcomes you in to the shop. There is always a good conversation going on, and all the stylist are very good at cutting hair. I cut my hair with Marco, he is a very professional hair stylist, and is always ready for his appointments. This is also a very clean shop! Recommended highly!

Today was my first time in there and honestly it was the best cut and beard trim Ive ever had! I used to go to elephant in the room and one of their employees did a complete hack job on my beard. Marco Shoals at Black Label took complete care of me and did an amazing job on both my haircut and my beard trim. Great guys! I highly highly highly recommend!!!

Ive been to many barbershops in the Tulsa area, but when I came to black label I felt right at home. It has a nice kickback chill atmosphere with very professional stylists that take there time with you and ALWAYS has you looking fresh. If your looking for high quality cuts I highly recommend black label.

I went to go and get a haircut today here where I have been going the last few times to get my haircut. I have enjoyed this place in the past as I felt that they did great jobs cutting hair but today they utterly screwed me over. I paid nearly $30 for the barber to cut my hair worse than if I were to do it on my own at home. I showed my barber this second picture and just look at the other picture, it looks nothing like what I showed him. I dont understand how someone could mess up this badly and still call themselves a professional barber. Not only that but my head is now super irritated from the haircut too.

We happened upon this place. My husband had an appointment with the chiropractor around the corner. As we were walking in, I noticed the spinning barber pole. I walked over to see if we could get in without an appointment. It just so happened that someones appointment hadnt shown up. It was just a little bit more than we typically pay, but looked promising. Im SO glad we gave it a try. Tim gave my son the best hair cut he has ever had! I saw another Google review that says he actually cares about what his clients look like and I agree! I have to say though, I was impressed with all of the cuts the other men were giving. Every guy that left that place looked great. (Imo) We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back! Thanks for bringing a quality barber shop to Tulsa.

Im picky and I care about my appearance - especially my hair. With that being said, over 2 years ago my long time barber retired and I was forced to look for a new barbershop (not some franchise like Top Cuts) so I have been on the search for 2 years now trying out different places. Well, my search is officially over because I was in actual awe of how well these barbers do their job. Never in my life have I been so impressed with my haircut and how professional these guys do their job while still making me laugh. Ill be a life long customer and recommend them to everyone I know

I dont usually write reviews, but after the 3rd bad experience here I feel compelled.Each visit Ive made an appointment with Marco. All 3 appointments Ive waited 20+ minutes. The past two times I just left.Im sure everyone here is friendly, but the level of professionalism is low. Not only did I sit there and wait, I had to listen to Marco chopping it up with his homie in the chair during my appointment time.Most unprofessional barbershop Ive ever been to, and thats saying a lot. This place will not get my time or money, and I suggest you dont give them yours either.

Great cut

I walked to see if my son could get a hair cut. They did not greet us at the door. Sure we didnt look high class cuz it was our laundry/ grooming day. After 5 mins if waiting they told us they only went by appointments. I wont take my kids or my husband there. Customer service I a huge deal for me. And the fact that they looked down their nose at us was more than I could take.

I scheduled an appointment to get a haircut and a freestyle design on both sides. I got my haircut, but only one side had a freestyle. Why make an appointment if I cant get the haircut I want. I specifically stated that I wanted a freestyle on both sides in the notes when I scheduled. Long story short, I felt I was overcharged for an incomplete haircut.

I went there twice and both times they messed up my hair the first time I told the barber to cut me a little bit from top since I had kinda like an afro but I wanted a lil lower so he literally cut me just on top had to wait until my hair grows. I went again but to Tom, I had showed him a pic on how I wanted, n he cut my hair way different from the pic.,i called the owner n he had said when I was ready to let him know,, so I did but he was telling me that the guy (Tim) was the one that had to cut my hair,, I mean for real Never again put a foot there SMH

What a waste of time!!! I just moved to the area and started a new job so I have very little time thats why I made sure to get an appointment. I made my appointment with Tim but when I showed up for my haircut was told Oh your late Tim has already left then the guy gets an attitude and tells me I should have called in to tell them I was 5 minutes late. What a joke. I wont be back!
