Dealt with this company in the past and acceptable service. Have left 5 voicemails, filled out web contact form, all to no avail. Appears their automatic phone attendant is on the blink as you cant leave message or ask for operator after 4 days of calling. They appear to no longer be in business. If so, DISCONNECT the number and website!

Repair man came out and diagnosed my oven. Was fast, friendly, knowledgable, and completed the job surprisingly quick. Will definitely use again.

I’ve used Omstead Services since 94, but after today no more. They cancelled a service on me after having scheduled for 3 days leaving me hanging and having to find a new service. I have used the service even as of 3 months ago. I was informed they no longer travel to my location after accepting the appointment wo as much as “I am sorry we have changed our policy”....no wonder they have 2.5 star rating....pathetic!

Was referred by an appliance parts company. Absolutely worst experience with a service company to date. Took time out of my schedule to meet them between 8 and 10. At 10:08 I call and they have no idea whats going on. At 10:38 I call back again and he said that the repair man should have called me. If I ran my store like this I would lose every customer I have. Very disappointed as a first time AND last time customer.

Not a great experience. Had them out to fix a dishwasher on Thursday. Had to order a part and came back Tuesday to complete the job. $195 later dishwasher still not cleaning. Made appointment for Thursday at 3 to fix it. NO SHOW. Called office told I would be called Friday. NO SHOW AGAIN. Called office set appointment for Monday at 10. Here I sit at 10:20. Well see...
