We took our Bosch washer to the store to be repaired. First of all, it took several days before they even looked at it. I had to call to get an update. They finally said it was the mother board but they could not see the model number or serial number because it had worn off, so they couldnt help us. We paid them $65 but they said that it would count towards cost of the repair. They didnt return our money, nor did they did fix it either. As I came in the store to pick it up, I told the lady up front that I found out what the model number was for that washer. She then said that well, they are so many models out there. How do you know if it is the right one?Number one, you should never tell a customer that they basically dont know what they are talking about and number 2, I was able to look it up myself after speaking to a Bosch dealer, therefore, she pointed in the right direction. I am not very happy with the kind of service that was provided. My wife recommended J & J Appliance and now she wished she wouldnt have. Poor customer service.

These people have scared me out of my money.The washing machine was shaking and moving and the dryer wouldnt go off. All this time I wanted then to fixes my machines and excuse after excuse they did not. They now tell me that my warranty is over and I have to pay more money to have them to come and look at it. Please do not buy your machine from them unless you can fix them yourself.

Do not buy from here. I made the mistake of buying a used portable dishwasher, which they didn’t even have the faucet adapter for. Couldn’t find it at any local hardware store, so after weeks of looking I called General Electric directly and ordered the part for $20. Got to use the dishwasher 3-4 times before it stopped working. Wasted $220 and it was a big hassle. This place is not worth your time.

I decided to pay much more for a used washer and dryer set than I typically would due to the warranty and the fact that the machines were refurbished. I really wanted to ensure that I would have a reliable set. Unfortunately here I am 7-8 months later with a washer that is leaking water like crazy and also leaking oil, which Ive never experienced. I called to see how much the repair/consult for repair would be and just to have them come out to diagnose was going to be $95. I am extremely disappointed. I spent more money than I really had at the time to avoid this exact situation and still found myself in it. I expect more life than 8 months out of a refurbished machine. I think these folks are super friendly but this situation is very disappointing. I probably wouldnt be on here giving a two star review if they would have just offered to come out for free to tell me if it is even worth saving with the oil leak. I just bought this machine 8 months ago! And now my faith is shaken with a used machine. I would recommend buying new if at all possible.

I had bought a $300 refrigerator just so they can deliver it to me 3 days later just for the fridge to not work. i called them and they said they will come and check it out between 10am- 1pm. they arrived at my house at 10:19 without a call. they didn’t knock because i didn’t hear them and my dogs didn’t start barking when they knocked. then i call them today just for them to say i have to wait until tuesday for them to come look and see what’s wrong with it when they are open monday and can come then😂

Bought a upright freezer from them and it never worked so I called and they charged me 89$ to come fix it! The guy leaves after fixing it and it still never worked again! I called back and spoke to Charles the manager and he said he would send me a new one on Tuesday I went 2 weeks without a freezer and I also told him it couldn’t be over 32” wide cause it won’t fit in my house! The delivery guy gets here and the freezer is 33” wide worst customer service I’ve ever been seen in my life DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!

Insanely overpriced for used appliances. You can buy the same quality for sometimes half the price using FB marketplace and Craigslist. I wouldnt suggest shopping here.

I bought a refrigerator April 25th. I expected it to last for longer than 3 months. I called and they was gonna charge me 110 service call, and they never got back with me.

Mary was wonderful. My experience with J&J Appliances was great. I purchased a gently used black refrigerator in great condition and it was set up for delivery the same day. I will continue to use them for my rental properties in Tulsa and would recommend to my friends and family for personal use as well!

I give this company 5 stars for several reasons:Every person is friendly and willing to help, proactively I might add which is hard to come by.Tech visit, repairs, and delivery of replacement dishwasher were astoundingly quick.The techs where very knowledgeable in that it didnt take them long to advise that the motherboard and pumps on my particular make/model often went bad. I made the choice of replacing the board first which unfortunately turned out to not be the sole problem since it forced the pump to be overloaded and burn out the built in logic board. They were able to find me a later make/model of the one I had, and the price was too good to pass up.I rarely write reviews but this company was so helpful, friendly and prompt that just couldnt resist.

Called to find a gas dryer to last during house remodel. They didn’t have just a old style dryer but only a front loader. Didn’t want that. I called the Pine location and they didn’t have one ready. However, I received a call back from the 21st. location and they found what I wanted.My wife and I went to pick the dryer up and the 2 women working in the store were very pleasant and fun to do business with. Will be going back to get small garage fridge at a later date.

Omg.. Long story, and it is very important to me to let people know that there are still good and helpful people that answer business phones... I had googled appliance repair in Northwest Arkansas and J&J came up first on the list and I knew they were based out of Tulsa.. I scrolled down and called the 3 different, local Appliance companies.. How funny, so amazed that all 3 companies had their phones cut off. Now, heres the good part... Later, (around 4:30 on a Friday) I called J&J because they had popped up on my Google search. Lady answers and I explain the issue that I was having with my washing machine, when she ask me where i was needing service the map quest the location was 1.5 hrs away, she then lets me know how much the drive time was going to be.. She then asks me if she can find someone closer to me in Fayetteville ark (a completely different company)? On another phone I listen as she leaves them my name and phone number and to give me a call for service. She then tells me that she will call me back in a hour to see if they have called me and if not then she will set me up a service call for Monday.. Well, they did call me in about 10 minutes and we are good to go for Tuesday... If this post is to long, and you didnt read it all the way through, at least the first part was the most important to me and my experience with a business company that was more willing to help person knowing they were giving up the dollar.. I wish they had 6 stars. And thank you J&J
