The technicians at the Tulare Valvoline Instant Oil Change are always friendly and professional. They do a quality job and get me in and out quickly. The last time I was there a technician noticed that my vacuum line was cracked and I was able to get it fixed at my dealership before any major issues could develop. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Very quick, professional service. However a little on the pricier side. Their prices increased for Synthetic oil change. Its cheaper if you bring your own oil.

Never again will I go back I got an oil change there and the next day it was leaking ! So I take my car back to them and they tell me my oil pan is cracked that I had hit a bump or something . I took my car to a repair shop come to find out that I didn’t break my oil pan the plastic from the bottom of my car was all on there not broken or anything . They repair shop told me that valvoline broke my oil pan and they showed me the crack !! The oil pan was cracked by them because they tightened it to much ! That’s almost 400 dollars that I had to pay out of my pocket to get it repaired for something I did not do !!

Their so sweet I’ve been coming here for a year now. I could go in with any problem or concern on my car an they check it out to make sure nothing is wrong. Best customer service as well I’ve never had to wait longer that 5 mins to get my car checked. Manuel an Eric are two of the men that I have worked with that have taken the time to care for my car. Very reliable, friendly an comfortable atmosphere. I’ve recommended this place to all my friends an family.

This is the 3rd time i take my truck here and the next day my truck leaks all the oil out ive had to pay hundreds out of pocket to get it fixed, they refuse to admit its teir fault.

I bought my own oil and filter (royal purple) and sent my girlfriend to get it changed since I haven’t had time due to working. I checked the oil after and they filled it up too much and didn’t use my oil. It didn’t even look like they put new oil in. Royal purple is literally purple I’ve done oil changes on my other car with the same oil and it’s purple. I dont know what they put in my car but I will NEVER go back there and I’ll make sure to tell EVERYONE to not go here.

My battery went out and the great guys here got it replaced in record time with no waiting so I could be on my way to work. Thanks guys!

Went in to get an oil change, my wait was not long at all. The entire staff were nice, courteous, and quick to help. One of the guys, Nick, let me know I actually didnt need an oil change and that I could go on my trip before needing it. They even topped me off at no charge! Ill only go to this valvoline!

My sons girlfriend was here and they treated her as bad as his sister who was unaware of their HORRIBLE service. Could’ve gotten oil change, tire rotation, etc for less at the dealer! Will be telling EVERYONE NOT TO COME HERE! I know my husbands coworkers daughter came here, too, and they charged her for a LOT. She was unaware. Take advantage of young ladies. Horrible! 😡

OVERPRICED!!The employees appeared friendly however I WAS CHARGED 65 FOR AN OIL CHANGE. At TNT they charge $40 for an oil change that includes a filter change and a free carwash. Here they charge $42 for an oil change without a filter change which should be included but instead was an additional $22. I dont know if it is always this expensive or they decided to charge me extra because I am a woman and they took advantage. Youre better off going to TNT!!

If There was a negative rating..they still wouldnt make that scale!!!...My daughter went for a simple $35.00 oil change when she got home she was charged $72...They took her and her money with no remorse!!!! I understand its a business to make money but thats just inexcusable to take money from an hard working innocent young girl who was just trying to grow in her independence...and expensive life lesson for her...but a loss of many future customers for them ....as I will be sure to let everyone I know about their practices!!!! JERKS!!!!

4/3/2018 services date Im cumin because the owner asked me to give them second chance I have no order told them who I was since my suspicions was right they dont put the right amount of oil I checked the oil next day on the car first thing in the morning and it needs oil look ay picture

Very professional and best quality Synthetic oil I love it, they always check my tires pressure it works for me.

Took nearly 45 minutes for an oil change. They lost fasteners and pulled them from another part of the car so I had to go buy new ones myself after leaving. They left me in the dark about what was going on until the very end of my visit. They were very rough with my car as well. I have gone here for years but will not be returning after this.
