They went to fix my flat and didn’t tell me my tire was worn down to the wire. Didn’t even fix the flat. Was leaking really bad even right out of the shop. Had to go to big brand just to tell me my tires were bad. I called them back and they started yelling saying it wasn’t their problem. Do not go here. My friend told me they took his wheel spacers off and his wheels started rubbing. They kept the wheel spacers that he payed for and wouldn’t give them back.

So me and my family are on our way to our family trip when we happened to catch a flat tire so we were referred to west coast tires in Tulare And thank Goodness for that because these people are very helpful the workers here are friendly and easy to talk to it’s super Convenient they had everything they needed to get the job done AND THE BEST PART IS THEIR PRICES!!!!!!!!! Quality and professional you can trust

Took my truck in to have the front struts replaced and have an alignment done. After I drove it home and looked at the truck, the camber on the front tires didnt look right. Took it back and they made it right. Nice staff and prompt service.

If I could put zero stars I would this place is terrible. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with, they don’t do anything they say they will do, and don’t care about the customer needs and nothing is ever their fault. STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THE TULARE STORE.

This place is a fast friendly reliable place to take your car for repairs and maintenance.

Ive been going to Westcoast tires since they opened up in Tulare. I got 4 cars and trucks and have had work done on both brakes and tires. Chris has always gave me a good to excellent price. And as far as service goes, Rudy is the man. I have a very rare classic car that has discrepancies in specs, so he personally drove to my mechanics house to measure for fitment. I drive nice cars and am very picky. And have always left happy!

We were in need of a tire and they didnt have it and we didnt really have money either so he suggested we go to walmart and buy a tire at walmart and bring it to them and they could put it on. Thank god we needed it.

Horrible service the store manager is very unprofessional. I bought some wheels with an alignment they didnt align the wheels tires blew less than a month and said it wasnt there problem and I had paid for the alignment which I didnt get.

Horrible Experience! Tulare,Ca West CoastDrove with a flat because they were the closest,and waited for them to open. Its now 10:15 and nothing. Im having someone come change my tire! Where are they at???
