Ed helped me out immediately. He was very kind, helpful, got me exactly what I needed and even took my cart out to my car so I wouldn’t have to walk back in. Fantastic customer service. Thanks Ed!

I had a really great experience yesterday at ace hardware,I was in a rush and Dale was awesome he said okay he understands how busy I was and, he took matters into his hands,and went and found what I needed,I was in shock,that he did that, he should be employee of the year.great job Dale and I shall return again.

Typically dont go out of my way to write a review about a bad experience but let me explain that Ace Hardware is not your friend and they are not here to help you get the best deal. There are seven location on the eastside that are all owned my the same person so they all share the same rules. The DO NOT price match anything. It doesnt matter if they are $50 more expensive then Home Depot, they will not help you out. I get Home Depot has more buying power but you have to be able to match your pricing on items, especially when people have done their homework and shopped around and are inquiring. Other Ace Hardwares on the opposite side of town will match the price, so it blows my mind that youre seven stores can not?I dont understand how people are willing to over pay that at your store just out of loyalty or convenience. People maybe naive about your store and how you operate, but I hope this review saves some body out there a good chunk of change on their purchase when they read this and decide to buy it somewhere else. I want to do business with the small guys but your making hard to do so.Update:Your store on Broadway and Camino Seco needs retraining then because I was told by not one but two of you employees that you dont price match, one being a manager. How can this be that a whole store is totally misinformed on how your policys? Your literally walking sales out of the door over misinformation, to me thats not acceptable. You have to be rude in order to even get this job apparently, because I have yet to meet a single employee at this location that isn’t. Unfortunately, since I live so close it’s easier to run in here and way OVER pay than to drive out to Lowe’s. Either way, I don’t come here for the prices, inventory or especially the service.

It can be shocking if youve just left a big store like Home Depot or Lowes, where you cant find anyone to help you. Locally, there is no better hardware store. Reasonably priced quality merchandise.

Single mother with broken Sliding glass door, wheels! I went into the store and was met with Nate! He was the most outstanding help I’ve ever had at any store in my life! I had the greatest experience I have ever had at any store today! I went to this location to get some screen doors fixed. I spoke with Nate he was Very knowledgeable and all around tremendous customer service he fixed my screen doors in a matter of minutes!Very impressed great store everyone is great here!

I broke a window on a custom door that I needed replaced ASAP... Lowes tried twice to replace the window but it kept breaking...I took my business to the Ace Hardware at 8600 Email Broadway in Tucson.There I met a young man named Nate in the back that not only cut my window but gave me great customer service...I live about 25 miles from the store, I pass several other Ace Hardware location to get to this Ace Hardware...I ordered solar screens for my house and my daughters house, I have to say the customer service I get from this young man Nate is great.Ive met the store Manager Robert several times, hes giving me great customer service as well...He even found another store that had a military statue that I wanted.It is this kind of customer service that keeps me coming back to this location.Thanks again to Robert and Nate.

For starters, when I called this location, I spoke with Nate. He was extremely helpful with my issue. I had a broken key stuck in my truck bed cover lock. He told me immediately to bring mg vehicle down and to ask for him and that he would be more than happy to help me. Nate spent the better half of an hour, not only removing the key, but was also able to help me make a new key without having more then a few teeth from the broken piece of remaining key. I was leaving town the next day for a move and needed to lock my valuables and everything I owned over night. I highly recommend this location for any of your issues as they are professionals who enjoy their job. Thank you, Nate.

I drive out of my way to go to the Ace Hardware on Broadway and Camino Seco. Not only are the employees welcoming, they are also knowledgeable and always willing to help me. I own a company that does a lot of business with that location and individuals like Nate and Kelly make every transaction smooth. They always communicate well and are remarkably quick with screen repairs.

I cannot stand any Ace. They are ALWAYS rude and suspicious.Now this location in particular, I was argued with.They messed up my keys (as Ace always does.. literally have to go back every time to have at least one fixed). I am a female college student, so they probably thought they could pick a bone with me. The person in the key area refused to admit that he made the key wrong. I had to tell him over and over again that it does not fit and that it was made on the opposite side versus the others. I could tell he was getting heated and I was too.Finally he gets his supervisor and the supervisor takes one look at it and goes, Yep, its done wrong, and walked away. The guy did remake the key, but not while shooting death glares. He was not kind or courteous, and he did not apologize for their mistake.Im going to Home Depot from now on, yeesh.. get it together guys.

Had what I needed and the staff was very helpful.

I went to this store this morning walked in and there was no one up front but there were two associates in the paint section who completely ignored me I found another associate and asked who there managers were and turns out it was the managers who ignored me! Very poorly managed! I’m very disappointed!
