Henry did a great job of getting my walk-behind mower-trimmer back into action after the drive belt came off. Ray had greeted me when I dropped the machine off, and he clearly explained the process. This was my first visit to Ace Outdoor Power Equipment, and I came away really impressed. These folks, including the managers and those at the front desk, truly know what they are doing, and their prices are very fair.

Professional, knowledgeable, empathetic, kind and caring - that was Ray today when he helped me choose the exact right trimmer/edger! My poor Husqvarna chainsaw and weed whacker had sat for almost 2 years and were in need of service. They’re busy, and it may take approximately 3 weeks for them to complete the repairs but let me tell you, it’s worth it! Picked up both tools and was very happy with their repairs and the charges.Great crew to assist you and answer questions. They take the time to explain what they did.

I had a chainsaw that needed repair and Henry from Ace Hardware Power took the time to take the chain off and I inspect it while I waited. He fixed the problem and even educated me on how to maintain a chain saw. He was so nice as well. This kind of service is so refreshing in this time. I will go back to this company any time I need to buy or repair a power tool.

We had record rain fall in southern Arizona this July and August. First time the weeds grew past my knees. I was away for 3 weeks and upon my return they were over my head. My power trimmer control broke and my mower needed seevice. Both went to Ace Outdoor Power Equipment for service. They were super busy and it took some time and a couple of trips to see them but they fine tuned the mower, helped me find the broken part and took time to put it all back together after I ordered it. Its been a frustrating season but they helped me get back in business. Special thanks to Henry and Anthony!

So, I came into the shop this morning because my Honda motor wouldnt turn over. I suspect water is got into the gas so I drained it and refilled it and still didnt start. The guys informed me that they were really busy and a few weeks out... Henry said he could take a few minutes to trouble shoot it. He spent about 5 minutes on it and started it up for me. I really appreciate Henry going above and beyond for me and taking a few minutes to saving the day for me. That spray rig is my livelyhood. Thank you so much Henry I really appreciate it Bud. Paul and the team at this Ace have gone so far and above with their service. I had a log splitter delivered to them for assembly for my Husbands Christmas present. The splitter showed up completely unassembled, with multiple parts missing, a total disaster. They made countless phone calls and stayed in contact with Northern for over 2 weeks!!! to get all of the missing parts and machine malfunctions figured out. We picked up our log splitter today and my Husband is sooo happy! This would not have happened without Paul, John, Anthony and Charlie and everyone else who helped in the assembly of this beast! I went in to buy several landscaping tools so I can do my own yard work. I had lots of questions. I wanted the right tools that I could handle for my petite size. Charlie was a good listener and very patient. He spent time explaining the different brands and sizes of tools that would be best for my needs. He showed me the various models and gave the pros and cons of each. I feel great about my purchase and am glad to know they can sharpen and replace any parts in the future if needed. Great place!

Fantastic customer support and lawn mower services! Huge shout out to Ray - he was very polite, helpful and and offered me a cold, refreshing bottle of water. The people who work at Ace Outdoor Power in Tucson are absolutely amazing! I live clear across town and gladly drive all the way here for service, parts, equipment and just advice. I was given a gasoline chain saw as a gift and they helped me get it properly assembled and working safely. They go out of their way to make sure you know what you are doing and took the time to show me how to start and safely operate the saw. I have dealt with several people here and each one of them has been awesome. Go to them!

I had such a great experience filling my propane tanks here! The employees are extremely helpful and considerate. The man who filled the tanks told me to wait inside and keep cool while he lugged them back and forth from my car and filled them for me. Everything was neat and clean and I got excellent service. I was so impressed I had to come write a review!

We bought two Bushman water tanks from them a couple years ago. They were so helpful, so friendly, and the tanks have been amazing! We needed a couple parts for the tanks and I was not able to locate them online. I stopped by the outdoor power and they immediately helped me locate the parts right away. I would recommend them to everyone!

When I went to ace outdoor power I was greeted by the mechanic Rod who was fixing my lawn mower! Rod was very nice, smart, knowledgeable and helpful. If you live on the eastside of Tucson and need your lawn and outdoor equipment repaired. This is the place to go. The staff was friendly and listened to what I wanted done. I was told that it may take two weeks to fix my lawn mower. It only took a week. They are great!

I brought in a part that had a frozen screw to show them what I needed to buy. Charlie took the time to remove the frozen screw which will allow me to use the old part and saved me the cost of a new part. I really appreciate the time and effort Charlie took to solve my problem.

Absolute WORST customer service from the counter sales guys. Brought in a piece of equipment that needed repair and they tried to give us every excuse to not even want to look at it. Then tried to convince us their hourly rate for a rush job was too expensive. Not sure if he was implying that he was lazy and did not want to be bothered with work or because I am brown and could not afford to fix the machine. They asked if we tried to take the machine apart to fix it and we said no. The repair tech Rod, said if you dont want to take it apart then I dont. What?! I brought it here because you are the mechanic not me. Seriously? Worst part is I had my office girl bring in the same machine a month earlier and the gentleman she dealt with was very helpful, happy to fix another unrelated problem with the same piece of equipment and he specifically told her to not let my guys try to take it apart and fix ourselves to just bring it in. Not happy with your folks here. I wish I knew who the other guy was so I could get his helpful opinion.
