Ive used A-OK for years. I currently saw some termite activity and theyll be here in two days. I consider that speedy, considering that they have schedules already set ahead of time. Work is always good.

A-Ok Termite and Pest was fumigating a duplex I manage, and completely mishandled the situation. This was a complete infestation of bed bugs and they suggested many things that were not going to help elevate this bed bug issue. They were rude, uninformed and did not wish to continue helping us, the clients, without further compensation despite their repeated efforts with low quality bed bug products and bug bombs which are a completely ineffective for treating bed bugs. This company does not care about finishing jobs they have started or about keeping their clients happy they only are interested in getting paid for services which they did not complete satisfactorily. Do NOT use A-Ok pest for any serious pest issues, they will not be effective.

This company has been around for along time & Linda is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I would not think twice about referring to my friends.

Amazing fast service, wonderful and polite workers, longest lasting pest control spray that actually works and doesnt wash away for months! Ive had service in my home and property for over 15 yrs and for however many more years they remain here in tucson, ill be calling a- ok!

My first appointment went well and I was impressed with the company, but each consecutive time Ive scheduled has been quite awful. There was a monsoon that rained us out (not A-OKs fault, of course) so we rescheduled for the following weekend from 12-2. I got a call at 1:55 saying they wouldnt be able to come today because their car broke down. I anticipate that they knew prior to 1:55 that they would have to cancel and/or be late, I wouldve appreciated an immediate notification to plan my day.Then it took two weeks to reschedule and they just didnt show up on the following reschedule. I called the next business day to inquire and the representative who answered the phone casually mentioned that they tried to get a hold of me but my phone has been disconnected (it hadnt) and all but accused me of not paying my phone bill. She told me the car had been broken down (again) but offered no apology. I then inquired about termite pre-treatment for a shed Im building and she was extremely accusatory and dismissive about what i would even think thats a good idea.The technicians have been awesome though, very knowledgeable and respectful, hopefully no one has to use the customer service more than necessary because the lady is pretty nasty.

Weve been using A-OK for approximately five or six years now and have received the best service! We have our usual guy that comes out to spray, and hes blended in as an extended family member.
