I have finally found a great pest company! Everyone I have dealt with has been very nice and courteous. Brad has been our technician since we started and we appreciate his kind and thorough work! I refer Termagon to all my family and friends !!

Mike Midkiff is the service technician at the property where I live. He is a five-star employee and representative! My interaction with Mike was excellent! Mike is very professional, extremely knowledgeable, a very good communicator, has excellent customer service skills, uses his time efficiently and exudes confidence. When he is finished you will more than likely not have any questions. He presents to you whats going on, he explains what his approach will be and communicates to you how the process will get the end result needed. Its an amazing interaction and feeling when you are dealing with somebody who knows exactly what theyre talking about and you can see the silver lining. I live in an apartment and my neighbors gave me roaches. 🤨 Michael moved my appliances, used gel bait, sprayed, and left traps, which was not done by previous people. He listened to my concerns and assured me that he would contact the office so they can treat other apartments.

We purchased our home in November 2018. It was inspected for termites by a company our realtor hired. We were given a 1 year warranty. Of course, long about January/February 2019 we noticed some termite tubes. We called the company that did the inspection and provided the warranty and they said no they would not do any treatment for free based on the warranty AND in their opinion we didnt need any treatment. So, we called a second opinion and was told yes we did need treatment, provided an estimate and a plan of action. This company was also hired by the seller to do an inspection and they remembered recommending treatment be done at the sale, which it was not. To be certain, we called a third opinion and was provided another plan of action. Now, were confused. Who do we believe? We have three different companies telling us three different things.We ended up calling Termagon. They came out, provided an estimate and a plan of action as well. They agreed with the second company that treatment was warranted and what type of treatment was best. They were punctual, professional, and non-pressure. We were given some options that we could choose from as far as treatment plans and warranty options.We chose Termagon not only because they were more professional and seemed to really want to serve our needs and not upsell anything, but also because they offered the best warranty. We learned from our first mistake and made sure that whoever we chose stood by their work. Termagon was not the cheapest, but they were pretty close and the other attributes is what sold us. The technician that did the work was thorough, polite, professional. They called a few days later to ensure we were happy with everything. They even came back out and ensured the work was done to their standards. Overall, a great experience in a not-so great situation. Highly recommend.

I called today with a concern and they sent someone out within a few hours for an inspection (same day!) Staff is wonderful, spent time educating me about infestations (which fortunately we didnt have). Everyone at this company I have ever dealt with is wonderful. Highly recommend. Thank you, Termagon!

Treated once at a very reasonable price, I didnt feel over sold and then they came back and treated again a couple months later. I hope this is the end of my bug issue but if I ever need services again I would definitely use them.

I have been a realtor for 22 years. I have been using Termagon for about 12 and have never had a problem with any of their techs or staff. They are always on time, polite, trustworthy and knowledgeable, If for any reason they are running late from another appointment they always call to let me know. Their techs are always well dressed and polite. I would not think of using another company for my customers termite/wood reports. They also service my home with their pest control. I have never had a problem with my tech and our home is bug free. The tech even checks the outside of our home to make sure we dont have any termite tunnels. Never any problems or bugs! I recommend them highly and they can almost always outbid another company and give my clients the best they have. If for any reason they miss something or when treating a home they run into unexpected problems, they make good on the repairs and they will come back and correct their mistake. That is not very often however. I recommend them highly and personally, I would not use another termite or pest control company. And why would I when I have the best!

I like this company. We have had service with the for many years. I saw one of the employees stop and pick up our neighbors trash can that was tipped over by strong winds and rolled it to the curve side. Classy guy

The team from the company came today for pest control. Particularly, the head of the team seems does not care any privacy at all. He does not even knock the door when he enters the apartment. His behavior is very irritating and disrespectful.
