Friendly staff, clean inside and have big washers/dryers (I just wish they had more but given the size of the building thats not really possible). This is the only place I come to do my laundry. Some of the other places Ive been to are on the scary side, no thanks. This is the place for me, I dont have to worry about my safety or my clothes getting stolen.

Not enough available washers nor dryers, EXTREMELY 🥵 in here, place full of people, nowhere to actually sit. Takes more money than other laundromats.. not as clean as other laundromats or maybe because its busy... then to share the same covid key to use a bathroom, yucky. I am coming to this place for 10 years. The last 6 months the washers are inefficient. My clothes dont even get wet.I made sure not to put too much in, I used 4 washers for clothes that should have fit in 2!I saw an attendant topping of machines with a watering can! So they know..The machines are dirty, not getting wiped.And I get attitude from the attendant when I showed them.I will not be coming here again.

No airconditioning made it miserable to be there for over an hour. All they run are fans and the dryer takes longer than other places Ive been to.

We were in town in our camper van and used this laundromat. As the other reviews say, there are tons of washers and dryers. The facility is staffed and very clean. Everyone wore masks. Lots of room for social distancing. Area felt safe.

Pros: This laundromat is my absolute favorite. It is always clean and well maintained. There is a bathroom as well, which is definitely a plus. The attendant helped me by pointing me towards one of the bigger washers to save. Ive been doing my laundry this way ever since. My clothes dry a lot faster and there is no waiting for a washer or dryer. I left my pants there by mistake. I went back the next day and my pants were placed in a bag. I was so happy to know they were still there and the staff didnt throw them out. This is one of many reasons why I gave them five well deserved stars!Cons: None, the staff will even help you when your coins get stuck!

Clean, affordable, & friendly staff. Friends & I have come here for years. I was there when “Ruth” who left a bad/dishonest review below(image) was there. She was looking for the least expensive washer & crammed all her clothes in, but then left a negative review. She was extremely rude to attendant who only tried to help her. Ruth had an attitude like she knew everything. This lady was trying to have the attendant remove my clothing from the washing machine right after it finished before I had a chance to remove my clothes. Why?- because it was a less expensive machine. Another patron & I watched as attendant tried to help her & she was not friendly or appreciative. I highly recommend Campbell Coin Laundry.

So this is my first time here at this laundromat. You have to pay extra just for the washer to spin your clothes right. Dont get me started on the dryers. .75 to start by the time you clothes dry you will spend 4.00$ on one dryer before your clothes are dry. One quarter is equal to 4 mins. dryers are not hot White people are ok to take there clothes home still damp. Sorry we pay to get our clothes dry not take home wet. Isnt that the whole point in doing laundry?

Campbell laundry is clean,patrons are polite and helpful to one another.Thats not to leave out the employees,they go out of there way to help patrons and see that everything runs as smoothly as possible.Doing laundry is no fun but at Campbell laundry they make this chore as pleasant as possible.If you have to go out to do your laundry I recommend you go the extra mile to this establishment.

It was surprisingly very clean. Machines were clean and running no complaints I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

You should consider hiring a new manager it reflects poorly on your business. I came in on a Monday It was 9pm and I was about to fold a small load of clothes. A blonde lady named Margie who said was the manager there told me she needed me to get my clothes and leave so she could close and start cleaning. If shes concerned about leaving early then the closing time should be posted to 9pm and not 10pm. Not only that she seemed bothered in helping me when I asked her a question about a washing machine because she was to busy having a nonwork related conversation with someone over the phone. The rest of the staff have been kind and helpful. It still makes me question if I should keep coming here when you have someone rude like that managing the place.

I’ve never used a drop off service before, I’m hooked now, they do great work and have your clothes done when that say. Was impressed they put pants on hangers and everything is perfectly foldedall the staff is friendly also

I so love to go to this laundromat, clean, organized and very helpful and nice attendants, I have meet them all and the owners too. I appreciate the quality of the work with my bed spread and the help I get when needed. I have been in other places and there is no competition, perhaps that is why there is good business and I like to see mostly people from our neighborhood because we know a bit each other and is nice how each of us are considered of each other. I normally have had a good experience with this laundry but tonight was a different story. The website states they close at 10pm. I went at 9pm to dry one load and the attendant refused to allow me 30 minutes to dry my load. She stated last load at 830 which I understand however that would be for starting a wash load. I explained I only needed to dry mine. She refused. Poor customer service

Oh my goodness it always a great time at the laundry mat me and my husband love going and doing our laundry there.. the man that owns it was there and always asks if we need anything he keeps such a clean clean laundry mat its unbelievable. There is an older lady that works there she always makes sure everything is clean and nice for everyone and when the machines get emptied she is right there to clean them and if there is a problem she is right there to see what the problem is and is on the phone if she dont know or getting out the tools to see what she can loosen or tighten up.Thank You for Being There and keeping our machines nice and clean for us and for all of your consideration.😊👍

Machines are all without agitators and kept up very well. It is professionally cleaned evety day and I have never had to wait to use a washer. They have four sizes of excellent machinery with a very helpful staff, water or snack machines, tv, tons of free magazines and a pleasant seating area. In a convenient shopping center and across from Walgreens or McDonalds. Cannot say enough nice things about the location and staff.

I am here from Indiana to attend a family wedding. Discovered there are no laundry services at the Westin resort we are staying at. Stopped in this super convenient and clean laundromat. Located next to a nice nail salon where I got a facial wax while doing my laundry! Bagel store 2 doors down for sandwiches and coffee!

The lady at the front desk told someone she rather they not bring in their king size comforter because she feels sick. My clothes was already in the washer so I couldn’t leave. She’s been coughing and sneezing since I got here and takes her mask off to speak to clients. Her face is red and flushed 😿 if you are sick you should stay home!

Not a bad place, is clean and staff helpful BUT...the dryers do not get hot enough. It will rob you of a truckload of quarters. Forget drying anything thick like pillows or comforters. Had to go to a different laundromat to finish the job. Even some pants and socks were still damp after like 90 - 100 minutes. Will not return.

Establishment does not enforce mask rules even though its posted all over the front. Three people alone were maskless and the employee was chatting with one of them, and another was actually coughing doing his laundry. Will not return.

I have been coming to Campbell Laundry for 3 years now. You can tell the employees take pride in their work. The place is very clean, rarely do you find out of order washers or dryers. The employees are great, especially Theresa, always friendly and quick to help if needed.

Not sure what wiil happen? 7 day wait for dropoff service is Fast? Only one attendant per shift? No one wants to work? I am hopeful the laundry will be clean, and instructions are followed? Wide variety of washer and drier sizes, all excellently maintained. Clean and well lit premises. Very friendly, helpful staff. Free wifi and TV in waiting area. Took less than an hour and cost $6.25 to wash and dry two large loads of travel clothes for 3 people--much less than checking luggage. Highly recommend this Laundromat!

My wife and i have been coming here for more than 2 years now granted it is a little further from home (we pass 4 other laundromats to come here) The place is always clean, (floors,walls,machines,bathroom) different sized machines for those small loads all the way to the omg sized loads and reasonable prices and the dryers get nice and hot and dry the clothes real good. Theresa, Jasmine, and Van (the attendants) we know there are real friendly and helpful and if you forget something for washing they help you out. and a shout out to the owners they step in and help out when needed and very friendly and nice and see them there a lot and if any machines are broken (which is rare) they get fixed in a timely matter the best time to go there is in the morning on week days. Sundays are the busiest (i swear they put out a free wash sign) lol. If you looking for a place to wash this is it. My wife and i hate to do sheets so we drop them off when we do our weekly laundry and pick them up usually about 4-5 days later and they are folded so nice. They do drop off commercial work too so if you needs are clean sheets or towels see them too

Very great staff that was working on Thursday afternoon

Poorly managed! All very small washers and dryers excepting four washers. 2 managers, present. One directed us to line up our clothing bins in front of these four washers. We were awaiting a previous person to remove their clean clothes as the cycle was completed. . The other manager shoved herself and another patron in front of us and commenced to yell and scream that “other people needed to do their laundry too!” They lost our business of $50 worth of laundry.

I used to LOVE this place. But their recent change of staff has shifted the atmosphere of the whole place. The afternoon guy was friendly and helpful. The women they replaced him with are brisque. One flat-out REFUSED to help me when I asked. They have both been rude to me on multiple occasions. I now refuse to give them any of my business. I just go to Deans Village around the corner.

The 5 load capacity washer didn’t spin the water out of my comforter. I brought this to the attention of staff and she assured me that she has seen worse and that my comforter was only “a little more damp than normal”. I’m not sure how this was supposed to ease my mind, as this was precisely why I brought my concerns to the staff in the first place. It’s a down comforter. It took twice as long to dry = 2 x $$

Ive been more than pleased by Campbell Laundrys wash-and-fold service, which Ive been using for my personal laundry for almost two years. The staff are helpful and their work is thorough, prompt, neatly finished and reasonably priced. I highly recommend CL&Cs wash-and-fold service.

I loved this place till early one morning I got kicked me out for coming in with my puppy.I had been in there with him several times before and not one person told me dogs were not allowed. She was so gruff with me I snapped back at her in defence. Why was I never informed of this? I would have happily tossed him back in the car so to get my laundry clean but she was ready to kick me out as soon as I walked in. So she chased me out and I had to clean my laundry else where.Sad to say this is how I was informed of their policy of no dogs. Funnier yet. The woman told me it was because people are allergic. And my real question is...Then why would that person cleaning cloths at a laundry mat when they have a chance of using a washer or dryer after some one who cleans dog covered clothes..!!!??? Do they chase out people that have fur on there coat?

I used the cleaners once and my clothes were fine, but the second time I dropped my clothes off, when I wore them I broke out with rashes everywhere! I may just have to rewash those myself and do the dirty clothes myself from now on, which is worth it as long as I dont end up with another huge rash ever again.

Worst laundry facility we’ve experienced in a month of traveling. Faculty is cramped and crowded. The machines are small and function at sub par levels and expense too. But the worst part was the rudeness of the two “attendants” who were extremely bossy and rude!
