Very great garbage collection company they always pick up on time and there price is affordable.
I am very happy with the service waste management provides. They are on time and when they cannot be they let us know ahead of time. They let us know the holiday the holiday schedule ahead of time and they always come and fix their cans. I would happily recommend waste management to anyone.
I appreciate your reminders when holidays will interrupt the schedule for garbage pickup and recycling. The problem is with recycling. You say everything will be moved a day later; well, it was two days before recycle was picked up. I think there is some confusion between what your customer thinks is a day later and WM thinks. Is there any way to clarify this so that we dont have our bins out longer than necessary? I, also, noticed that the quarterly rates went up. How about notifying us about an upcoming increase and the reason for the increase in rates. Honestly, Im tired of being gouged by utilities and services. My fixed income is just that, Fixed.!What you are doing right are your drivers are courteous and careful in their driving and ensuring that the bins are placed upright and no garbage is on the ground.
I have stuck with WM for 17 years! Mostly, because I wanted consistency and reliability. They certainly arent the cheapest, but I know that they will do the job. I would have given five stars except I have a recycling bin that has a torn up top and I dont want to pay to have it replaced. It seems like they should be replaced every so often automatically if they are visibly damaged.
Waste management will mess up your bill epically!!!!! And be ready because when you call you will be on hold for 45 min to an hour. Than they will fix your bill only to find out your auto pay will be double what they say it is. This will happen month after month. If you can go with someone else do it!
When I applied for service I was told I would receive my containers by a certain date, I called them when those days went by and I get this man telling me there is a shortage on containers they get new ones on the 15th of the month and then It would take another 2 weeks to deliver them my service was suppose to be at my home by the 9th wont refund so paying for service I dont have
We have had Waste Management for over ten years now and really appreciate their drivers and the support staff which handles questions and special order questions. The service has been very dependible for regular pick-up in a timely maner which is important in our area because we have a number of native wild animals that will upset our trash recepticals to loot for food, making a mess in the area, notibly the local javelinas, coyotes, bobcats, rabbits and rodents. We are able to minimize the containers from being unprotected from being upset and/or disturbed by desert dwellers. The support staff have always been quick to handle any complaints or special needs, friendly and helpfull to meets our needs. We get regular emails notifying us of any holiday delays or other disruptions that may change pick-up service. Pricing has been very fair with no price gouging or surprise increases. They have been a joy in working with!

On the rare occasion Ive needed to speak to someone for a new trash bin or to change my service, I was always helped quickly and with a kind and professional attitude. My trash and recycling service is always on time!
Your drivers are friendly and always wave. Most importantly your drivers run on a very consistent schedule which I know is important to me and neighbors.
My biggest change wish would be to have a large recycling bin and a smaller waste bin. But I was told I only get the small recycle bin and the large waste.

For months, the lid on my recycling container has been broken and unusable. During these same months the truck drivers have been quick to leave warnings over the smallest infractions (the lid is not fully closed due to a small item protruding above the container) but they haven’t shown the least amount of initiative to make certain the lid is replaced. They create an adversarial relationship with homeowners without concern of supervision. Aren’t these people trained?
Price keeps going up. Have to call every six months or so for adjustment to reflect discounts such as military discount. Will to adjust to reflect pricing of other local vendors, but why should we have to do that.
Waste Management in Tucson is the best. The costumer service is so easy to work with, no problem cant be worked out.
PRO: WM is reliable and consistent, with only a few exceptions. Communication -- especially schedule changes -- is pretty good, but not perfect. CONS: Service cost has increased 50% since I moved into the neighborhood in 2016. There is no hazardous waste service available.
Generally reliable. Getting more consistent in sending an email when pickup is going to be delayed. This is good.Still feels expensive and the cost creeps up. Would consider a cheaper pickup if one was offered to me.Don’t know why you don’t have phone support when most companies have figured out how to do that in the current climate.
For the most part, this has been a good service. I have been missed, however, on the Thursday, Garbage only pick up days in Quail Creek. I do live in a cul-de-sac and may be able to contribute that they missed my pick up by mistake if it was a new person, otherwise, I am paying for a 2 time/week pick up and that is what I expect to receive. Love the new trucks.
The pick up is fine doing a good job thereHowever our bill continues to go up every quarter. Thinking of using other alternative if this continues.
I was told my new containers would be delivered on a Monday. Wednesday I still didnt have them. I called and was told I wont receive them for two weeks. I just moved into a new place and have trash that needs to be picked up. I guess thats not a concern of the company.
Our driver (my address is 3430 N Black Cactus Trail, 85750) is wonderful! Yesterday the javelina tipped over our container, and the driver cleaned it up and then dumped it. That kind of service will keep me a WM customer! Please make sure our driver is well compensated please!
The service is great but we were really stunned and disappointed to find that WM did not offer a methodology to dispose of old CRT televisions. This is a growing environmental problem as large flat screen TVs take over and there should be a way that WM take the responsibility of offering this service. (We dont mind paying a bit extra but there should be a way!)

Appreciate your promptness on pick up days. I had a very large box which I was unable to break down and our delivery man was nice enough to get out of the truck and take it for us. Appreciate those little things.
The service is good but too expensive for our very limited use. My wife and I are very environmentally conscious so we recycle and compost everything we can. We end up putting the garbage can curbside only once every 3-4 weeks and then its not full.
Im not sure why my garbage never gets taken. I put it out next to my neighbors on the curb, theirs gets taken, but not mine. I called them each day the following two days and was assured I was on the schedule to be picked up each day. Garbage was never taken. Im not sure what I have to do to get service.
Your service is 2nd to none BUT because you are the most expensive I looking to change my service.

We are very pleased with the service from Waste Management. The drivers are courteous and friendly. Our 2 year old grandson just loves to watch the drivers do their job and we sometimes follow them around in the golf cart. The drivers always wave and smile at our grandson.

Very efficient and the pickup crew is friendly and always on time. My only complaint is that the bill is never the same amount...sometimes less (not very often), most times more. It is little nickel and dime charges. Set the price and stick to that until an across the board increase. Quit the nickel and dime charges; it is infuriating!
You are charging me much more than my neighbors. I dont mind paying but - this is a poor marking strategy on your part. How about you reduce my monthly cost to equal what my lowest paying neighbor is paying.
Responsive to special issues I had on billing as former military etc.. Also got me two waste cans due to cleaning our desert and cancelled the re cycle trash one as did not use it. thanks for being flexible.
You guys are great. Your website is easy to use. If my payment fails you make it easy to update my card. My pick-up guy always waits for us to put the cans out if we happen to be late getting them out. You’ve made it very easy being your customer. Everything is great! I do have a broken lid on one of my trash cans, what can I do about it?
The driver on our Wed and Thur pickup keeps dropping our containers 30 feet from where he picks them up (in front of our driveway). He is dropping them off onto a busy road, not our little side street in front of our house. We have been putting our cans in the same location since 2006. Why do we have a problem now? Very disappointing.

Literally trash. They confirmed service is available at my address, quoted me, sent me a confirmation that I’d receive my trash cans and that service would be on Wednesdays.No trash cans were delivered, the account suddenly lists ‘no services at this address’ and they’re impossible to reach.

It took two requests, and weeks to get a replacement garbage container. The time of day for garbage and recycle collection seems to be extremely unpredictable. Recycle wasnt picked up until late afternoon today! The service is expensive.

Consumer beware: WM charges service startup and cancellation fees. To be fair, the service is adequate and pickup times are somewhat consistent. They really stick it to you when you cancel your service with them and charge YOU $75 to pick up THEIR trash bins. After cancelling, they won’t refund you for any pickups you won’t use after your cancellation date. I don’t recommend WM and would advise anyone looking for trash service to consider local competitors.

I was looking for a place to drop off recyclables. If they have a place for public recycling I didnt see it. This is more Goggle maps fault then the company.
The pickups are always made on the scheduled days. If they should miss my pickup, they will pickup the next day. We are always notified of a no pickup holiday or for any other reason then they will pickup the next day.
