They damage your trash cans then tell you they will be out to replace it with a new can, only to never show up!!!! They call you as a client to tell you they are coming to replace your damage can, only to call you back and leave a message telling you that they can not Again Show Up!!!!!!! They never answer their phone, rarely ever return your call. Extremely Poorly Run And Mismanaged Company!!!!! Beware Beware Beware!!!!!!!! They have no problem collecting their payment, but they definitely have trouble managing their company in a high standard of professionalism!!!!!

This company is more of an environmental hazard than a supposed service.This company is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. I work at many houses throughout the week and I have always disliked Diggins in general for their tardiness in cleaning the outhouses. The reason for this review now is the last four outhouses I have been forced to use have all been this company and all of them have been three weeks or more without a service. This is unhygienic and unacceptable since the service sheet inside the outhouse says it will accommodate ten people for one week. There is no excuse as to why this company should not be keeping up on the service they are being paid for.In summary, this company is a joke and needs to be put out of business. They are unresponsive and uncaring about the services that they are paid to manage.

Diggins hasn’t given me any reason to not like them until they gave up their service to Republic Services. It was all good till then. Now us customers are treated like we aren’t their customers

I have currently had Diggins Service for 2 years now and havent had any issues until recently. Not that its a huge deal but the last couple of weeks they have forgotten to collect my trash as scheduled. However, when I call they say they are going to send someone out the following morning. I think customer service is on point however the driver need to follow through on the schedule. Other then that minor thing I think its a great company with a reasonable price.

I have been with Diggings for less than a year. They dont pick up when they are scheduled. They havent picked up any of the garbage in my neighborhood that was scheduled for last Monday and this is Thursday. I have called four times and no one returns my calls. Why am I paying them for services they dont do?

I called for a quote, was transferred to residential and had to leave a voicemail. I still have not heard back.

Multiple attempts to try to get a roll off/restroom quote but no one ever calls you back.

Have called every day this week about why our trash was not picked up. Every day they promise it will be picked up by end of day. Every morning my trash is still sitting outside by the street. This has been a week now. Still no service. Very frustrating.

Its never good when the garbage man tailgates you with a massive vehicle while you have your infant son is in the car. Just pay a little extra and skip their service. Keep your neighborhood safe and keep them out. Plus, management wont keep their drivers accountable.

I have had wonderful service with this company. There was a time my pail was not picked up and they sent someone out immediately. I have also had great customer service. I would highly recommend them.

Pls do not go with this company! Made the huge mistake of switching to them a few months ago and have experienced nothing but horrible service. They stopped trash pickup in March without notification because they claimed I had not paid my bill. Went on line paid bill and added an additional dollar (cost stipulated by them) to receive paper statements for future billings. Next quarter billing was due in June and again without notification they stopped service. I never received paper statement. Even though they only picked up trash two times in June they wanted payment for whole month and a $25 can removal fee. Switched to WM at a much better monthly rate and even scored a senior citizen discount!

They don’t take any additional trash. If any trash falls out. They don’t take it. Half our trash help out and they left it all over the sidewalk and street. The trash can was laying on its side in the street. They always have excuses when you call they’re office, saying the trash was not left out, when it was. Excuses.

Poor customer service on the phone long wait times missed pick ups no credits and put both trash and recycle in same truck.!! Unbelievable!! What a way to run a business. Also say your cans not out according to Gps!!and if they tell you they will call you back they wont!!

Wife called and was given a wrong quote, then cans were never delivered. Called again, promised they would be delivered on Friday. Monday I called to cancel service.Would not ever use them again.

I have had Diggins service for four or five months, in the last month or so they have missed picking up my trash twice. They have not returned my calls and the wait time on my calls to them has been so ridiculous that I quit waiting for them to answer, I have a lot better things to do with my time.

I liked Diggins until I had an issue. They missed my trash pick up and only wanted to give a partial refund since the driver said my cans werent out. My cans were out and I am outraged that they would lose a customer over $5. The supervisor Melanie was trying to say that $2 was the full credit and very scammy she left me on hold for over 20 minutes and then said there was nothing she could do. I would stay away from Diggins.

Left two messages to cancel service. Got a call back finally and I was told that in order to cancel my service it would cost $25. Are you serious? I told them they cannot charge me for a cancellation fee since I never agreed to it. I also told them they do not have permission to charge my card. I told them they can come pick up their can if they want it but I was done with them.

They didnt pick up my recycle .Called 5 times and they said it would be picked up.Still not picked up.Most of the time when I call nobody answers I leave a message and nobody calls back.Considering changing companies. Very unprofessional service.

We are an HOA of 78 homes. We switched from WM to Diggins because of the price. We have just switched back. We had nothing but trouble with Diggins: Each time they came out their trucks left oil and/or transmission fluid on our streets which they had to clean up leaving cat litter on all the spots. In addition, on four separate occasions their trash truck left small bits of glass trailing every where they stopped. Finally, on at least two occasions they picked up recycling and trash in the same truck at the same time, creating suspicion that they dont actually recycle. We gave them six opportunities to correct these problems and in spite of their being apologetic the problems continued.DO NOT USE THEM FOR THIS SERVICE.

They pick up my residential trash. They have been great so far! Switched from Right-away disposal, who was a NIGHTMARE. Love that i dont wait on hold for an hour to speak to someone. Love that theyre locally owned. Great pricing and customer service.

I had excellent customer service on phone then with garbage pick up as well as the drop off of my new can when I first started service. I even spoke with the owner. They have been very professional and have provided great customer service I hope it continues on

Shouldn’t even be one stare. They are a ripoff. We pay our bill every month. But yet they will claim we didn’t. Last two times they have admitted the made a mistake. And credited us. Now they done it again. So we are done. Don’t go through this company.

These people are so slow and have terrible customer service. I was impressed at first with how easy it was to talk to a Hunan. On Friday I was told I would have my residential dumpster dropped off on Monday. I call at 3pm Monday and the operator has no idea what Im talking about. So I call the person who promised I would have it and says oh sorry tomorrow and first thing. So 2pm tomorrow comes, still no dumpster I call again and crystal tells me sorry the driver is running late, hopefully tomorrow. When I explain tomorrow doesnt work for me Crystal states she will call the driver and call me back but never did. Meanwhile Ive been charged for something I dont have. If I had a choice this would not be my garbage company Im PISSED. I would also give less than one star if I could

Had a roll off scheduled to be delivered before noon on 10/14/19. After 4 phone calls the driver showed up at 4:10pm with the roll off. Lost half a days work waiting for that roll off. Scheduled a pick up and drop off of another empty on 10/15/19. They never showed up and not a phone call or any type of communication to advise they wouldnt be able to make it. Im renting a tractor for $280 a day to use to fill these roll offs and now I had an idle tractor because they didnt do what they agreed to. They may be cheaper than others and now I know why, horrible service.

Ive had the service for several months now. I wish I would have looked at the ratings before I start it and all the comments. Ive been having promises made to me for almost over a week now nothing has been taken care of. Crystal said shes promises that it will be picked up and take care of, doesnt happen. Call back talk to a girl named Jennifer promises never happens. Transfer to a member of management call leave voice message never answers phones never returns calls. Service is very terrible says theyre going to credit your account never does. These people should go out of business.

We swapped from Waste Management to Diggins ...what a wonderful switch. So thankful for the wonderful service, nice dumpsters and timely pickups. Thank you Diggins!!!

The customer service representative was nice, but the driver damaged my driveway with their roll off. They told me to send pictures, then said it was not our fault. Then the operation manager never called me back and did nothing about it. They sent me a document saying they are not responsible and that I agreed to waiving them from any responsibility, but I never did. I would not reccomend using this company.

Week after Christmas the truck that came through the mobile home park that I live in picked up the recycle and trash bin and out it in the same truck, and this truck did not have 2 seperate compartments, i stored the guy today why that happened last week all he told me was he had a lot if work to do today then shut his door on my fave and kept going. I witnessed one of their trucks spewing out trash the other day onto the Interstate in Tucson and reported it to DPS. This seems to be a common occurrence with them, according to other reviews. I thought it was ironic since the word Environmental is in their company name..

Left a mess of scattered trash all down our road 2 days ago that has started to blow into the desert. We dont even use them, our neighbors do. We called as soon as we saw the Diggins truck with the trash billowing out all over and they made no attempt to come clean up their mess as of yet. Poster boards, papers, rags, grocery bags.
