Very close to Sabino Canyon. Also close to other attractions and great restaurants. Residents at the condos are very friendly and some invited us in for happy hour. Nice pool and pickle ball courts.

ZERO STARS. Do not buy a home here. 😒

I would NEVER buy a unit in this property again. The HOA is the absolute worst! My $1500 balcony turned into $9000 bill? Overpriced monthly assessments. $300+ for 2bed 2bath unit. Buyer BEWARE...

Quiet place to live it seems and superior location a half mile from sabino canyon

Perfectly located if youre interested in outdoor activities at Sabino Canyon. Nice apartments with good light, at least some of them.

We rented Condo 1183 for 5 months beginning in Nov of 2015. What seemed like a good choice turned out to be less than desirable. We found holes in the floor, stains on the curtains, cookware that flaked off in your food when you used it. Just to name a few things. We ended up going out for dinner most days because of the pots and pans. We bought an air filter to take out the dust and allergens that were part of dusty/ageing curtains and bed spreads. The two T.V.s in the condo worked poorly and the small one in the bedroom(12-14 inch screen) we just unplugged and replaced with one of our own., While the Condo itself was a beg disappointment, the complex with pool and spa, the grounds themselves, and the people there were great. I would go to Ventana Vista again just stay away from unit 1183 until repaired.
