I took my wedding dress to be cleaned and pressed for my wedding later this month. They had it done in a week which was great timing. Customer service was excellent and the price to have my dress done was less than other dry cleaners I had called around town.

The lady who worked with me was/is fantastic! She is kind and took care in helping me with my alterations. I will most certainly be going back.

Because I go to work early and get home late I was offered a green VIP bag so that I could make off hours drop offs but when Ive tried to use it they just come out and get it since they are there and arent even open. I think thats great because they could just sit inside and make me put my bag into the chute.The turnaround is great as well. If I get my laundry in early in the morning it will be ready by the end of the day.

Dropped off two carpet runners that were really badly soiled. One had been outside on a patio. Came back like new. Service quick, one week.Employees friendly, courteous.

Not much for the cleaners anymore since I retired. But they do my down comforters for me every summer. They do a great job and are reasonable. Im glad we have one close by but I still pass a different dry cleaner on the way.

I dropped off 4 cotton short sleeve shirts off for a clean and press and the bill came to $25.00 seems a bit expensive for 4 shirts. Not sure if I will use them again.

I sent two pair of cotton Pants to be dry cleaned, and contrary to the instructions on the label they dry cleaned them, leaving them on wearable. They do not clean the inside of long sleeve shirt cuffs, and they creased my cargo pants. Sparkle cleaners He is not dependable.

They promised pick up for Monday and I got a text my clothes were ready Friday afternoon. Thats expediency that I really appreciate.

I’ve used this place probably 6 or 7 times. I like bringing my work clothes to get cleaned. Anyway, I always get the fluff and fold. Yesterday I dropped my clothes off and said “fluff and fold please”. Well I went to pick them up today and they were hung and starched. I asked what happened that I always just get fluff and fold and the young lady just said she was sorry and she couldn’t do anything. I normally get charged $28-30. Today was $68 and I was told nothing could be done. I just felt like maybe meeting me halfway or something. Needless to say this will make me take my business elsewhere.

What an AMAZING first-time experience. Brenda immediately made me feel right at home. Her warm greeting, friendly and caring attention was a breath of fresh air in this fast-paced, rush you out of here world of service in which we live. In my mind, it was a long-shot that Id be able to get a new pair of pants altered asap. I was happily surprised that Sparkle Cleaners/Mindels Wife the Tailor was able to accommodate me straightaway. Absolutely horrible place.I had originally wanted to wear my moms wedding dress when I got married but it didnt work out. Okay, no biggie. So I order a new Davids Bridal dress for 150$; alterations were necessary because (i) as a low cost item only available online, it ONLY came in size 22 and while Im a bigger girl, Im not that big and (ii) there were certain modifications I wanted to make so that I felt beautiful and confident, which its something I struggle with immensely. Anyway, the alterations were NOT a huge thing in amount or complexity : I wanted the neckline more sweetheart shaped and the side areas of the dress to be more corset like (it was an A-Line princess dress and to achieve that line as well as highlight my curves, cinching and accentuating my waist was the way to go) and MUCH tighter to hug my favorite curve.Cue Sparkle Cleaners and their useless, nasty, rude, incapable seamstress.For over an hour - after being 20ish minutes late to the appointment without apology- the seamstress did very little but roll her eyes and find excuses for why what I was asking couldnt be done. She brought it in a teeeeeny bit and then refused to do more, continually stalked off, visibly rolled her eyes and huffed (as though being asked to do her job was unforgivable). I showed her the photo of the Davids Bridal (very plus size) model wearing the dress to supplement my description and all she said was well since people are built differently, it wont look the same.... what?! 1st : one of the reasons I chose this dress was that it was both plus sized AND the model and I have the (you guessed it) same shaped body. 2nd : you wont even try?She left me in tears, rubbing late, frustrated and angry, and desolate about the possibility of feeling beautiful on my wedding day.If shed put even a third of the effort she put into gin dying excuses into altering the dress, itd have been more than what was required- I subsequently took the dress to the only Davids Bridal location in the area, explained the same alterations that I wanted done, and my wildest dreams were met after 15 minutes of Consulting. It was beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for - so, rather than waste your time with this business, I highly suggest going anywhere, but as a bride in particular- go to Davids Bridal.

I use Sparkle for dress shirts, slacks, and the occasional suit. Clothes are always clean, ready on time (same day for dress shirts), the prices are reasonable, and the service is friendly. Couldnt ask for more.

Was called a month after getting dry cleaning done by the boss claiming I never paid. After explaining how I did party and there was some mix up, I was felt to believe I was a liar..this was the manager talking to me.Ill give him the benefit of the doubt, he had the decency to call back and apologize after finding that I was double charged by accident.I dont hold grudges so ill go back because they did a good job dry cleaning all my clothes.

I paid 93.00 and clothes are wrinkled. They said they gave me the special thats on the window 3 shirts 6.79 and 3 pants for 12.99I had 3 pants 11 shirts no way does that add up to 93.00 dont come here with out a price quote 1st. Point was I dont have an iron now I will go buy one took me 100.00 lesson.I got got by this place

They sent 6 of my husbands shirts to a different location. The day beforewe left we went to pick up anything we had there, they said we had picked everything up until I got an email and said they still had shirtssince we are out of the country I asked them to mail them to a friend in Phoenix since they have my credit card on file. They said, they would hold them for up to a year,. Extremely disappointed they would not mail them since I would be making a connection and friend could get them to me. It was their fault for sending them to the wrong location.

Great customer service, quality work, and fast turn-around. I was also impressed by the handwritten thank you note I received as a new customer.

It is so bad I wouldnt believe it if I had not experienced it. When I dropped off my two quilts. The person was new new. She put in a code and it came up as shorts. She told me it would be okay. I asked for a receipt. She hesitated and just froze. I said I will get one when I pick up right? ( FYI Never Leave Anything Without Proof Of Drop Off) When I went to pick up. They couldnt find my quilts. The new girl couldnt find them and my history said I left shorts. I asked her if she took my quilts, and with a straight face she said yes she did. I told her you need to bring them back. I got the managers private cell number sent a picture of my quilts that were made by my mom. Unfortunately during communication with the manager I missed spelled goldy and auto correct changed it to ugly. When I explained I was trying to say Goldie locks. Robert became defensive. Magically (thank God) my quilts were found the next morning. When I arrived to pick them up Robert also called Rob spoke to me angrily, harshly, and rudely. It is so sad. The quilts looked like they were washed on hot water with No ironing. Which is why I had them dry cleaned to have them iron. There is always two sides to every story. This is mine. I am sure there are customers that love this place. I recommend the dry cleaner in the Frys shopping at Pantano and Speedway. Everything is done on site, very affordable, and quick too.
