My favorite sports jacket had a spot on the sleeve. I hadnt worn it--or any sports jacket in 18 months because I never got dressed up during the pandemic. Id gotten a coupon in August and hadnt realized it had expired. They were so nice, and accepted it without question! The jacket was ready in a day, and the spot was gone. I couldnt;t ask for better!

I took a stained california king comforter in to get a good deep clean and am so happy I did! Dropped it off on a Monday, told it would be ready Friday, but it was ready by Wednesday morning! Affordable pricing for high quality service.

Wash and fold service. Dropped clothes off in container that was not returned to me. It belonged to the hotel Im staying in. I specifically asked for the two whites to not be washed with all the other dark clothes. Whites came back dingy. Expensive pair of crop pants bought at local boutique. Wont be back. Customer service is a thing of the past.

Nice work, but $50+ to clean 6 short sleeve casual shirts is just way too expensive.

Laundry and dry cleaning. Careful with the clothes. Never a problem with starch or ironing or anything else. Prompt service. No complaints.

In my three years, I once asked a table cloth be redone due to a tricky lower edge and it was re-done graciously and expertly. The staff are helpful and pleasant. I have had a terrible time with this company trying to resolve over charges and then getting promises to correct those over charges and today tried to use the credit and low and behold no notes in my account. The manager from the sunrise store was covering the store I used on Skyline. While they used to do a nice job, since they became Sparkle I have had a terrible service. I had to go to great lengths as a result of this experience to ensure they didnt charge me for the more expensive and completely unecessary dry cleaning service. When this was the previous company I never had issues SO SORRY they are gone. Since Sparkle took over, I feel they either have predatory practices or they are just not paying attention. The company, after nurmerous tries never responded to my concerns. I gave them a chance for months now so I feel compelled to warn other customers. I always laundered my cotton bed linens and they mistakenly dry cleaned them which caused an over charge of about 100.00. The frustrating thing is that there was a clear history of the services I used. Now they tell me well we dont have any records blah blah. They made the mistake, finally promised to make it right (finally after months) and I get screwed all over again. It is always your fault. Even today the manager said well linen requires X service - I never said ANYTHING about linen these were 100% cotton bed linens. Terrible experience. Consumer beware.

Took a. Blanket to be cleaned I am VIP customer were I drop the items to be laundered after hours and it done and my credit card chargedThis time I was over charged in the amount of $58 for a Blanket I tried to explain to all that this is overcharge no one listen this is a robbery as I priced it at 2 other cleaners it is only $21 shame on them this is how to treat a customer of over 15 years awful Robbery

I have been a Sparkle Cleaners customer for years at the River and Craycroft location, but unfortunately they closed.The closest Sparkle to my house is this location on Sunrise. I brought six items in on the Friday before Memorial day & was told they would be done Tuesday. When I went to pick up my clothes on Tuesday, only three of the six items was done. MiI went back on Friday to pick up the rest of my items & one of the shirts that I had pointed out a wine stain to still had a wine stain. I told the woman that I wanted it redone & she argued with me about it, but finally accepted it. Then she told me that I could pick it up Tuesday after 5. I told her I wanted it for Monday night. She told me that was only possible if I brought it in on Monday before 9. What??? Im here on a Friday dropping off & she tells me the only way I can get it back by Monday is to drop it off on Monday 3 DAYS LATER! Makes no sense. Whatever, I leave it anyway.Today is Thursday & at 5:53 PM I am at the door to pick up my shirt. Well, they close at 6, but the door is locked & some kid is inside. I knock & he finally opens the door. He tells me he cant give me my shirt because I computer is off & the register is closed. What?? The place doesnt close for 7 minutes & I have a long drive that I specifically made to pick up my shirt. I tell him to give me my shirt & Im not coming back. So he goes & gets my shirt & says to me, just so you know it is five to six. I say to him, you know you close at six? You really cant be this dumb & he tells me never to come back.What a fool to lose a longtime customer who comes in once a week for this stupidity.Stay away, this business is bad news
