Customer service was good. It was quite pricey. And my dress ended up too short. After they had measured it.

They do have good customer service and they are pricy for the quality of their final product. Feel free to ask for pictures of my purchase. I would not recommend spending hard earned money in their production of dresses.

My old fashioned style leather jacket was too big and they did an amazing job to make it look current fashioned. Being the perfectionist I am, they were really patient with what I asked for and they pay a lot of attention to details. I will definetly recommend it.

I went to Lidias to look for my wedding dress so that I could get married. I found a dress at her store that simply needed to be taken in a little bit to fit my figure. She quoted me $130 for the dress and the necessary alterations, I gave her 50 as a deposit. She told me it would be ready a few days later. I gave her a week before I called back to ask if the dress is ready. They told me it would be ready the next day. So the next day I went to pick up my dress which they said would already be ready. When I got there she took my dress from the back of the rack with the pins still in it... She had not even touched it! They told me to take a seat in the lobby and wait because it will only take 10 to 15 minutes to adjust. I waited 45 minutes. Their lack of customer service and there inconsideration of my time was not appreciated. I stormed out of there angry and in tears. I decided I did not want the dress any more after that experience. I asked if I could get my money back and they refused because they said that the work was already done. I doubt that the alterations that they made cost $50. I will not be returning to pay the rest of the amount for the dress. They will not get another dollar.

This review will be in both English and Spanish.For my wedding I decided to bring my mothers wedding dress here (which I was wearing for my wedding) and have some changes made it I also had her make all the bridesmaids dresses as well. I went to her in Feb and paid her in full for her services and she said all the dresses would be ready by April 23rd (the wedding was on May 13th). We didnt get any of the dresses until the Wednesday right before the wedding (the wedding was on a Friday). We had many issues with this place. One of the bridesmaids got stabbed on her breast the day of the wedding by a needle that was left in the dress. Another bridesmaid dress basically fell off from the chest area, she took the dress back to have it fixed and them fixing it meant now making it too tight and uncomfortable to wear. One of the other girls sat in her lobby for almost 2 hours waiting for her dress to be done and they kept tellin her itll be 10 minutes. 2 of the girls were getting poked in the back from the stay stitch that came out of the dress. Very horrible and poorly made dresses. There were 3 things that were supposed to be done to mine and only 1 was done. She was supposed to add beads to the dress, place a train holder on the back so my dress wasnt dragging all night, and cover a stain that was barely visible but noticible to me. The only thing she did was add beads. My dress is now completely ruined from the bottom because it was dragging on the dirt a good portion of the night. My mom had also trusted her to make her dress for my wedding and the Tuesday before the wedding my mom asked her to see it and it looked nothing like the picture my mom had given to her. Of course my mom was upset at Lidia but instead of her making things right she threw the money my mom had paid her, months prior, back at my mom and told her she wasnt making the dress for her. As if my mom wasnt busy enough helping me with preparations, she had to find a dress very last minute! This place was recommended by a couple of ppl and ended up being the biggest stress of the entire wedding. Please do not waste your time and money here; they do horrible work, provide horrible customer service, and will have you stressing before your big day.Para mi boda decidí traer mi vestido de novi aquí con el que mi mama se abia Casado ase años. Lo llevé para que le isieran unos pocos cambios. También la contrate para que isiera los vestidos de las damas y le page todo el dinero completo en febrero. Mi boda fue el Mayo 13 y me dijo que estarían listos para el 23 de abril. No agarramos los vestidos asta el miércoles antes de la boda que fue en viernes. Tuvimos muchos problemas con todos los vestidos que hiso esta señora. Una de las muchachas le pico en su pecho el día de la boda un alfiler que dejaron adentro del vestido. A Otra muchacha le entregaron el vestido y se le caía del pecho, cuando lo regresó para que se lo arreglaran lo isieron apretado. Ya estaba cansada de hablar con esta gente y se quedó ella con el vestido apretado. A otra muchacha la isieron esperar casi 2 horas en la área de espera para que le terminaran el vestido. Le seguían diciendo que iba estar listo en 10 minutos y 10 minutos se convirtió en caso 2 horas. A 2 de las muchachas se les salió la varilla que tenían los vestidos atrás en él espalda y se los tuvimos que cortar. Isieron bien pobre trabajo en todos los vestidos de las damas. Al vestido de novia mío les encargué 3 cosas y nomas me isieron 1. Les encargué que le pusieran piedritas de color, que le pusieran un gancho atrás del vestido para que se agarrara el tren de atrás, y que me cubriera una parte que estaba un poco manchado. Mi vestido de novia ahora está completamente arruinado de abajo x que está arrastrando en el piso el tren casi toda la noche. Mi mama también confió en ella para hacer su vestido y el martes antes de la boda Lidia le tiro el dinero para traz que ya avía pagado y le dijo que no le iba hacer el vestido siempre. Horrible horrible experiencia!

Warning: do not use this seamstress. Awful alterations. Ruined a brand new mariachi traje alteration the night before conference. Made an oversized jacket too small, student can’t fit their arms through the sleeves and left shoulder area the original size so now the jacket is disproportionate. Work was so bad, no one could fix it. Took it back and addressed shoulder area only, said nothing about the fact that the jacket would not close then refused to return money.
