Disappointed that I paid for a leak detection service and leak was never found.

I cannot begin to explain how grateful our business is to have found Ernesto and his team. We have encountered many plumbing emergencies, leak detection, septic issues, etc and Ernesto is always right there no matter what time of day to take our call. I wish we could give them ten stars!

Where do I begin? Ernesto and his plumbers were in and of here quickly, and they were friendly and professional, and I have been noticing the savings on my water bill ever since. I love water savers.

Recently, my tub handles were stripped by my roommate. I called Ernesto and he came over to replace it right away. Because of his professionalism I had him to look at a leak that I had which was coming from a pipe in the attic. He provided me with an estimate and came over a week later to repair it. Ernesto timely and did a phenomenal job. He also provided me with someone to repair the sheetrock that was damage. I now have a plumber for life and Water Savers of Atlanta has a customer for life. One a scale from 1 to 10. I would definitely give them a 10. Thanks so much Ernesto and Karen.

I highly recommend Water Savers for fixing your pipes. They quickly found the leak, repaired the pipe and restored the plumbing.

Gotta give them five stars on all the work they did at my house...They completed the work in a timely manner, fast and friendly...WaterSavers saved me and my families life..We had a bad Gas leak on a stove that we purchased from lowes..Water Water Savers Instruction we turned everything off and opened up the windows, and they came fast, and fix the problems...And for that you get five stars and I sleep better at night..Any time I have a water or Gas leak I will call them...I was not Paid for this review or pressured to write this review...I really want to thank all of you at Water Savers..Hope you all have a wonderful Holiday!

I had a water leak at my house that 3 other plumbers plus the irrigation company could not find. Terry came out and took his time and found the leak. Unfortunately, it required a new main water line installed. Karen at Water Savers scheduled the utility companies to mark and the crew at Water Savers began work on schedule and put in the new pipe. We did run into a few problems that were taken care of professionally and courteously. Anytime I had a call, Ernesto or Karen were professional, polite, and prompt in taking care of my needs. Even with issues, they were some of the best in customer service I have seen in a long time.
