Worked with Patrick on a quick stop here to make sure the battery in our primary car was good to go. The battery died and we were able to jump it in order to get to Mavis, but I just wanted to be sure before putting my family back in the car.This was my second visit here and I’d definitely return for other service.Give them a try!

Quick and simple tire rotation! I went in at lunch looking to have a tire rotation completed, without calling ahead 😬. Isaiah and Lee were at the counter helping other customers, so I only had to wait 5 minutes. I told Isaiah what I needed, he took the keys, I ran other errands in the area, and came back to everything being done. Upon pickup and checkout, Lee gave me my keys, and I was back in my car on my way home!

This was my 5th Mavis of the day trying to find someone to help me with a nail in a tire. Due to COVID issues all of the others were either closed, short staffed, or didn’t have the tire. On the phone, this location claimed to, then claimed not to, finally settling on having one. However, when I arrived the manager berated all the other locations for not helping me because they didn’t want to take a loss on the tire that had originally been purchased from their company. Then when he began to set me up to get my prorated tire, he couldn’t get the printer to work to have me sign for it. I guess I should have told him what he told me to tell the other locations, “That’s your problem” and “If you can’t help me, then I’ll get someone on the phone.” What poor customer service at this location to throw all the others under the bus and then not help me at all!!!

Mavis and tire has an awesome staff and very fast efficient customer service! I came in on a Sunday needing an emergency with my brakes and the manager Lee assisted me immediately. Kross the mechanic texted my brakes and calibers and fixed them immediately under 1 hour. Mavis Tires & Brakes on Lavista Road Tucker, Ga. is the BEST. The prices are great. When they say that they can Beat any tire prices, they are telling the truth. I got a great price on all four tries and also four tire sensors. I also got two front struts for a good price and good labor cost. All of the employees was awesome, they all work together. I highly recommend everyone to go there.

I went to the Lavista Road store with a flat tire, wanting to get it patched. After looking at it, the tire had been previously patched, so couldnt be repaired.Isaiah, the store manager, was super helpful and friendly. He went over all my options and didnt pressure me to purchase four new tires (although thats what I ended up doing, based on the treads). My car had four new tires, a balance and alignment and I was out of there in 3 hours, allowing me to get to work.I highly recommend Mavis Tires & Brakes, and I will be going back when I have further tire or brake needs.

I typically take my car to the dealer to get repairs because of the lack of service I have received from the other “Tire & Battery” places.After my encounter with Isiah and his team on Lavista Road in Tucker, GA, I now realize that you can get great service and not have to pay extra and wait forever for it.I purchased several services for my vehicle and bought a brand new set of tires. Terrible shop i left my car since 3 and still got a call at 6:20 saying it wasnt gonna be ready till next day at 9am like i said no just give my car back like i took it he said alright but when i got there his there putting the new tires in i knew they wanted my money and still waited till 7:10 . They work so slow like a Turtle plus they wasnt even busy. Never going back to this shop .

I then took my car to Goodyear tires for a check up because the car didnt feel right, and the associate at Goodyear notified me of several issues that the previous Mavis location hadnt brought to my attention, even after asking them to look for certain issues that I was concerned about. Long story short: ISAIAH at Mavis lavista was super quick and efficient, extremely professional, and took care of us to the highest degree. 15 mins to close!! Also gave us great pricing on future work. Will definitely be going back to this particular Mavis location.

This location has a great staff! Friendly, courteous and helpful. They helped me pick a good tire that fit my needs and budget and even worked with me on the price a little. They placed the order for my tires on Tuesday at about noon and before noon on Wednesday I had a new set of tires on my car. To change all 4 tires and do an alignment only took about 90 minutes and I was able to sit in the lobby and work while I waited. I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and any others who asked.
