Edwina is AMAZING!!! I came to her after a bad experience with another stylist ready to cry in the chair. My hair needed to be brought back to life, and I was so distraught. I booked an appointment with Edwina and let me tell you... from the consultation to the way she explained the plan and what I would need to do, to the quickness and precision with how she styled my hair. I’m a flight attendant who flies in and out of town to sit in her chair because I don’t trust anyone else with my look. She’s the best and a true professional. Smiley is my stylist and always takes extra care when going my hair. She always makes sure my hair is healthy and is willing to give me extra tips to improve my hair quality.There are times when we, as customers, ask for extra services and that is what can put Smiley behind because she is always willing to accommodate our desires. However, she is good at properly scheduling her time.

Smiley has been doing my hair for one year now, and I am so thankful that I found her on social media (FB and IG). She has been very professional from the first time I had my consultation with her (January 2020) to my now standing appointments (January 2021). She cuts/styles the best short pixie cuts. Her permanent color is absolutely beautiful, and I always get the most compliments on both my pixie and color. In addition, the shop is always neat and clean. The environment is also friendly due to the pleasant staff/hair stylists on duty. Smiley never disappoints me after she spins me around in her chair to see the finished product. She keeps me photo shoot ready! Thank you Smiley!!!

My appointment was at 11am. I got here at 10:50 a.m. its now 11:25 and I have not been called back for my consultation that I drove an hour for. For the cost of these hair units $400 up to $1,000 it is unacceptable that my time cannot be valued. I expect better. You cant expect someone to pay that amount of money and cant even get seen on time. Just listening to phone calls that were made back to people about having to change appointments that is a red flag for me. I will go to another hair unit specialist .When I tell you I have been to salons that are on point. When they say 11am appt, you will be that chair at 11am, no excuses. So many people have gotten so use to bad business practices that it just becomes the norm for them but never for me will I accept it because there are too many other stylists and hair unit specialists that are on point.

Smileys hair clinic is my favorite Salon. Master stylist smiley always come through with the natural press and color. So you know knocking down two heads at once, while maintaining COVID guidelines..

First of all, I never post on any social media; yet, I had to leave a review for this salon. I did not have any expectations. I thought; whoever took a last minute client is a saint, to say the least. Literally,they truly took care of me from start to end!! Second, for a man and women; this place is a real jewel. When you combine different services, one receives a discount; If I did not hate photos of me, I would show this art work, seriously its a work of art. Also, they have a woman barber who I believe would give any male barber a run for their money. The stylist and barber treated me as if they truly cared about their craft and my hair. Lastly, its a family environment and one feels it immediately once they walk through their doors. I would suggest all the dread lock aka loc or whatever term tho uses to explain this blessed journey, stylist at this salon to all. I truly love this journey and I am elated to have added Smiley and its staff to its memories, thank you one thousand times over!
