WORST PLACE THAT SELLS TIRES. Purchased a set of 4 one had an air Leak immediately in the side wall the warehouse manager stated that it was road hazard the tire was never on the road there is no warranty system there is no faith in the products they sell. If your checking reviews then you’re already to late

The receptionist is so rude and nasty to the customers! The one that answers the phone as if the tires belong to her. Not sure if it was Mary or the other one. She sound Hispanic/Asian/Mexican. She’s a bad representation of the business. She need customer service training to know how to better deal with the customers.

Good products but lady I ordered through was very rude. She hung up on me because I took too long, I guess, to provide info I never had to provide previously, and when I called back she left me on hold 5 minutes before returning to call.

They always have what I need. When running a business its about having the right people in place to make everything run smooth.

I have been buying tires with this company for some time now. I recently purchased a set of Arroyo tires for my truck in less than 2 months I’ve had three tire blow outs. This company claimed I hit something each time. The last blow out I had the truck was parked. I called to get a resolution I didn’t ask for anything free just a discount on a better brand and I was completely disregarded. I’ll be shopping somewhere else from now on.

I have been dealing with this company for 4 years, very helpful to grow the tire business. The online inventory access made me happy for checking on their deals on tires.

Tires are cheap but if something goes wrong, be aware that you will have to wait a while to see if they will get credit before you get another tire or credit on that tire. Make sure to asked which tire has road hazard because if you buy one without road hazard, you wont be getting a new tire without paying again, even if you just got the tire and it bubble up in a week. They will talk to you as if you put the tire on wrong. So you bought 4 tires and put one on wrong. Poor return and exchange on damage tires thats not you fault.

Spoke to a man by the name of Hasid who stated he was the owner when trying to discuss an issue with some tires a customer purchased from my company.. He was very rude and disrespectful when it came down to helping deal with the problem. He stated at the bottom of the invoice the rules where listed about warrenty..after reviewing both the old invoice and the newest. Nothing he said was true! When I asked him to calm down and have some respect and he shouldnt be speaking to me a customer like he was and asked for his first and last name he refused to give me his last name by telling me I DONT NEED THAT INFO I told him yes I did i wanted to make a complaint about him. Then he stated he was the owner. I told him I would send my boss over and maybe he would speak with them with some respect, since we are a buinsess that purchase from him. The tires are old and they also deceitful about their product. Example Vogue brand is not a Goodyear product ..Goodyear does not Manufactor this product.

VERY VERY RUDE MANAGEMENT WILL NOT WARRANTY OUT DEFECTIVE TIRES WHICH WERENT BUT 2 DAYS OLD. PLEASE DO MORE RESEARCH FOR TIRES BEFORE BUYING FROM GULF TIRE MANAGER IS EXTREMLY RUDE. DONT GO...........NO STARS
