First they showed up with only half my order and never called to say that’s what they were bringing (washer no dryer) and said they wouldn’t install it until they had both. Wouldn’t even take it upstairs, the guy said he would leave it in the living room until they got the dryer (unknown time, found out later it would be a month).Then when I switched products on the delivery day I was assured FOUR times they would be delivering it, they were just running late. My delivery window was 2-6pm. They told me at 8pm it was definitely being delivered. I cancelled my 9pm plans, waited until 10pm and they never showed up. No one can tell me why.Currently still waiting. Certainly won’t be shopping at Lowe’s while this is still their delivery vendor.

I unfortunately used them alot. I am a property manager and if an appliance beaks, Our company use home depot to purchase it. Spirit delivery does not even deserve one star from me. They suppose to delivery my stove on 8/14/21. The delivery guy called and said he is on the way. Three hours later my tenant called and said No one called or delivered the stove. I called the delivery guy and he said his truck broke down and he can’t and for me to call the office. I called Spirit and a rude customer service girl told me it will be on Aug 24 21. When I said why so late and my tenant need a stove. She argued and hung up on me. I called Home depot and told them I will not order from them until they change delivery service company.

If there were a zero star review, I would use that. Spirit was the delivery service of choice for my local Lowes. Spirit called me to confirm my delivery would arrive in 30 minutes on the correct day. I confirmed and told them all info was correct on the text they went me. My delivery never showed up. I was out of cell range for a few hours and, when I got a cell signal again, I had a voice mail that they would not be delivering because the address I provided (the correct address where weve gotten deliveries, mail, visitors, etc. for 16 years) took their driver to an empty lot next door to our business. Rather than getting out of his truck and walking into the business adjacent to the empty lot where he claimed GPS directed him, he opted to stay in his truck, drive away, and not deliver. Again, we have NEVER had anyone say our address was incorrect in 16 years.So I called to see when he could return that day TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS ON MY SHIPPING ORDER where he opted not to deliver the first time. The girl on the phone was dismissive and told me to call Lowes to reschedule. When I talked to Lowes, they told me to call Spirit because all information is correct so there is no need for Lowes to be involved in the rescheduling because it was Spirits mistake. Spirit again refused to help me when I called. Fortunately I had an incredibly nice woman at Lowes who got on a 3-way call with Spirit to tell them what she had already said - it was up to them to reschedule since it was their fault.Spirit was argumentative and unhelpful - shifting blame continuously to me for having a wrong address. I ultimately gave up trying to get the delivery on the day they had promised it (3 weeks after I ordered). They were unable to deliver the following day either. I finally got delivery the day after that though they called me again, confused about how to enter a building that has a front and rear door when my instructions stated to park in the back and go in the rear door for easy access.I felt like there should have been a prize at the end of my two hours on the phone just for getting them to agree to actually deliver my freezer. They continued to say this was my fault for providing a business address that took them to a lot next to my business (to which I kept saying no other business in more than a decade had ever had a problem with the address). If I ever find out Spirit is delivering my goods ordered from a store in the future, I will definitely consider cancelling my order. They took one drivers mistake and created an incredibly disgruntled and abused customer from the situation.

To say we were expecting the worst, yes we were prepared, after some of the reviews. Maybe thats why our experience was better. The company arrived early, with aflatbed trailer and flatbed truck. Our decking was placed carefully where directed. The first gentleman from the Griffin store was professional and courteous. The second crew were just as professional; my only gripe one of the guys, dropped the brackets on our composite wood. He was very apologetic and my husband made a notation. Overall our experience was great and hopefully others, will get the same crew.

Supposed to be here between 3:00 and 7:00 spoke to them at 5:30 and said they were on stop number five and I was number seven. Was on hold for over 30 minutes after 7:00 and still at 8:15 a no show. Left messages and no return call.

This is the worst contractor ever for Lowe’s. I’ve already made a complaint to the BBB. They will have your address where you lived for YEARS, go to an entirely different place, and say they attempted to deliver. I read a similar review and I could relate. They are lazy, unprofessional, and Spirit Logistics should not be a contractor for Lowe’s. You would be better off sending a pigeon with a note to communicate with this company. They are beyond terrible and make little to no effort to deliver your very high priced items and installations from Lowe’s. If I could them -1 stars I would. The bar is in hell with this company. Pure hell. Avoid at all costs, I hope someone can read this and be warned that this company is purely trash.

Unreliable & rude. Spirit has had to come to my house several times due to repeatedly forgetting parts or not completing the job. This last appointment scheduled through Lowes was for noon to 4pm. Got a call from the automation the day before to say its 2pm to 6pm. Waiting at home noon (had already taken time off work) to 6pm. They dis not call or show. Called at 6:30pm to say they’ll be there in 1/2 hour. I had unfortunately already left home. No one called to reschedule. When I called Spit they said I had to call Lowes to reschedule. No company that values their customers would partner with Spirit. Absolutely horrible service.

I would give a minus 10 if I could. I purchased a refrigerator from Lowe’s. The delivery date was changed to a week out after I was told they had my refrigerator in stock and it could be delivered in two days. Two nice delivery men showed up. During the course of the refrigerator removal one man went into my tool chest in my laundry room without my knowledge to get a screwdriver and a wrench. When he left he took the wrench. While one man was taking the plastic off my new refrigerator the other man helped himself to seltzer drinks and packing supplies I had in the garage. They disabled the automatic garage door opener and I had to call service to have it fixed. When I submitted my claim with a photo and a scanned copy of the receipt I was mailed a two page form to complete that was clearly developed to keep you from filing. I will never order from Lowe’s or any company that uses Spirit Logistics again.

Horrendous experience. The delivery crew couldnt appear to care less about properly communicating, protecting the homeowners floorings or furniture, or the merchandise being delivered/installed. If they damage anything (highly likely), do not expect any cooperation from the customer service people. Absolute runaround. Still in limbo months later. Complete disaster of a company. Highly recommend you consider your options other than Lowes, because youll be saddled with Spirit.

Doesnt even deserve a half of a star. 4 scheduled deliveries/installations of 2 appliances purchased from Home Depot - I still do not have installed appliances and a 5th appointment scheduled for a week out. We have had 2 no shows, 1 lost appliance, 1 delivered damaged, 0 installation. Home Depot has done nothing about it either. Filed a claim with BBB. At this point, I dont even want this service provider in my home, but Home Depot has given me no choice.

I am currently attempting to get delivery of my products and have been rescheduled....twice. Im told that the products were on the truck yesterday for delivery, yet I now have to wait an additional week to get them. My next step is to involve the company where I purchased the items.

Horrible experience. They called on first delivery day to reschedule after giving me a delivery time. On second delivery day they called 4 hours AFTER delivery time to claim the truck broke down. Apparently it was the ONLY truck in N, Georgia since I still dont have my fridge. Lowes has allowed this to happen with another family member. Stay clear of both Lowes and Spirit Logistics.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Spirit is the 3rd party delivery for our Lowes. We had ordered an appliance that was scheduled to be delivered between 6:30 am and 10:30 am, then Lowes updated it to 12 pm to 4 pm. Meanwhile Spirit was supposed to call us to verify delivery time which they never did. By 4 pm, no delivery. Upon calling Spirit, I spoke to Natasha who was rude and refused to put me on with a supervisor until she told me what she wanted to say, then she put me on hold in the middle of me speaking after telling me what the supervisor was going to say (she must have ESP or be a mind-reader). The supervisor told me the delivery was for 4 pm to 8 pm. So apparently their 4 hour window for delivery was now a 14 hour window with no apology or explanation of why no one called or confirmed the times. HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER FROM LOWES if they use Spirit as their delivery. Costcos logistical team who handles delivery is wonderful and I highly recommend them over Spirit/Lowes.

Drive will not come up my drive way - yes it is gravel but refuses to deliver. I drive my Cadillac up and down it everyday. Hung up on me - rude, argumentative. Called company- no help. Now they say it is someone else.

This is the worst shipping company I have ever used. Very surprised that HomeDepot would use this company. Dispatcher was a night mare. Asked to speak to supervisor and she told me she was. NEVER NEVER use them. The worst. Didnt make the delivery date and failed to call. Waited until 10PM. Now they tell me I have to wait another 4 days to get another delivery date.

Spirit Logistic is a sub-contractor for Lowes. My neighbor had a delivery from Lowes the other day, and It was made by an large 18 wheel flatbed. from Spirit The driver drove through my front lawn after several days of rain and left 1 foot deep ruts in my lawn. The neighbor called Lowes to get it fixed. They passed the buck to Spirit. He managed to reach Spirit and they said I have to file the claim. I have both a photos and a police report to support my claim. Ive made numerous calls to Spirit and no one answers or returns my message. I guess is they do not intend to. SHAME ON SPIRIT AND SHAME ON LOWES.

After reading the reviews when I got the automated call with my delivery window, I was very worried about the delivery process and experience. However, this morning, Jose and his assistant (sorry, didnt get his name) had my old fridge out and the new fridge (ordered from Costco) in and ready to go in 15 minutes. My delivery window was 730-1130A; they called at 745A to say theyd be there in the next 35 minutes. By 830A they were here, and out at 845A. Yall, I live on the 3rd floor, so it was no picnic! It was amazingly efficient, and they were super friendly. In the midst of this pandemic, I so appreciated that they kept their distance but made sure everything was all good. Jose even advised me to get a valve cap since my new fridge doesnt have a water hookup. Not sure about other peoples experiences, but mine was fantastic!

If it was possible to give less than one star I would. The first delivery team very poorly installed refrigerator leaving plastic wrap on it having doors unlevel and apparently Left slow leak from installed icemaker line for which they had to borrow a pair of pliers for me as they had no tools to do it. Second team came out- reset up doors, took off plastic, balanced refrigerator asked them to check the line for a leak which apparently they did not because after sometime my hardwood floors warped and popped out then the plumber found that the line was installed poorly on both ends. After several emails, pictures, plumber, floor appraisers they sent a very brief letter denying any responsibility!!

I ordered appliances from Lowes which initially was a very easy process.Then it was time for the delivery by Spirit Delivery & Distribution... a true nightmare thats still going on weeks later! The delivery people were rude, unprofessional, not interested in doing a good job, all the while portraying a nasty attitude from the moment I opened the front door.I was told by Spirit Delivery & Distribution that all contractors have to wear booties, gloves & masks during deliveries.This was absolutely not the case.I had to provide one of my own masks to the driver while the other worker only put his mask on after I insisted. Neither of them had gloves or booties.For reasons still unclear in an effort to install my new refrigerator & range they took it upon themselves to:1) shut my neighbors water off at the street even though we have 1/2 acre lots & the shut offs arent close...plus who shuts the water off at the street to install a fridge?2) move my great room furniture against the wall even though there was no reason for them to enter that room3) shove my heavy marble topped island which was NOT in the way against the sink & DW blocking them until my family came home the next day because I couldnt move it without help4) After all this commotion they decided that they werent going to be able to hook up the fridge. Luckily I noticed a puddle of water on my hardwood flooring from their handy work because when I went to get the paper towels to wipe it up they had already put my old fridge back directly over the water .. clearly thinking that I hadnt seen it.5) I went outside to inspect the fridge prior to their leaving it in my garage to be installed at a later date. Thank goodness I did, they actually were in the process of leaving a clearly damaged refrigerator for me to contend with.6) At one point I heard a loud scraping noise & one of the men was dragging my oven across the stone patio without getting assistance from his partner, using straps or his hand truck.6) They left packaging debris all over the driveway7) When they were still in the driveway I noticed that they hadnt bothered to move my great room furniture back but at that point I was starting to feel uncomfortable & didnt want them back in the house.UPDATE:Spirit Delivery & Distribution sent me an automated text last night w/ an installation window for today between 9:30 am - 1:30 pm. I called the dispatcher today at 3 pm to see if I could get an approximate idea of what time theyd be arriving since it was long past the window I was given. She informed me that I had been moved to the final stop. She went on to say that she had no way of knowing what time it would be & that it was not her job or the drivers to inform me of this drastic change. She claimed to have no way of knowing the drivers delivery schedule, the approximate time he may arrive at my house and that she cant even contact him unless he calls her.It is now 7:55 pm and still no installation, no call, no text...nothing!Its important to note that Lowes receives complaints about this vendor all the time & yet they have done nothing to remedy the situation. Lowes is literally endorsing them everyday by continuing this partnership . Lowes you need to figure out who is more important to you...the paying customer or this 3rd party vendor...look at all the bad reviews...we deserve better:(

I WISH I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE ZERO, I WOULD!!! LAZY EMPLOYEES- They would say anything just to get out of doing the delivery and install. The two delivery employees left a washer and dryer in the box and said a drain pan was required for them to unpack, however, 2 employees at Lowes where I purchased the unit said this wasnt true. They first said after seeing I had steps to my apartment that they would put the w/d in my garage and let the next crew finish the delivery until I insisted that they had been scheduled to do the job. Four days later, the unit is still in the box setting at my front door. Absolutely THE MOST DISAPPOINTING DELIVERY RECEIVED.

There are no additional superlatives, that havent already been used in previous comments, to explain how horrible this company manages their business. The real problem is with Home Depot and their lack of due diligence when they partner with outside vendors (like Spirit Delivery & Distribution, Tucker, GA). Not until that vendor misses two deliveries with ridiculous excuses do you research the company and understand their reputation. Broken down trucks with no phone calls and outright lies about delivery attempts are just the beginning. After 2 mo waiting for my appliance I chose to cancel the order - not an easy decision, but unfortunately necessary.

They were supposed to deliver between 845 and 1245, didnt happen. Call to Spirit they had no clue how to solve problem. They lied and said they would call me back. I asked for manager and said manager was in a meeting. B.S. I have done that one before to a customer. Asia the lady I spoke to was clueless. I called back and the new lady said hang on and she left me on for 25 minutes I know they where not coming back to talk about it. Anyway delivery guys were great no problem with them.

Horrible experience. We ordered a washer and dryer from Home Depot and were given a delivery date of 2/3/2021 from the hours of 3p-7p. We received no call or any communication from Spirit. Around 9pm on 2/3 we reached out to Spirit for an update only to be told that a driver suffered an injury and they would reschedule to 2/13! We asked for a manager and were told that a manager was “in a meeting”. We spoke to an operations supervisor who moved our appointment to 2/6 between 3p-7p. On 2/6 I reached out to Spirit just to confirm that we would be receiving our items as promised after a no-call/no-show on 2/3. Well just as expected, there was no call and a no show AGAIN on 2/6. When we called Spirit that said that our order was rescheduled again (without communicating with us) for 2/14. We have been waiting three weeks for our items and have ultimately decided to cancel this order. I am surprised Home Depot continues to do business with such a SHADY COMPANY.

While delivering over $2000 worth of appliances from Lowes, this companys delivery people ruined my storm door, tracked mud into my home and ruined a throw rug, and then refused to completely unpack my appliances, test them, and show me how they operate.Lowes has been giving me the run-around as has Spirit Delivery. It seems that anyone that has had a negative experience like this will have to contact their attorney. Lowes is just as responsible, because their name is on the side of the truck.

ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! Lied about coming to my house to deliver my appliances. After being home for the whole day, no one called me during the allotted time. Their customer service had no remorse for the situation or anything! Instead, she rescheduled me for another 2 weeks out.... I will NOT wait another 2 weeks. I am beyond disappointed with this company!!!

Ordered from Lowes. No problems with my delivery. Ordered Wednesday and delivered Sunday within the time frame. Workers were friendly and worked quickly. They wore masks in my house which was very appreciated. Sorry to those who had bad experiences.

If it was possible to give zero stars, that would be my experience with this company. This is, literally, the worst delivery company I have ever come in contact with...and I am in the logistics business!After 2 attempts, my girlfriend finally got her new dryer, which she ordered with delivery, removal of the old dryer and a mounting kit...and the only one of those things that actually happened was THE WORST DELIVERY EXPERIENCE ever. Care for a play-by-play of the two visits?Visit one, delivery window from 10 AM-5 PM on a Saturday: we wait all day, talk to the dispatch again around 5 PM and are told we are stop 24 of 26. Around 7 PM, we get a call from the driver telling us he had to let his helper go home and that he could not deliver the dryer alone and that WE would need to re-schedule.Visit two, delivery window from 10 AM -2:30 PM on a Monday: this should be easy, I will just work from home! The driver calls my girlfriend to tell her he is a few minutes away and if you ordered a stacking kit, I dont see it. He gets here and informs me that there is no kit, so we cant install it and you are going to have to get your handyman to do it. Ok, can you at least unbox it and get it upstairs I ask? We are blocking the street and the cops just drove by with their lights on As they are waling out the door I tell them thats not cool at all. We will be right back, we are not going to leave you hanging. They leave. They didnt come back. My girlfriend calls the guy. Not my problem, call Home Depot (It was GE where she bought it from). She calls, talks to a manager, guess what he tells her? I dont care. They will care!

In February I ordered a washer/dryer from Lowes Douglasville thru the website with one reason being they had free delivery. The delivery guy broke the pvc water pipe trying to take the old hot water hose off to put the new one on. Water flooded my laundry room. Was told when I called delivery company that Lowes sent out Spirit Logistics that I would have to get someone out to fix it and they would reimburse the cost. I did, it was on a Sunday this all happened. The cost to fix it came to $650 which I paid that day. Spirit Logistics nor Lowes has done nothing to reimburse despite my emails with invoice and pics and phone calls to Spirit. Phone calls and invoice to Lowes, too. I have gone in person to Lowes to talk to the delivery manager who promised to help. Still two weeks later no word. I know this is a long email. I need help here. I am so ready now to go stand in Lowes in the appliance department to warn people about the free delivery that cost me more than my washer and half of my dryer.

So far worst experience with a company. Called to confirm my delivery between 5 and 9pm they never showed up and never called then told me when deliveries dont get delivered they get put back and reschedule so now they think its acceptable to make me wait another week and a half. Completely unacceptable way to treat customers. After seeing other reviews I dont even understand how this company is in business when this is how they treat their customers!

Delivery was set 8:30-12:30...stayed home all day waiting FINALLY got to speak to someone at Spirit after 6pm. Wow! Due to the serious lack of customer service and the way the girl was speaking to us we decided to cancel our order and take our business elsewhere . This place is a JOKE...after getting off the phone with the girl at Spirit we called Home Depot (place we ordered the washer/dryer from) they stated that they were very sorry and are actively looking for another business to do their delivery service due to so many complaints about this company. Speaking to the Spirit lady was enough to make us cancel our order and go somewhere else! Home Depot was great..Spirit was HORRIBLE!

This company delivers Lowes appliances. I will never buy Lowes appliances again. I will use Home Depot for my order.I was notified by email that my Lowes appliance package would arrive between 8.45am and 12.30pm the next day. I took off of work and made sure that I was at my condo to accept the delivery. The delivery never showed up on the stated time. I was finally contacted at 4.50pm that same day. The delivery driver said he would be there in 10 minutes and never showed up. I tried calling him back with no reply. Spirit Logistics is the subcontractor that delivers for Lowes. They seriously need to be fired. Very poor customer service.

This company is incompetent. I have never had such a horrible experience with a delivery service. Because of them I will never buy from Lowes again. I was in plumbing/ electrical/ appliance sales and delivery for 20 years. This is not how to do business. Pitiful. I wish I could give a -5 rating.

Misty - the CSR basically laughter at me. Could care less that my 87 yo MIL hired people to come today for HD refrigerator delivery. I don’t understand why a company like this is in business. Do NOT buy a washer and dryer at Home Depot because it will be delivered by Spirit.My delivery driver called me at noon on my scheduled delivery day telling me he was 25 minutes away. I walked outside making sure there were not obstacles for delivery and waited. Driver never showed up and I never received a follow-up call from the driver. I call the driver back two times and no answer. Called back a few hours later and driver finally picked up. He told me he was unable to deliver my unit and that he called his boss and they should have contacted me. Again, zero phone call from the driver or Spirit telling me of any issues. I asked him if he was going to deliver my unit and he kept telling me I had to call customer service that my window had been missed.I called customer service. To start the call the lady was especially rude. Took multiple times to confirm my address and get to the point in the call where we would actually talk about the issues at hand. Once we finally exchanged way more information that what was needed, she told me (again in a very rude tone) that the next available delivery date was in 10 days. I kindly told her that was unacceptable, and a compromise needs to be reached to put my unit on a truck and delivered sooner. I offered to pick up the appliance from the warehouse, pick up the unit from Home Depot or Pick up the unit literally anywhere. I just wanted my appliance at this point and I as wiling to go out of my way to get it.Escalated the call to the “manager”. Same story, was told the next available delivery would be in 10 days. There was zero compromise on there side and zero reconciliation for the driver’s error. I was told the unit could not be picked up from Home Depot since it was already at the warehouse. Essentially there was zero way for me to get my unit other than wait 10 days and just hope that the driver finally delivers it. If the delivery did not take place when it was scheduled I had zero confidence it would be delivered the second time around. This logic was lost on the customer service team.When asked what company I was speaking too they told me “GE” as in General Electric. My reaction was to say “you are telling me that GE, the global conglomerate has this level of customer service?” I was in genuine shock. I had the lady repeat the name of the company two more times and again, I was told GE. Sure enough, it was Spirit Logistics.I ended up canceling my order with Home Depot (after spending 4 hours on the phone with Home Depot) and ordering at Lowes and picking up in store.Spirit Delivery is engaging in customer fraud and a class action law suit needs to be taken against this company.

I don’t have adequate words to describe Spirit Logistics. Scott Fields, the supposed ‘manager/supervisor’ is never in the office nor does he know how to get back to someone.Terrible communication, rude, unprofessional and easily one only the most incompetent companies I have ever dealt with.It’s been three weeks and my appliance is still just sitting in the foyer of my home - with no word or timeframe on installation (originally scheduled 10/18). Maybe they will see this and give Home Depot or myself a call next year??PS. I did really liked the second crew though.

Delivery scheduled for 01/30/2021. Purchased refrigerator and chest freezer from Lowes. They would not give us a time so we had to stay home all day Saturday. Finally received a time of between 3:00 pm and 7:15 pm. At 6:00 pm checked, through their tracking service and they were on #5 and we were listed as delivery #14. At 7:10 called they were on #9. Called at 9:00 pm and they were on #11. Spirit called at 9:30 pm to say they would not be coming. When asked about delivering first thing Sunday morning and was told to call Lowes in the morning about delivery. Called Lowes at 8:15 am and was told Spirit had dropped off 5 orders from yesterday, picked up todays orders and left. Lowes stated they would have to reschedule for next week. Explained that we work during the week. Could not explain why the undelivered orders from yesterday were not the first to go out today, before starting todays deliveries. Had to reschedule for NEXT SATURDAY. Lousy service. Anyone with any common sense would have finished up yesterdays order before starting todays orders. Im writing this review to warn others to stay away from this delivery & distribution company. They purposely missed our delivery because they ran out of time for taking too many deliveries throughout the day. When we asked if they could deliver the next day we were told no and that the reason they missed the delivery was our fault. We were called liars as if wed purposely not answer our phones and purposely miss our delivery of $2000 appliances that we have been waiting on for an entire month. Stay away as the service manager Scott will tell you he is well connected and Home depot will continue to use them regardless of what happens.

I think its all about what crew you get to deliver and install your appliance. Marc Wynn from Spirit Logistics arrived with his helper and they quickly hauled in my new fridge, hooked up the water line, and hauled off the old fridge. They carried the appliance in with shoulder straps to ensure no scratches on my wood floor. Great experience with a professional and personable crew.

If I could do 0 stars, I would. Long story, I finally had my washer and dryer delivered, the first time, I am pretty sure one of the delivery men broke the door because I heard a loud crash and then an expletive yelled out and he claimed it was defective so we had to wait on the dryer. Then the next time they tried to deliver the dryer they cancelled due to weather, although it was barely raining. Apparently these delivery men melt.... Then they finally delivered it and the door was supposed to be reinstalled so it would swing the other way, but the delivery person wasnt equipped to do that so they rescheduled a work order. Then they cancelled it the day of, without calling me, because again they didnt have a crew that was able to do it. Now, today they were supposed to come and do it but again they dont have a crew that can do it. I had to call, nobody bothered to call to reschedule me. I would avoid using this company at ALL COSTS.

Im still waiting on my delivery!!! I cant believe a reputable company like Home Depot or Lowes even uses this establishment. I ordered my dishwasher on 5/10/20 to be delivered on 6/13/20, which was rescheduled to 7/18/20 only to be called the day of delivery (today) to say The drivers HELPER had an emergency and my appliance cannot be delivered and to be rescheduled again! What kind of customer service is this? Why does the show stop because a helper is out, and why should I as a paying customer suffer from that? Do not order your appliances to be delivered by Home Depot and certainly do not rely on Spirit Deliver to provide exceptional service. The only way I would consider editing my review is if the actual delivery (whenever that truly may be) is absolutely exceptional!

Absolutely horrible service!!! Scheduled for Friday between 6:30 and 1000 PM. They called at 1010 and said tomorrow - they were running too late. Nothing on Saturday, so I called them. They said they tried to call me and left a message between 830 to 900 to schedule a time for today (Saturday) - LIE!. They asked when I wanted it delivered. When I said today, they said the trucks leave before 800AM and it is too late. I then asked why would you call me at 830 to ask when today I would be available if the trucks already left? No answer..schedule for Sunday. Sunday...NO DELIVERY AGAIN! Called and said their truck broke down, rescheduled for Monday 1130 to 230PM... They called Monday at 1145 telling me that it would be around 630PM now...because they got a late start What the hell kind of company are you guys running there? You suck!

Totally dissatisfied with Spirit. 2 supposed bogus attempts to deliver my item, due to wrong phone number with no follow up with Lowes to validate information and contact me, even when they had my address. Address was correct, phone number was correct in Lowes system. Extreme difficulties trying to get someone at Spirit to answer the phone and when finally connected after 45-60 minutes of trying, they could not help me and told me that I needed to contact Lowes store for more information. Had to finally get my delivery straight from Lowes and Lowes store itself delivered my appliance...not Spirit. Not the least bit impressed with Spirit or its service, Lowes should be shame for having this level of incompetency with a 3rd party vendor and should really reevaluate the partnership as I am sure Lowes is losing business because of experiences like this.  And no, I would not refer anyone to use this company if my life depended upon it. Definite lack of Customer Service, training and overall competency. Pretty sad. Hope others have a better experience than this, but by the rating on Google, doesnt appear to be much different. Lowes...pay attention.

Ordered Washer/Dryer Online from Home Depot on May 31, 2020, delivery was scheduled for June 23, 2020. Received auto phone call from Spirit Logistics stating delivery would be btwn 4PM-8PM next day, 6/23/20. Took off early from work to be at home during this time frame. I did not receive a phone call at any time during the day or evening, waited until 9PM and no delivery of appliances. Next day Spirit calls informing me that delivery will now be on July 1st! I am irate to say the least! They would not send out appliances any earlier. Spoke to manager for Spirit, who would not work with me and hung the phone up on me! Very unprofessional company!

All the other reviews are accurate. I had someone else home and SpiritDelivery just decide to call my phone and leave immediately after arriving. I checked my phone logs and sure enough they called me but no one knocked on the door and they keep claiming they did. I dont know if their contract allows for reimbursement in this case but this seems like a scam they are running.Their Customer Service keeps claiming that its an automated system that tells me the previous day of a time window. If the automated system doesnt leave me a voicemail, how am I supposed to know when to stay home?The next available delivery slot is a month out??! Costco and GE need to find someone else to partner with.Edit: So, Costco seems to have tired of such instances and started their own delivery service.After a 3 month delay, I got my refund from Costco because Spirit never returned the appliance to GE all that time. Wasted 4+ hours on phone calls and lost half a months rent because of Spirit not delivering on time.

I would give zero stars if possible. Shame on Atlanta Lowes in Edgewood for subjecting their customers to this company! I waited all day for a washer/dryer delivery and installation that I had already confirmed. I saw on the dispatch website that it was on the truck, and then hours into my delivery window, the dispatch link disappeared. No one ever showed up at my house. Ive been here all day. And I received no phone calls at all. I spent all day with Lowes associates that were completely washing their hands of their responsibility to deliver my items, until finally someone gave me the number to Spirit. No one answered, of course. Im going to be canceling my order for sure!

Service and Delivery are completely terrible. Do not use! We purchased through Lowes and got stuck with this delivery team. They called me at 10:30 am saying they would be there in 30 min (they were scheduled out 1:30-5:30) so I rushed onsite. Its now 3:45pm, they havent made it onsite yet and driver is incredibly rude. I called service center and they can see where driver called me at 10:30am and started my job but have no idea whats going on and offer absolutely nothing as resolution. I hope I get the delivery today as I cannot go another day without a refrigerator and taking off work.

Ok here we go, Bought washer & dryer from Home Depot. Happy with who we dealt with at the store.Delivery date..... Spirit Delivery Company called the night before and said it would be delivered between 3pm & 6pm.I would not be home until delivery time, so when I got home at 3pm, there were 4 messages on my home phone. First call at 12:03pm from driver, second call at 12:11pm company, third call at 1:04pm, last call at 2:11pm. I called them back and they told me I wasn’t there 30 minutes before my delivery time which they decided they wanted to come earlier but I had no idea because they never called my cell.The lady repeated the 30 minutes over and over and Yes I got mad and started yelling because she lied and said the delivery truck was at my house at 3 pm. She hung up on me and then told lies to the Home Depot manager. We live in the mountains and there is no way they could find my house with out me telling them how to get to it. There’s no number and mailbox is not even close to driveway. GPS doesn’t show where my house is either. We were there at 3 pm and we would have passed them on the way. They were never there. I called Home Depot Manager and told her that we did not want that company to deliver our washer & dryer. So Home Depot will be delivering themselves. SPIRIT DELIVERY COMPANY IS THE WORSE!!!!

This is the most terrible delivery company in GA. Please do not. I repeat do not use them. The drivers as well as dispach are very unorganized and incompetent. It took 2 months to have a set of washers/drivers connected after purchasing from Lowes in Lithonia Ga. The dispatcher hung up on me and refused to give me the address for this review. The drivers are paid each time they go out to a location and if the equipment isnt on their truck they reschedule you. Coincidence? I dont think so. They say they call but there is never a missed call or voicemail. The Attorney General’s office should be contacted by anyone, there is legitimate expectation in legally expecting an agreed to service is fulfilled. This is the most dishonest company I have ever had to deal with. My one star should be read as ZERO stars. I wish Google let us give zero or negative stars. That should tell you all you need to know about my experience and what I think of the company; but if you want to know the details, you may read on...When Spirit Logistics delivered the washer and dryer that we had purchased from Home Depot, one of their deliverymen/installers had a nasty attitude and was so hasty in putting the dryer up that he left a huge hole in the vent hose. When I alerted him to that, he hastily unfastened the hose and readjusted it only to leave a bigger hole on the other side. When I alerted him to that again, he pulled an angry attitude and stormed out of the house leaving a mess in the laundry room and leaving the washer in the hallway right in front of the master bedroom.When I called Spirit Logistics to report what had happened and ask for somebody to come complete the job, I was put on hold for close to an hour; and when I got through to a customer service rep, she had an even worse attitude than the installer who stormed out of the house. She was extremely rude and said that no one could come until a week later. That was despite me pleading with her that we had a mess in the laundry room and that the washer was blocking the way to the master bedroom.When I felt the conversation was going nowhere, I decided to call Home Depot for help. As expected, they offered to speak with Spirit Logistics right away. The problem is that they had to call the same customer service that I had called before, so they also had to be on hold for almost an hour before they could speak to anyone. When they finally got a hold of somebody at Spirit Logistics, they were told that the technicians left my house because of COVID-19 violations. WHAT?!!! Where did that come from? That is the worst lie they could have come up with. That was so dishonest I couldnt believe it. The incident had absolutely nothing to do with COVID-19. If there was a concern to be expressed, it should have come from me because none of the installers that I had let into my house had any masks on, nor were they wearing shoe covers or gloves. But that is completely irrelevant in this review.So after that blatant lie, I asked Home Depot to send some other company to complete the installation because I did not want anybody from Spirit Logistics to ever set foot in my house again. I was then told that Home Depot had an exclusive agreement with them and was not in a position to send anybody else to help. What a shame!!! I did not expect Home Depot, a company that prides itself on customer service, to subject its customers to lose-lose ultimatums like that.Anyway, the Home Depot customer service rep ended up scheduling a second visit by another set of installers from Spirit Logistics still. I let him do that just to see if what had happened with the first crew was a one-off incident. But here again, just like I was told when I spoke with Spirit, the earliest somebody else could come was a week later despite the urgency of the matter. In the meantime, we were supposed to continue to jump over the washer that was sitting in the hallway to get to our master bedroom... So, we decided to hire somebody else on our own dime to get the units installed.Had we just waited for Spirit Logistics to come back to complete the job, we would still be waiting - 15 days from the original incident and 7 days after the second crew was supposed to come complete the job.Long story short: Spirit Logistics is a crooked company that Home Depot should cut all ties with immediately.

TL:DR - They took a picture to prove I wasnt home, I was in the picture.We bought a washer and dryer from Home Depot. After waiting 2 weeks for the scheduled delivery, I took the day off work to be here. I noticed a truck outside, so I went out, made eye contact with the driver, and watched him flip through paperwork and try very hard to look busy and ignore my gaze. After about 5 minutes, they left and said no one answered when they tried to deliver. NO ONE CAME TO MY DOOR. Customer service said they took a picture, not sure what it was meant to prove, as it was from the parking lot of the entire front of the apartment building, showing 3-6 different apartments. I spoke with Kathy, who was rude, implied I was lying, and said the best she could do was reschedule the delivery for another week away. She then said the person who had the picture on their computer was at lunch, and that Id have to call back. I did and spoke with Misty, who was more polite than Kathy had been. She found me in the picture they took. To reiterate, THEY TOOK A PICTURE TO PROVE I WASNT HERE, BUT I WAS LITERALLY IN THE PICTURE! After a little more back and forth, Misty rescheduled the delivery for 4 days from now, half a week sooner than the best that Kathy could do. After seeing some of the other reviews about similar issues, and even damage done by the delivery team, I plan on waiting outside on the sidewalk all day, and recording the entire delivery exchange. Home Depot, please find better carriers.

Bought dryer from Lowe’s. Was given 7/9/20 8-12pm delivery time. Got a call from spirit @10:06 to say 20 minutes away. By 11:30 they never showed up. When I called the number they called from no answer. I called Lowe’s who said the driver reportedly knocked on my GARAGE door with no answer and left. Why would you knock on the garage door if you have to pass the front door with a doorbell ?? After speaking with Lowe’s manager was told it would be delivered following day 7/10/20 (spirit sent confirmation text and email from 3:15-715pm) my 82 year old Mom sat in front of the window for 4 hours do she wouldn’t miss them. Never showed up. I called Lowe’s who told me Spirit rescheduled me on their own to 7/15without reason or notifying me. Lowe’s management said he put me back on the list for delivery for tomorrow. Praying it actually happens. What terrible customer service ! Lowe’s said it’s the same company Home Depot and other stores use and that they’re trying to get contract with another company. Hope they do cause Spirit sucks.

Right about is a good time for a class action lawsuit to this company from the quantity of people in Atlanta that they have defrauded. Can I leave ZERO stars? They were supposed to deliver sliding glass doors.. THEY MARKED THE ITEM DELIVERED - and never showed up. The second I received a delivered email I called NO ONE had brought anything. Spoke with James at Spirit.. Oh You received it with your refrigerator. Said he had photos. Clearly they were incorrect because I did not order a fridge. Just doors. --- He updates the tracking status to UNABLE TO DELIVER and says I have to call Lowes. Its a Sunday and Lowes delivery is MIA.... I call Lowes this morning. They cant find my order at all. I go to the Spirit tracking system and guess what. THEY DELETED MY ORDER. The new status is Order Does Not Exist. The level of anger is through the roof. So they transferred me again to a young lady who then told me all she could do is get it rescheduled tomorrow as all management has left at 5PM! Of course your voicemail says your hours are until 8PM! I would not recommend this company as they feel rather than proper honest communication that its just easier to lie to the customer.

I did not choose to use this delivery service, LOWES.com did. When I place the order from Lowes my local store did not have the product so they chose Atlanta store #1875 to deliver. They made a partial delivery and tried to say they delivered the entire load of lumber. After several calls to corporate (NO Manager with this store contacted me after being assured one would) I was called and told the delivery would be made Monday, June 29th. The delivery was suppose to be made between 10:30am and 2:30pm. No delivery was made. The online tracking on the Spirit deliveries site was shut down, so I could not track the non-delivery. I have left messages and no return calls. I have already spent a couple of thousand dollars with Lowes but wont make that mistake again. ANY company that uses this delivery services obviously doesnt care about its customers. Dont believe me, check out all of the other comments below.

ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY that Lowe’s could have partnered with. We ordered a fridge, washer and dryer to our new townhome on Wednesday. On the day of delivery, the driver, who I guess was having a terrible day, came into the home absolutely refusing to bring our refrigerator up a flight of stairs even though we had notated that in our order over a month ago. Then he tried to leave it in our garage so it would be our responsibility. When we asked why, he told us it is a 4-person job and it was only two of them, then yelled at us because we called spirit customer service, and then stomped out the home without helping. We called spirit and they rescheduled for Friday. On Friday we didn’t get a confirmation so we called and they hadn’t even put the order in. They tried to do it while I was on hold and I received a bogus confirmation email while I was waiting. Then they rescheduled for Saturday. On Saturday, we had a two person team come and set it up, which was the only time we had a good experience with Spirit, thought they forgot one piece of equipment. They told us this was definitely a 2-person job, not 4, meaning the first guy lied to us because he just didn’t want to do it. Then we had a defective fridge so we ordered a new one. The new team from spirit this morning, 6 days later, RUINED our new home. We’re talking broken bannister, scuffed walls, and a hole in our entryway.It’s unfortunate that Lowe’s and other companies use this incompetent company to do their deliveries. And when you do try to rectify issues, Spirit always points the finger at the company that hired them. This is not how business is done. Our new home is ruined because of this experience with Spirit.

I dont know why Lowes even work with this carrier. My range and cord was supposed to deliver on the 28th and the team supposed to install them which I clearly made a request and paid for the haul away too. Here comes the day and Lowes called me at 6 in the morning but I missed it, left a voicemail told me its better if I can go and pick up my cord since they ship from 2 different locations and not sure if my cord will come before the range. Called back 15 minutes later and one of the staff said its already on the truck, so I couldnt do anything about it. My range was delivered and the guys told me that I dont have a cord yet so I need to wait for the cord to come and those other guys will install it for me, hauled away my old range and left. I tried to track the cord delivery but it wont appear anymore, called Lowes again and the staff who left the voicemail told me the cord is not even with the delivery guy and he wont be able to make it? She tried to blame it on me because when she called I didnt pick up, but I told her I called back and that what was the other staff told me. She apologized and told me to go pick the cord up so the guy will swing by and install it, he never came. Next day I called her again and she said she cant do anything other than reschedule for the next day. I was mad and asked her if she can send anyone today, she told me manager will call me back and arrange in 10 minutes. Received no calls, went up to Lowes and asked for the girl, she wont come in, one of the staff took care of me and refunded my haul away and cord fee plus setting up an appointment for tomorrow. Spirit called me the night before and said the time window was between 3-7pm, the guy showed up at 9:30pm after I made a several calls. He looked at the outlet and told me he couldnt install it because it will require a 4 wire, when I was buying the range with the cord I asked Lowes several times if the cord I bought can fit with my home and they said yes. He apologized and told me he will buy the cord out of his pocket and will come by at 7am tomorrow to install it. Here comes tomorrow, called him at 10am and he didnt even pick up the phone, he turned it off. Went to Lowes again and they said it was my fault because I should have went into store and buy the cord so they could help me, it was my first time buying a range too. Now they cant do anything and have to reschedule again for the next day, and it was a third party contractor so they cant guarantee the schedule time either. Lowes should at least hold some responsibility and make Spirit hold it too, no one wants some strangers in their house at almost 10pm. I took off days from work, cant cook for days and waited for some guys who cant even come on time, this is a very bad reputation for Lowes as well and they need to get their act together.

My fiancee ordered a fridge that was supposed to be delivered by these people and after postponing their delivery all day they decided it was undeliverable. We do NOT live anywhere that is hard to find or reach. Theres no reason for them to do this besides pure laziness. They had a unrealistic delivery schedule!!#-6/2-3..several unsuccessful calls 2 Delivery co.2 confirm schedule 4 a.m.-6/4..got txt notification of delivery 2m.-6/5...called delivery co.Finally reached after 3 hr intermittent calls.Confirmed Im #11 of 20+, w ETA 10;30-1430 w call 30mins b 4.Its 1600...I called Spirit, on hold>1hour. They answered & said my ETA is 2 hours. Transferred 2 Jeff, Manager. We were disconnected without call back.-Ive been sooo patient n Covid & Protest-timesMy Suggestion; Lowes should use another (more than 1) company.Customers should pick up yourself.

Purchased washer/dryer from Home Depot, dryer was improperly vented now must wait a month for them to come back out to correct, rushed to get delivery/installation done, called company and person on phone had attitude, very unfriendly, unprofessional. Home Depot needs to find another vendor for their delivery service, in and out of my house in less than 20 minutes, need to slow down and do the job right the first time

This is without a doubt the worst delivery experience Ive ever had. This is not made up either. Got here with refrigerator from home Depot on time then measured a couple of doors said would not fit. I measured fridge then all doors, backdoor from patio would fit. Then explained that fridge wouldnt fit thru railing so I removed one railing so it would fit. One guy wanted to make it happen the other said safety issue. So, I said can youtake the old one Ill get the new one in by myself. They take old one and Im like wheres the safety there. Never use home Depot delivery again. Id give zero if I could.

Horrific experience. Bought a stackable washer and dryer from Home Depot and the washer was damaged. The delivery guys took both appliances back (couldn’t install dryer because it was going on top of the washer). When the new washer came in, that’s all they brought - no dryer. I spent over12 hours on phone calls and in Home Depot to get this resolved. I had the dryer delivery scheduled, and they showed up with nothing, no dryer. They said they thought they were installing a washer and dryer that I already had. That doesn’t even make any sense. So I finally talked to the warehouse manager who found my dryer in the warehouse and rescheduled the delivery. And then the same thing happened. Seriously. It’s been over a month and I still don’t have a dryer. And to top it all off, when they brought the washer they didn’t even install it, so I did it myself. Now they’re telling me that they won’t install the dryer (if it ever shows up) on top of the washer because the washer is used. Total BS.

They have delay my appliance delivery for over 2 months and every times they schedule delivery they fail to complete the task and when when I call office their receptionist rude and disrespectful and they don’t even connect you to their manager and supervisor . I hope Appliance companies stop using them for any future delivery.

The absolute worst experience Ive ever had. Failed to deliver appliance twice and then lied about being here. Operations manager refuses to offer any level of service. I even offered to come pick my appliance up and they refused. DO NOT USE!!!! I cant believe Home Depot would even consider using this company.

Wish I could give zero stars, but that is not an option. The customer service reps where short, rude, nitpicky, less than helpful. They were defensive and say customers have an attitude when the customer points out their inconsistencies and their rudeness. Home Depot needs another vendor

Shame on Lowes for continuing to use Spirit Logistics!!The driver lied, saying he couldnt deliver even though I was home WAITING. To make matters worse I could not reach him or the office.I will be a squeaky wheel. I was inconvenienced, and am still without my appliances.Avoid doing ANY business with Spirit Logistics if you intend to have a seamless delivery!!

Came out to install a dishwasher I bought from home depot. Guy came out and originally said he couldnt do the job bc the line didnt have a shut off which it did, and was not hard to find literally right in the line coming from the dishwasher, after pointing that out to him he changed his excuse to he couldnt get the dishwasher out. Mind you All together this interaction took place in about a span of maybe 2 minutes, his partner never got out of the truck so Im guessing they made their mind up before showing up that this job wasnt going to happen for whatever reason. Ive had the dishwasher replaced multiple times no company has ever had a problem. After they left I decided to take it out and replace it myself which I shouldve done from the get go. The Dishwasher like most appliances has leveling bolts on the bottom that had to be unscrewed dishwasher came out very easily in less than 5 minutes. Customer service was the rudest.

Its been 1 whole week and Ive yet to get my dishwasher. I research this company and now I know why Im still waiting. This was a Christmas gift from my children, who requested a delivery before Christmas. First, they said the dishwasher had been delivered. three days later its on the truck. 2 hrs past the delivery time we were told we were number 16 however, they stop delivering at 9:00pm

Have had nothing but problems getting and scheduling appliance deliveries and installations from this company working with Home Depot. They either forget things or constantly reschedule/cancel (without communicating that they are) and provide little to no communication to end customers when there are issues, forcing me to have make long calls to Home Depot customer service to even figure out what is even going on.

The delivery guys ruined my floor, they chipped my floor several times while putting the refrigerate in place! They tried to leave very quickly, but I found the damages that they caused. They yelled at me and said that they were not responsible for that and accused that the damages were already there! They also tried to force me to sign some papers, so they can get away with it! I called the company, but the manager said they cant do anything about it!!!!!Why would anyone want to do business with a company that is so irresponsible? So my new house with new flooring is just ruined by some unprofessional people whose in business with big companies like Lowe’s before I even move in? That’s very ridiculous! Dont use them!!!!

I must say this simple delivery became a nightmare. Spirit was to deliver between 7:45-11:00 AM to a rental property. They said they would call 30 minutes ahead of time. They called around 9:30 and said they were 20 minutes away. My wife drove the 40 miles to the property and waited 1 plus hours, the delivery driver would not answer his phone, so she left.She received another call from Spirit around 1:15 saying they were 20 minutes away, she went back and waited.At 1:45 I get a text saying she is on hold trying to find out where they are. At 2:58 I get a text with the phone numbers to call so I could begin trying to help find the delivery.The driver finally shows up about 3:30-3:45, 6 hours later than he said he would be there, all he said was It will be OK, we are here now.Until this is resolved I will be holding Home Depot accountable. I will say Spirit has offered a resolution, if they come through I will at least give them credit for that. Home Depot needs to hold Spirit accountable, and Spirit needs to hold their sub contractors accountable, and as customers we need to hold them all accountable, if we dont, plan on this being the new normal.I filed a complaint with Home Depot, If Spirit does not live up to the promises they made I will escalate that complaint and until then or some resolution from Home Depot, I will not be spending another cent with them.I hope to be able to post that a suitable resolution was reached in the near future.I really do hope that Spirit will get its act together.

This company is horrible. Home Depot should drop their contract with them. The ratings are horrible and so they are consistently terrible across the county. So why does Home Depot use them. That makes them just as guilty. After 2 different appliances have not been delivered to me on the date and time for 2 different occasions, I wont be ordering from Home Depot again. Ridiculous!! Now crossing my fingers I can get my dang dryer tomorrow!!!! Tired of crusty hung to dry towels.

I hate that everyone seems to have had a bad experience, but my experience was a good one. They arrived within the 20 minutes of their call with the new washer and dryer. They removed the old ones and brought the new ones in and installed them with no problems. They werent talkative, but they werent rude. Maybe I got lucky, but I hope they have improved their service.
