I did a drive thru, and just based off what I seen, I definitely won’t live here.. I’m guessing the trash compactor is broken and its a big dumpster out as you enter and exit the property.. looks as tho it hadn’t been serviced in bout a month or so.. it’s trash everywhere! The balconies are rotted and need repairs on several buildings. Also mold and mildew on the (outside) sides of every building.. I can imagine what the inside looks like... yea I won’t be moving here! Awful.... smh

People in office are very rude there is never parking there is 10 families living in a apartment bugs are uncontrollable drunk people are always fighting and leaving Heineken bottles everywhere. Its just a mess i wouldnt recommend anyone to move in this hell hole

The worst place where they can live are very rude from the maintenance to the manager I do not recommend them look for another place they do not care about the people do not have parking for the residents they give them the apartments full of cockroaches !!!!

Describing my experience in APTS GWINNETTE STATION in the more than three years I have been living here my stay has been very satisfactory and in many respects it has been largely x the attention and warmth of the office staff especially of your manager Alaysha Baker and k is always attentive to the needs k are presented as is maintenance and personally resolving as soon as possible with the help of maintenance staff k always show respectful and professional in their work openly recommend GWINNETT STATION APTS as a option to live congratulations to ALAYCHA BAKER x his great professional performance.
