I was looking for a job after not working outside of self employment and I called them every morning at 8 am and I knew it was like oh Kelly yes we have not forgot snd within a few weeks I landed a job that was so great and a pretty good fit . Unfortunately I had to stop working for reasons beyond my control and there isn’t a day that goes by that I miss that job and the people. Now I’m getting ready for one more senior year with our youngest boy.and I might just go bank to work I’m really missing the independence and the chance to help others . I had a great experience! I was placed out quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful. The job I was placed out to was entry level, but once hired on a full benefit package and a pay raise was given to me. I have been at my job for 2 years now, if it was not for them I would probably still be working in the fast food industry for minimum wage! I would recommend my family friends!

I had a terrible experience with Express.I told them that I wanted a full time job that didnt require a lot of strength, could pay as low as minimum wage, had weekends, and preferably had air conditioning because it was hot at the time.I was sent to a blue berry packing plant for a job. It required a lot of physical strength, the temperature was from fairly cool to just as hot as everywhere else, and the hours were very long. I stopped at 11 but they were pushing for more. Lastly I was the only one there who couldnt speak Spanish, which was lonely.The worst part of my experience was the lying. Express gave me the job I told them I didnt want. Also they didnt tell me there was a weekend shift, which I told them I didnt want, or that the hours varied, which caused a lot of friction with my boss. Lastly when I came for my pay check they lied to me again. They told me it would be at the express office, but when I showed up I was told to go to the packing plant.Overall my experience was hysterically bad. I asked for several simple things for a job, and they delivered on none of them; except the pay, which they messed up.

Qualified to run a department of 40 and responsible for overseeing an annual budget of 5.6 million dollars yet, not qualified to pick apples off a conveyor belt for these guys. If you ingest THC, such as I do (preventative therapy for migraines over taking level 5, narcotic pain pills) and you do not possess OLCC medicinal card (which is pointless in a legal state, cheap way to collect fees) do not waste your time. Though they receive no federal funding of anykind, they use the federal statute as condition of employment, which is fine. (Though I never understood how a card makes a person who ingests THC a more capable worker than those who ingest THC with no card. Liability issue, I guess). Have a month to kill while the company I work completes construction on the new office digs and thought Id keep busy during the downtime by working some temp gigs. Get off the couch and go sweat for $10 an hour, like old times but sadly, it is not to be for me. The staff, Lindsay in particular, is amazing. Well run office. You get all signed in minutes and there is plenty of work. I personally witnessed the office take a ton of work orders in the 30 minutes I was there. Ill just stay in the corporate world, where I belong but this place will put you to work if you are serious about working. Just stay away from the reefer.

The lady at the in person interview was polite but was not unhelpful -- it seemed like she quickly rushed the interview process and never suggested any positions. I never even go to so a skills test like other clients mention? Days later, I attempted to call this recruiter but she was never available. More importantly, she never returned my phone calls. I dont understand what I did wrong? Was I overqualified? I rarely do this, but I have to give this place a 1 star for lack of communications and lack of commitment -- in my opinion, two crucial components to a great employment agency.

They sent me to one job interview at first and then NEVER called me back. Its like they just went completely silent out of the blue. Its been 3 months.
