Staff are very respectful and are always more than happy to help with any situation or scenario that may pop up. They have been very responsive and more than eager to answer any and all questions that I had concerning work or hiring procedures. Always have jobs that I am seeking and swiftly send some that may interest me my way. Super easy to talk to which helps a ton, they like to get you on your feet as soon as possible and are respectful in the process.

There were multiple issues with this staffing agency, they will sell you are their vast network of employees and they found us roughly 10% of our need and the ones they did find either never showed up or didnt fill our agreed upon requirements with Integrity. They only time I spoke to the owner is when he wanted money and after a long discussion about how they would communicate better, we literally never heard from them again. I would NOT recommend this local staffing agency and would recommend a larger, more professional agency that has resources and a far more professional level of communication. Very disappointed. Being a local company I wanted this to work and use them for our growing company, but clearly this was not the right place to find quality employees for us and they honestly showed very little interest in making the situation right. Lots of talk and not a lot of action.

I liked everything about integrity staffing excited one thing. I didnt like the fact that I had to do my own time card every week witch means I had to go in every week with my timesheet and get it approved and signed by my boss then upload it on my computer and send it via e-mail.

Ive Worked with Integrity for almost a year now & they have been AMAZING!Especially Shelbie, she is always finding me work perfectly suited for me, quickly responds, just really makes you feel like they are truly there to help you & care. Ive worked for a few other Staffing agencies and this one is by far the best!

Shelbie has been amazing! After only a day, she had an interview lined up. Shes been more than helpful with any questions Ive had. Communication has been great!

I applied and was told I received the job after answering a few questions over the phone. I filled out an application and was told, a background check was necessary and we were waiting for the background check to pass. After having to reach out to them a week later because otherwise they didn’t update me, I was given the same answer that we were still waiting on my background check. However, I received an email confirmation/copy of my background check passed. Smh. I contacted them AGAIN and received no response. I contacted them yet AGAIN the next day and still, no response. This type of communication is horrendous and that is why companies shouldn’t just hire anyone to be a staffing agent. As a staffing agent, you have people’s information and social security available to you, the least you should be able to do is keep organized and communicative with employees. I refuse to depend on this company. Aerotek is much better! By the way, this happened with staffing agent named Miriam so avoid her. Sweet gal but honestly, very unprofessional. It’s a no for me.

All I can comment on is Integrity Staffings support helping me find a job. First Shelbie Renner contacted me about a temporary position at the Oregon Employment Department. I can only speak from first hand knowledge, but I was a little hesitant about the position. Even if I was undecided, Shelbie stood behind me when I decided to take the position. What I mean by this is, Shelbie supported me even though she knew ther was a possibility I would not be able to complete my contract.Other recruiters would have moved onto a different candidate. I have worked at the Oregon Employment Department now for almost 6 months now as a limited duration employee. The reason this happened is based on 2 factors, one already noted above Shelbie having empathy and keeping the door open for me, and 2 Alvaro.I was not as organized with my time card as I could have been with my time cards. When it came to applying for a limited duration decision, I was missing hours because I had forgotten to submit two time cards. Alvaro took me at my word that I had worked certain weeks,. Some staffing companies would have made this process more difficult, this organization empowered me through the entire process.The way I was treated from the very beginning until the end was the same: always professionally. I only have positive comments about this location and anybody looking for a job should consider this staffing agency because they will treat the temporary employees fairly.

The president of integrity staffing, Mr Jonathan Crane. Mr president treated me with absolute disrespect and gave me no time of day to speak. He looks at people with no money as peasants. Only here to please himself and holds no integrity whatsoever. PLEASE, do not come here for business. Im very disappointed, and what he said to me personally hurts. Ive never been so mistreated AND underappreciated in my life.

Ive been with 20-30 other agencies over the years, but Ive only been with Integrity for a few weeks and they have been the hardest working office so far. Everyone in the office that I have spoken with has been very nice and helpful. Shelbie has been the Rep I have been working with and she has been working hard at trying to get me placed. When she says shes going to do something, she does. She keeps me updated on jobs Ive applied for and continues looking while Im waiting to hear back about them. I went into the office did a little bit of paperwork and went to work the very next day! At a great job, Lacie was very friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend anyone who is seeking work to stop by integrity staffing and do an application.

Was real nice on the phone until they stated drug testing BEFORE an recruiter would see me. Sorry, but there are laws against this. Please have your employees view ORS before trying to do such things! I dont have a problem with drug testing AFTER you have made me an offer. Thats the law. Live with your name of your business and have some integrity!

I had an excellent experience with Integrity Staffing in Tualatin. I applied for a position that was posted on Indeed, and was called the next day for an interview. I met with Kim, who was incredibly nice and helpful. She sent me directly to the interview, and I started work the next day. I highly recommend this company. I would definitely work with them again.

Ive been working for Integrity for 3 years on/off. They support, educate, encourage, motivate and make the job hunting experience more bearable for the job seeker. Its stressful as it is. I like that they keep me busy between jobs and they get it. They put me to work right away!

Worst staffing company ever. Last week I received an email requesting an interview for a Medical Device Sales Manager. I have experience in management and sales so I thought it would be a good fit. In the job description, it required a bachelors degree and sales experience. 4 days later I arrive at Integrity Staffing and the receptionist asked what job I was there to interview for. I told her. She then told me Oh by the way, the employer advised us that Medical Device Sales experience was required. Do you have that. No, I dont. So i then had to leave. No email, no call, no anything letting me know before I drove all the way out to Tualatin. The receptionist had to be the one to tell me, not even the recruiter. Worst experience ever.

Got a call from Josh on the pretense of actual employment based on the resume I provided to the agency. Before I was even greeted, it was told to fill out an application and pee in a cup to determine if i was on some illegal substance. I then had my photograph taken before I could give consent. I then sat down with a lady I had never even spoke with before about possible positions and what sounded like a falsified resume building. I do not reccomend this agency do to its cookie cutter placement tactics. And lack of human acknowledgement for already suspicious entrance.

Integrity staffing has both its good and bad points. Heres the good: They found me a job that I enjoyed within about a week of interviewing with them.Other than that I dont have a ton of great things to say about it... Kim interviewed me, and helped me find a position. She was kind and helpful in our interview and continued to be helpful until the second I found a position. Once I was set up with a company, I NEVER received another phone call from them. They never once called to see how the position was going, or if I was happy there. I had also wanted to use some of my sick time. This was the biggest battle I have ever dealt with just trying to get it approved. They argued with me about the laws regarding sick time for 2 weeks. I finally caved and let it go (did not receive any of the sick time I was owed). I called to put my two weeks in at the agency and at the company I was set up with. Integrity did not ask me why I was leaving, if they could help place me somewhere else. Nothing.I would never go near this agency again with a 10 pole. I plan on picking up my last few checks and never returning. If you are looking for an agency that cares about their staff or your well being... this is NOT the place to go.

I dont understand why are they asking for background check, drug test, tax return any many more information and then they are telling you that unfortunately we dont have this kind of job that you ask for. And while I was waiting, most of the people have the same answers.
