Quick and fast service and the representative was very pleasant and made my experience wonderful.

I gave 2 stars because the guy that did my tax preparation, didnt put in the correct S.S.#, even though I handed him my S.S. Card, and W-2s, which had them. Then I didnt get a phone call saying that it didnt go through to the I.R.S, for that reason. Days later, I called to ask why I didnt get the $750 Advance (which was the reason I went there, instead of somewhere else), because everything has to be done that first day! But I was left to guess all this, until I went to a different location, and was explained what happened!

I didnt keep my appointment. I wasnt comfortable with the agent I had an appointment with.
