Income based. Nice clean, small complex and I feel safe. Must be able to pass a background check. Management and maintenance man are nice and get things done. Grounds are kept up nice and really clean. We have 2 playgrounds and a laundry rm, no washer/dryer hookup. Small patio and storage shed. Water pd. Our Town House Apartments are all electric Central air & heat is not included in rent, it’s Dayton Power & Light. I don’t know about the elderly building. The High School and the Elementary School are in walking distance.Pets: To have a Dog or Cat it has to be a service animal or a Dr has to fill out a form from management stating someone will benefit from the Dog or Cat. Management doesn’t put up with ppl causing problems. Don’t bring your problems outside, don’t cause problems with your neighbors, don’t tear things up, don’t let your kids run unsupervised, don’t cause any trouble or get the cops called and you’ll be fine here.Troy is a nice small town, good schools, pretty safe town. I’ve been here 10.5yrs and I’m happy here and love Troy. I only wish we had W/D hookup so I’ve been looking to move.

My mom lives hereShe likes the security of the building.There is nothing to do here, no activities, nothing, even before Covid-19. They have an on site maintenance man. Thats about it.
