Very poor experience!! They would come every two weeks when I was at work, and I always came home thinking nothing was cleaned. I called several times questioning the manager about this. Finally, I got cameras installed. Two girls were in my house for 20 minutes, and they charged 140 dollars. Didn’t even touch two rooms in the house. When I called, they had no explanation why the rooms weren’t even dusted or swept. Just disappointed in their service, I cancelled.

Pink Power did such a great job cleaning our house. We are getting ready to sell our house and wanted to get the house cleaned up before we put our house up for sale. They did such a great job. The house is spotless! There were spots in our shower that I have never been able to clean and they were able to clean it up! I was very impressed with the work that they did.

Pink Power Clean is AMAZING! I was able to get on the cleaning schedule the DAY AFTER I called!!! Everyone is super friendly...from calling to schedule to the cleaners arriving at my home! The office was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. Lisa and Tara worked with me to find the perfect time to get me on the schedule to begin my biweekly cleaning! The staff that came to my home was super friendly and VERY hard, thorough workers! The ladies began cleaning immediately and didn’t stop until the job was complete! My home has not been this clean since I moved in! I would recommend this company to ANYONE looking for a fantastic cleaning company. I’ve tried several companies that did not clean the way this company does! Thank you Pink Power Clean!! My search for a magnificent cleaning company is finally over!

We have been using Pink Power cleaning for about 4-6 months now for cleaning our house every other week and have very please with their service. We get text reminders when they are coming and the people who come into the house have always been respectful to coming into our house even when Im home. For example, they always knock then use a key we give them to come in. If I am outside in the backyard, they come out and find me to let me know they are here just so Im not startled. There have been a few times (maybe 2-3x) where something was missed in the cleaning routine but they always make sure to make it right the next cleaning and thereafter. One thing that I REALLY appreciated with this company is the above and beyond customer service. I was locked out of my house with my kids once and didnt have a spare key. I called Tara to see if she could come with our spare key. She came in less than 10 minutes!!!!! Not only was I incredibly thankful but impressed with how fast she responded. I definitely would recommend them.

Pink Power has a great team and they do a great job. They have always arrived in the time frame offered. They are very quick and efficient and the team is always very pleasant and professional. Billing is easy and worth every penny. I highly recommend their service.

If I could leave negative stars I would.... Did not arrive on time, was 2.5 hours late, terrible cleaning job, scheduled an end of tenancy clean and they were trying to leave 1.5 hours after arrival, did not do any of the cleaning requested and did a poor job on the items they did attempt to clean, received 4 calls during the clean and still could not get the job done correctly... they still charged me over $300 for cleaning the bathrooms halfway... they did not tell me they were done and ready to leave for an inspection instead opted to just sneak out while I was loading the truck... STAY AWAY, SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!UPDATE: their reply is a complete and utter LIE.... they left my home at 5:20pm... they were scheduled to arrive at 12 noon but did not show up until 2:45... I called at 1:25 because they were still NOT there... I was told they just left their other job and would be there shortly but did not arrive until around 2:30-2:45.... they quoted $300 but charged $332... these people are liars and lousy at their job... I have text messages and phone records to back up everything... 7 hours and 41 minutes.... rofl... what a joke!!!! DANGER DANGER DANGER... stay away!!!!

I was moving out of my house and needed a deep clean on it in preparation for selling it. Tara made the process of scheduling it super easy! Her employees accessed my house through the reality lock box and my realtor said it looked fantastic! If I hadnt moved away from the Dayton region Id definitely use this business again!

We are using pink power to clean two of our largest lodges at a kids camp. Couldnt be happier. They were quick but also did an amazing job. As long as their standards stay the same we plan to continue using them for all of our cleanings.

Only thing Id like different is to have the same girls come regularly. It would be comforting to know that the girls are familiar with my routine.

We requested cleaning for an empty property. We were so impressed! The tubs and floors were spotless! There were a few cobwebs left on the ceiling in one room, but overall, we were thrilled. Will definitely be using for our home!

For the first time in my life I hired a cleaning service for my home. Shattered my ankle and dealing with a medical condition so I just havent been able to clean the way I usually do. A team of friendly & efficient ladies showed up to clean my home and they were awesome! Only took about an hour and they cleaned ceiling to floors - they were on task the whole time and very efficient but they were also friendly and a joy to have in my home - I will be hiring them again thats for sure.

I have found pink power with all their employees to offer an excellent service. They are always courteous, friendly, and fast without sacrificing the kind of thorough, careful cleaning that the homeowners themselves would use cleaning their own home. I love the fact that by using a team of cleaners they can be in and out of my home within a very short time. In addition, Tara, the owner, instills an esprit de corps among her team which lifts their service to a higher level in terms of the pride they take in their work.

This service is a more expensive than a cleaning lady but worth it. I have had cleaning ladies in the past but have had issues with them. Pink Power is very professional and work every minute they are in your house. They arrive on time and are dressed nicely. They have a squad so they can knock out cleaning your house in a couple of hours - so your whole day is not taken.

We’ve been customers of Pink Power Cleaning for two years. Always courteous and professional and they do great work!

VERY DISSATISFIED!! We hired Tara and her crew to do a move in clean for our new home. My expectations where the following baseboards, outside of cabinets, floors swept and mopped, bathrooms, and a few furniture pieces dusted.The baseboards were half done. Bathrooms were not cleaned. The few furniture pieces we had asked to have dusted not dusted! The dryer hose inside got detached to have lint blowing all through out our house.I called to see what could be done and was told nothing but they work on an hourly rate and they were there for their time and I should have checked before they left.This was a $530 job (4 hrs 2 ppl) that was not completed and only more work for me myself don’t typically leave reviews especially derogatory ones but that is just how disgusted I am with the level of accountability they showed!

I called 3 times to make an appointment and no one ever called me back.
