I rarely write reviews but, Ask Alice has earned my feedback. Mike, the owner, and team are simply the best. They are professional, thorough and use a proven process to complete their work. I use them for my home and for cleaning at a commercial building. They have never missed a day or been late. They take feedback thoughtfully and seriously making adjustments immediately. My wife and I owned a resort with a cleaning staff so we are quite picky and appreciate the consistent methods they use. The highest compliment I can give is that we dont think about the housekeeping, it just gets done right and on time.

Ask Alice has been cleaning my home for quite some time and we have always been very happy with their work. They go above and beyond for every cleaning, even washing my dogs food and water dishes. They do not use harsh chemicals, which I like because of my small children. However, if you want them to use stronger cleaners, they will if you provide them. Every cleaning specialist that has come to my house has been kind and very professional. They pay attention to detail and really take pride in their work. We will be using Ask Alice for many years to come.
