DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!Very unprofessional and unorganized. I was scheduled to start a job and had to call off because my daughter was in the hospital. Well an hour later they call me and tell me they can no longer continue employment with me and try blaming it on a previous position I applied for. This company does not care for you or your family issues. And they cant admit the real reasoning as to letting me go. They know they are in the wrong for firing someone over something like that thats why they are afraid to admit it.
Met with Andrew Mayer from Randstad Professionals the other day to speak about possible opportunities for filling some of my hiring needs. Andrew was very thorough and took the time to learn and understand my teams hiring process. Andrew came prepared to our meeting with Salary Guides and other material that I found to be very useful. I would highly suggest contacting Randstad (Andrew Mayer specifically) if you are looking for assistance in properly staffing positions in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, etc. Andrew took the time to set me up in the candidate portal used by Randstad and also put me in touch with a colleague of his to help with General Labor needs. Thanks for all the information! I look forward to seeing what Randstad can do for my team.
Had a young man come into my business today (Drew Mayer) from Randstad and was very impressed with his ability to quickly understand my business and the needs I may need currently and potentially in the future. While talking about different options, I am confident that Drew and Randstad as a company could deliver top tier talent professionals in my accounting, fiance, sales, marketing, legal, HR, IT, and engineering departments through either TEMP-contract, contract to hire or direct placement. With allowing me to determine which would be the best fit for my company I am confident that working with these guys would be a high possibility!!
OMG!! I emailed Mary-cate today in regards to a position I came across online. She got back to me within minutes regarding the position and my skill set. She has already submitted my information to their client. Just simply AWESOME. I recommend trying them out.
Very poorly ran. Highly corporatized and unprofessional. I had to correct a directors words with this example - I inquired about a W2, and recieving it early, to be proactive with taxes, and I havent worked there going on 9 months. She deflected to the answer of they have to provide me nothing until federally mandated by January 31st 2020. I replied, that tells you the LAST day to which the recipient can get them, not earliest if they are no longer employed, if you want to hide behind a regulation and not grant a kind request. Head of the areas HR Dannie Perry said she couldnt help. People like herself need to realize you have the option to go above and beyond your position to provide excellent customer service. Randstad failed me personally as a company then, and they are doing it now with simple requests. Does this show you the kind of corporate, close minded, lack of care they contain especially in leadership? It should.
Randstad is a very good company to work for. Mary-Cate is a star.
I love the experience working with Randstad
