Malace HR has helped me find the perfect job that fits my past job experience. I am very thankful for all the help that they have given me. My recruiter was very nice and professional and assisted me in finding the best fit job for my skill set. He was also very honest and open with me about what I would be doing, my pay, and other things. I believe Malace HR only wants the best for the people they help and so far I have experienced nothing less than perfection.
I joined this company for a summer internship and so far my experience has been nothing short of amazing. All of the people that are here are welcoming and made me feel like I was an important part of the team from the moment I stepped foot into the office. They are open to accepting new ideas and are providing very valuable work experience. Not only would this be a great place to get a greet summer internship and make some money but also somewhere to make a career out of!
My experience with Malace HR was great! I would like to thank Larry Malace, Byron Trebilcock and the staff for their assistance. Both are professional and genuinely anxious to assist and great to work with. We value the relationship.
I have been an intern at Malace|HR for over a month now. From office environment to daily work tasks I have been nothing but happy here. Management cares about each individual who works for them and it truly shows. Every day I get to help individuals who are actively seeking employment opportunities. If you are looking for work, externally or internally, I highly suggest MalaceHR!
Just wanted to give others a heads up. I really feel for Larry jr because I think he is really trying to change the face of the company but my experience with the owner of MalaceHR left me feeling like I was discriminated against for being a woman and having 4 children, like the owner himself. I was lead on to believe that I was top candidate and an offer was even made. After telling me they would call me later that day or the next, I was immediately contacted by HR who informed my interview went very well yet again as this was my second f2f and salary was determined and agreed upon. I called the following day to confirm that this was an offer as start date was not discussed and all of a sudden they wanted to interview more candidates. It became clear to me that after learning that I am a mother of 4 children that this was the reason for not wanting to hire me. It was also painful to sit through and listen to how he talks about the demographic that he is trying to target. He made extremely inappropriate comments about labor workers and others that work below poverty level at $12-15 an hour. Calling them lazy for needing to depend on stimulus checks and extended unemployment, making assumptions that the majority of these people didn’t want to work because they were collecting a “handout” and are POC. Luckily, I have had other offers from companies who really see the value in hardworking and talented individuals regardless of sex, race or family size. I just wanted to warn others about the popular and catchy lingo they use to try to draw you in. They boast inclusion and forward thinking but my experience has clearly been the opposite.
Very rude, not friendly or helpful receptionist.
Just stop, save yourself the stress and irritation, between not paying people what they are owed and not paying people on time ( personally waited almost a month **TWICE** ) for a paycheck. Just stay away from them.
Awesome company! Met all of my needs!
I interviewed at MalaceHR for a recruiter position. One phone and two f2f interviews. Competitive pay and above par compensation. The owner, Larry Malace, came in after my second f2f and had an honest & open conversation with me about what my goals were, company expectations, and advancement. Larry was personable and authentic. We spoke of our families and personal hardships from the heart. My declining of their offer was a difficult choice. I would totally recommend MalaceHR. A Very professional team from ops to HR. They are always looking for labourers, skilled tradesman are in high demand, as well as engineers.

I’ve just started working through malace hr and first the guy who hired me was Dana I tried doing the paper work for my taxes an I had complications so he asked for my birth certificate and social security card I sent them to him an along with letting him know I am claiming my daughter tell me why my pay checks haven’t added up and I was told I wouldn’t get fired an was because of the fact I woke up at 5:08 an was told by racks if I was needed they would give me a call and later that day I was fired because of attendance after I accidentally ran my foot over by not even sitting on the Hilo (fork lift) I’ll never work here an would not recommend any of my friends or family to go through malace hr also friends that are working through malace hrs temp agency complained about no pay for over three weeks and ridiculous pay for ones who have been paid have quit or let themselves get fired
Very rude reception when asking if the gm strike is affecting them.
Untrustworthy.
