Working with Iconma has been one of the best contracting experience for me. Their CRM & BDM team is very responsive and helpful. As a contract employee i never felt un supported. I am an international employee which adds on to more documentation and rules around my contract. However, their legal team took care of my employment concerns so that i can focus on my project. If given an opportunity in future i will come back to them.

Absolute nightmare.Applied for a position through them and the initial process itself was rough.On different calls over two days they kept coming back to me with comments and asking me for proof for occupation prior to background check. When I agreed to give them, less than 4 hours later I received more emails with more problems.Personally I withdrew my application and decided to part ways as the recruiters seem clueless and unnecessarily suspicious about potential candidates.All around was a very negative experience.

I have worked with ICONMA for 2 years as a Sr. Project Manager - and I have had a very positive experience. During the interviewing - I was updated when my interview was very delayed due to the client managers vacation times, etc. The on-boarding and off-boarding was flawless. During the 2 year contract, I was initially assigned a consultant relations specialist (CRS) - the initial one wasnt as engaging when I had questions early on the assignment (she wasnt involved in the on-boarding though), 6 months later, a new CRS was assigned and was my new contact (Joe) and he was absolutely amazing and even more so during the Covid-19 situations. Extremely well managed and communications were abundant. Lots of check in - email and phone calls - it was a very considerate action. Recently, my 2 year contract ended with the client, and my CRS was extremely helpful in sending my new updated resume to their recruiters for other possible employment opportunities. Overall, I had a very Positive experience. Moving forward, I would definitely work with them again.

I have been an employee at ICONMA for almost one year and I have personally seen the visibility that the organization offers to its employees. If you put in hard work and effort, it goes noticed. You are able to voice your thoughts and opinions and work together as a team to create the best solution. As a woman working for a woman-owned company, it is great to see the charity efforts and involvement in the community that ICONMA provides, both locally and nationally. Great company with great employees

The company refused to follow the pay schedule requirements of the client. It took 5 paychecks to finally get my pay going correctly. They confused me with another employee and told me the client wanted to end the contract but when I got ready to leave the client had no idea what I was talking about. They use alot of remote workers which is a great idea but no one knows what the others are doing. Bad traits for a company if you want to be hired direct for the client.

Every step of the way they have been clueless in the recruiting process. I thought it may have been a fluke or just me so I talked to someone else that has used them. This individual said they will never speak with them again because of how bad they are. Do not agree to a contract with them if you have other offers!

Very Disappointed with this Company...Had to go to the State for help getting Sick Pay. Uphill battle...Plus they dont pay weekly, like most Agencies...I would not recommend them; pick someone else.Just Sayin

So, I was contacted but Susi Pal to interview for an opening. I didn’t apply, she reached out to me. I returned her call and her tone was more than bothered. She sounded like I interrupted her but she didn’t say so when I asked; she proceeded to interview me like she was late to pick up her winning lotto ticket. It was so aggressive and rushed. My experience with HR would never allow me to be as rash as Susi was and I wanted to educate her. Instead, I declined the offer. She left a horrible first impression for your company. I wouldn’t dare align my force with someone’s with such low moral. A snippet of the email“Thank you for taking interest but I am not interested.I am extremely offended by Susi Pal after a rather rude attempt to interview. She is extremely brash and she talks over as one tries to talk. She cut me off as I tried to speak and repeatedly misunderstood me. Her interview technique was sloppy and offensive.From this impression, I am not comfortable working with your company. Good luck finding a candidate.”
