Had the wheels aligned on our Honda Accord today. EVERYONE was so professional and efficient. Great job on the car. Drives like a new one.

I took my car to Tire Brokers in September of 2020 for a radiator leak. They did fix that. I went and paid them before they closed but I had to go back to get my car after hours. Once there to pick up my car, it would barely go. I made it about 3 miles from the shop and had to have my car towed back there. They had my car for 2 weeks and couldn’t tell me what was wrong. Finally they said I needed a transmission. After my car sat down for 7 months and I finally decided to get a transmission. Thank God for honest people. A real, true mechanic checked my car out before purchasing the transmission and the only problem I had was that Tire Brokers did not connect the line leading from the radiator to the transmission back up and all my transmission fluid leaked out. So instead of paying about $1500 I was only out of $60. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR TO TIRE BROKERS EVER AGAIN.

My first and only visit started off rocky, but it ended well. I had to pulled rank. I really dont think Ill have a problem out of them, if I ever visit again.

Summary: Caused a lot of damage to my rims and was told by the owner that I was “being too picky” after shamelessly trying to displace blame. See photos showing SOME of the damage to one rim. The other rims are similar.Long story: I’ve been using Firestone without issue for years but decided to support a local business and save a few extra bucks in the process. Boy did I learn you get what you pay for.They failed to seat the bead on one of my tires and didn’t notice the tire wouldn’t hold air until I showed up and pointed it out to them. The owner said they were so busy he hadn’t looked at my car at all, so he had no idea the tire was flat, but stated theres no reason for a new tire to not seat properly on a new rim. Some goop and 45 minutes later my tire was glued to my rim. Good luck next shop to change my tires.When I got home, I noticed they severely gouged, scratched, and rashed all four rims on each lip, face, the sides of most spokes, and even on a couple inside surfaces. Went back the next day and before the owner saw the rims he said he personally looked at them when they were done and they were in pristine shape (remember he told me he didn’t notice my tire was flat because he hadn’t looked at my car at all?). When he saw the rims he admitted the damage was from mounting the tire but said it’s impossible to mount low-profile tires without damaging the rim. I told him Firestone had done it for me on 4 sets of tires without a single scratch. Then he said, “Ya know you come in here with tires you bought from somewhere else and want me to put them on, what do you expect?” I asked him if I had bought tires from him if his shop would have been more careful and not damaged my rims and he started stumbling over himself trying to backtrack. Also, I tried to buy tires from them, but they don’t care ANY in my size. Then he tried to say it wasn’t his shop that did it. I pointed out the metal in the gouges was pristine bare metal without any brake dust (my rims were covered in dust) and that he was the first shop to put tires on these rims and previously admitted the damage was from mounting the tires. Then he changed his story again and said, “You’re just being too picky” and kicked my rim for some reason.

Good place to do business

We had an awful day (two days really) driving our 5th wheel camper down to FL from Northwest Indiana. Blew 1 tire and had it replaced in Birmingham and then blew another about 20 minutes down the road. Many many more details I could go into about our day but the point is, these guys had the correct trailer tires in stock, got us in right away and had us back on our way in no time. Thanks so much, we really appreciated it!

Their quotes are affordable and they stick to them after the service is completed. Their office staff is friendly and helpful. I appreciate their honesty and concern for my safety. When there was a service they believed they could not complete adequately, they did not go ahead with it in order to just get more money. They explained what needed to be done and their limitations. When I asked if they could suggest someone who could perform the service well, they referred me to another quality business in Troy, Alabama who performed the needed service safely and immediately that same day. We blew a tire on our motorhome about 10 miles south of Troy. The road service brought us a new tire and had us on our way in record time! After we got back home to Florida I had to call for some additional info for my insurance. They were so helpful and accommodating. A pleasure to do business with!

This shop was so helpful to me! They fully explained everything and even offered to call my husband and explain to him what was going on and what parts were needed. The manager took the time to make sure I was informed and well taken care of throughtout the whole process. I will be a lifelong customer!

Very fast. Got my truck in the bay hooked to a 30 foot horse trailer! Had 2 rears on within an hour.

Took my car in to get a front end alignment. Daniel was very attentive and professional. The young lady behind the counter on the other hand.... took the earbuds out of her ears long enough to tell me she didnt know any prices of the tires. My steering wheel is more off now than it was before the alignment and the car instantly pulls to the left if I dont keep my steering wheel turned to the right. I will not be taking my car here anymore. Nor recommending them to anyone.

The owner wouldnt support the tires they sold us. They couldnt even balance the tires properly, had to take it elsewhere so the truck didnt vibrate. Dont trust these guys.
