Car was left extremely scratched and when trying to approach the gentleman who was working at the time and owns the truck which saysredneck on the back approaches me aggressively. when trying to have an matureconversation about the damage done to my vehicle he continues to curse at me. EXTREMELY RUDE service. Man needs to be fired with an attitude like that. I was left speechless with this gentlemans when trying to have an intellectual conversation. This guy is not a good look for this company what so ever.... speechless

My only go too car wash you get what you.pay for the employees do a great job one guy in particular does not slack up at all . Hes quite noticeable nice taboos and jewelry. Hes very polite and again very experienced in washing your car with the selection you choose. Check them out !

Havent been here since they switched to the $1.99 car wash and really did not expect much, but my car was so filthy! Have to say the wash was one of the best automated washes I have had! I will be back!!!

Would recommend this place if you want your car scratched to hell. Then when you ask them how they would like to resolve the issue of the damage to your car they say you cant prove it. this is an issue to be handled by your insurance. This place blows and is run by low lifes.

They got new vacuumed which are only $.25The wash is what you pay for, but the service is usually good and the wash quality is consistent.

The whole purpose of a car wash is to clean and dry the car. Ive gotten better carwashes in a rainstorm. To start the guy did not pre-spray my vehicle nor did he apply brush soap in the beginning. He took my money push the button and walked back into the office. There was no one at the other end to to dry off the excess water or soap that was left on my vehicle. Its too many carwashes on the street to get poor service like this...I would recommend you a few blocks down and choose one of those. I havent tried them, but they have to be better than this!

Gave the workers a couple dollars tip and got the Works for $6. Great quick wash and lines move fast.

2.00 to wash the salt off. I go everytime I drive by. A cup of coffee is more at places than a decent wash at this car wash.

I grew up always going to this car wash. Even when I first got my car I would go here. Went today after 6 years of personally coming here and I am never going back. I got the best wash and there were still bugs on my windshield and my tires and undercarriage was still dirty!

I was very happy with my results when I went there yesterday, the service was extremely quick, the equipment is very new and is very well maintained, and I only had to wait like ten seconds before going through, the guy who was prepping the car did it very quickly and only took about ten seconds. Overall I Recommend this place.

Terrible car wash. Has to be the worst in the state. Employees didnt even spray my car. I wash my car daily and it looked worst when they were done with it. One side of my car barely got water on it. Please avoid this place! City of Troy should do something about this place. You would be better to let rain clean your car

Got the $2 express wash. Needless to say, you get what you pay for. The body of the car was somewhat clean, but my windshield and mirrors were still dirty. Might as well spend the money at other places down the street. Will not be back.

I paid $7 for a deluxe wash this morning and none of the lights went on for the wax when I was going through the carwash . I got out of the car at the end and could see that the car had not been washed properly. When I drove back around and told the attendant he told me I was wrong and that he saw the lights go on which is amazing since he was out by the vacuums when my car went through the wash. There are other good car washes on 15 Mile Road dont waste your time at this place!

This car wash is so disappointing. Dont waste your $3 - I paid for the second tier wash and the whole back side of my car was still dirty. They were rude and unhelpful there as well. There are so many other high quality car washes within a mile from here, dont waste your time or money going here

Inexpensive, but this is clearly a case of getting what you pay for. The wash was mostly acceptable, but it did leave a fair amount of streaks on windshield and sides of car. The vacuums are almost useless. About 1 mile West and there is a Jax car wash. It is well worth the extra couple of dollars. The whole idea of going to a car wash is to get a clean car at the end of the car wash. That is not always the case at this facility.

Cant beat their prices

No longer a $2 wash, now its $3. The extra $1 for a van or truck is a scam; SUVs like jeeps are neither yet you pay extra anyway. The drying system doesnt work at all. Id easily pay a little more for a better wash down the street.

Missed their “sign” and pulled in to far. Got instructed to never do this again like I was a child. It’s not the first rude experience. Forget this place. Their washes are meh and their staff is rude. There are literally 4 better car washes in a one mile radius. Never returning to this one.

I have been going to the Maple & Crooks, and Long Lake & Telegraph locations since I was 16. Service use to be good, the service gets worse every time I go and prices go up. At one point you would leave with a clean dry car this is no longer the case. Your car will come out cleaner if you leave it out in the rain and let the sun dry it now.

Was turned away from having rust on the bumper. Make sure you have a new car if you want to go here.

I had a wash here and machines left a large scrape and several more small ones on right side of my car. Each time I return to speak with manager he isnt here now. I left my ph# but he hasnt called me back. Ive used this car wash for 14 yrs.I wish I could reach more people with this advise, dont get wash here, $536 in damages to r side. Owner could care less. Great for a basic wash. Cheap, fast, and clean. If you want something special, get a $12 to $60 detail at Jaxx. Comparing apples to apples, you cant beat it.

Good car wash, but they keep putting their prices up. This used to be the Original $1 car wash. Now the cheapest wash is $4 ($3 + $1 SUV/truck charge). Top wash is $9.

I bought addition service of $45 for seat shampoo and cleaning, Service experience was horriable, there was still stain marks, on car seats, and only paritall clean was done, when asked about it, reply was thats best we can do..Not recommended.

Back in my day it was a dollar, an awesome deal. Its $3 now. It doesnt have touch free dryers. Exiting to the east or entering from the west can be dangerous due to traffic.

Wont go back! You should stay away too... Theyre either cheating or lying, but you decide. I paid for the premium car wash which includes underbody. I checked out the bottom of my car, at that BP across the street and the bottom of my car was bone dry. I returned for the clerk to start his song and dance. it was this, that and the other run around talk. He wouldnt even consider running my car through again, probably because he knew already. They are cheating you and there is no underbody car wash!

Just left there and at the end of the car wash something had blown my passenger mirror off. The guy didnt offer any info on who I could contact about repairing. Wont go there anymore.

Used to be my go to car wash place. ($3 + $1 for bigger cars). I just saw the new signage they put up and now it says $5 car wash. I may have to search for a new location.

In the past, I have had friendly attendants. Today, Sean was the rudest, laziest, con man I have ever encountered. I was told that he couldnt spray my car ahead of the wash unless I upraded for $5 more. I have been going to this car wash for years. Even during the summer months, the attendants spray the wheels, front & rear ends A BIT before you go thru a regular wash. I wasnt asking or expecting anything more than what I have ALWAYS received in the past. When I called to speak w/mgr, Sean said he was the mgr. He yelled at me, that this is how they make their money, and they cant spray the car unless I pay extra. I asked for the owners name. Sean said, he couldnt give me the owners name. Instead, he took my name and will give it to him. Yeah, Im not holding my breath!

This car wash ripped off my passenger mirror and scratched a line down the side of my SUV. I filed a report with the worker on duty, who promised me a call from the manager. No call, no follow up, avoided me when I returned with a repair bill.If you want to mess up your car, check this place out!

Don’t know why I tried it again. Uggh. Terrible wash. No wipe down. Oh, and a dollar up charge for a traverse. This was the 11 dollar wash too.
