I have never been happier with a car wash. Looks as good as a hand wash, but it wasnt! Incredible, my car looks new again!

It would be better if they cleaned the back of my car the first time so I dont have to go through twice. But they are super friendly and kind.

Car wash didnt get everything off. Kid was rude as heck when I couldnt hear him and asked what he said. Owners on here be like Were sorry you think you had a bad experience. Better luck next time!

A bit pricey. The vacuums are the best Ive seen anywhere. The kids that soap the car up before you go in are not consistent. They could soap both sides of the car the same, instead of just one side. Other than that and the price. Its a great experience

The car wash does a pretty good job on everything except the back end. They started wet brushing the back end recently which helped. The included (not going to use the word free) vaccum and mat cleaners are a very nice one stop cleaning of your car.

This was the most romantic car wash I have been too in a while. The different colored lights along the way, definitely set the mood. No doubt about it... Ill be bringing my wife with me next time!

Always a decent car wash for an automatic one. Once youre out of the car wash its nice to be able to wash your car mats and vacuum the carpet.

The car wash was fine but before we went in they removed the antenna. We assumed someone at the end would put it back on but there was no one at the end. Very annoying as we had no tools with us to put it back on and tighten it. Ive been through many washes like this and none were as rude or incomplete as this one.

At the Troy, OH location the gates are very difficult to get to function. I pay for a monthly subscription and I have to back up several times and sometimes it takes a few minutes to get the gate to open. Very frustrating.

Used Magic Tunnel for the first time today. Opted for the $20 Show Stopper wash for my new F150. I was disappointed. The truck wasnt really dirty just some bugs and a few small mud spots. But the front looked like it had never been touched. Bug splats were as thick as before. Windshield still clean so I know these didnt happen on the short 5 mile drive home. I ended up going to DG and buying some Armour All products to do the job right. Gave 2 stars because the vacuum is good. The wash not so much.

Use the month unlimited with family plan. All our cars clean and vacuumed year around for 1 monthly fee. Huge savings !!!

So nice to have a plan! They have cameras when you pull up that read your license plate and it automatically knows your plan and you can just pull up! So awesome!

The employees are supposed to scrub the front and back bumpers before you drive into the car wash, all they did was run their dry brush one time on the front & back! Not effective on dirt, salt etc

First time through the tunnel. Cleaned the car very well, including the wheels. Like the vacuums that are included in price. Will go back.

The prices are reasonable, and the wash is gentle with your vehicle but tough on the grime that you have gotten on it.The wheel and tire cleaners are great.Check it out try it out and find out for yourself.

Do not use this car wash because when your vehicle gets damaged they DO NOT want to fix the problem they totally deny that the car wash does any damages to vehicles, so please spend your money somewhere else.according to the response from the owner on my first post I was supposed to get a call from Frank well guess what no call from Frank that just shows they do not want to do anything for the damage that their car wash causes on your vehicles WELL STILL NO CALL FROM FRANK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have low profile wheels and tires, Magic Tunnel doesnt mark my wheels like other car washes. They seem to have the equipment for newer cars.

Wow magical car wash

Visit the car wash twice a week and was turned away today. Guys on duty (3 of them) come out to tell us they can’t send our dual wheel truck through. Even though we’ve been there before. Even had our receipt and magic tunnel air freshener still in the window from last week.
