I didnt know what to expect when making my appointment here, but I must say Im surprised! Its a shame I didnt find Groupon to get a discount. When arriving I was left waiting for at least 15 minutes before someone helped me at the front desk so I was feeling doubtful if I made the right decision. I was upfront letting the guy know there wasnt a lot of work that needed to be done as the car was barely driven. The waiting area was decent enough to stay there on a comfortable couch. An hour goes by and the guy came back and asked if I wanted leather conditioner for my seats at no extra charge. Pretty awesome! I was even allowed to see the progress of what was done which was inside the car. It looked fantastic! Now keep in mind there were cars already inside, but just almost 2 hours my car was finished! For $120 thats pretty reasonable and Id rather let the professionals do it. Im very satisfied! I would definitely go back again.

I bought a new car and was excited to get my car detailed, so I made an appointment for the 1st at 9am, I was there at 8:55 and no one greeted me until 9:25. I dropped my car off and hoped for the best because all the reviews were great. The guy told me that he would get all the scratches out and make my car look beautiful, so I left happy. They called me at 3 and told me my car was done so I headed back and as soon as I saw my car I noticed that the scratches were more apparent than they had been before, they said that they didnt realize they were that deep so thats understandable. I also noticed that they took off my decorative decal I just put on my car. I opened up the car and I was disgusted and upset, there was still dirt on the seats, front and back, the dashboard and center console was never touched, also the boot cover for the e brake still had a lot of gunk in it. I went back inside and mentioned all of this to the owner Guillermo, he apologized and told me they would look it over again. As I went back to my friends car two workers pointed at us and started laughing, very unprofessional. Two hours later they called me back and when I saw the inside there was a drastic improvement but the boot cover was still untouched (Guillermo cleaned it himself in front of me and finally it was done thoroughly and correctly). I could still see dirt on my carpets and the seats but I accepted that this was as good as it would get and I was just ready to go home. Guillermo told me he wasnt going to charge for the exterior detail so I only paid the $120. As soon as I made it home I realized that parts of my interior were damaged and missing (the seat belt connector) and that parts of the car were still dirty (Floor Mats, Door Handles, buttons on steering wheel). Detailing is supposed to be all the little details and making the car look brand new. I called back up there and the employees kept picking up the phone then hanging up on me. Just a very horrible experience and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Guillermo and his guys did an awesome job on my car! It looks brand new! I highly recommend anyone to take their car there. Great experience!

I tried using a 3m headlight kit and messed up, thus messing up my headlights. Guillermo fit me into his busy schedule and got me in the next day, without me having even came in before. He restored my headlights to better than before. I cannot recommend this guy enough!

I dropped off my 78 GMC Sierra pick up this morning. Quick turnaround time and I was blown away by how they made the original paint on my truck look. The manager even offered to stay open a little bit later to work around my work schedule very pleased.

Awesome shop, they did my car today and it looks wonderful. They actually care about your car and that shows. Unlike other shops who are backed up and just want to move everything along as fast as possible, they take their time. I highly recommend them, the only thing they should incorporate is the use of debit/credit cards as they only take cash at this point.

Overall really great experience! Edward made sure my car was detailed to perfection. Nice members and really polite people. Really good prices.

Helped my daughter took her car in for interior detailing. First drove the car in for a quick walk through. Guillermo, the owner, provided an estimate with interior detailing and ozone treatment for odor and bacteria removal. Then left the car there to be worked on.Guillermo and his staff did a superb job removing all the food crumbs, dog hair, debris and stains on chairs, carpet and floor mats. The ozone treatment removed the stinky odor before the detailing job. Very pleased with the result and the price - very reasonable (checked out two other places before choosing Maximus).

Truly awesome job cleaning the interior of a 9 year old car that was wreck. They also touched up the exterior. Cant say enough good things. The car looks fabulous. Will be using them again soon.

Searched online for a car detail person in the Troy area... Took a chance with Guillermo, Im glad I did! I have a BMW 750, the paint is ceramic (very hard to work on) and had a lot of swirl marks from all the car washes I have been to. They did a great job on my car and it looks outstanding. Thanks guys!!

Said they couldnt clean my mats because they were stained. Took me about 90 seconds with 409 and a brush. Follow up- Owner called and offered to clean the vehicle again.

Disappointing. Expensive and does not do a thorough job. Used brush to wash the car even though it said hand wash. It brought out swirl/scratch marks on a my car when you look in sunlight. Asked to clean the wheels and did not do them good enough. Will not recommend for any premium car owners.
