I drove 25 minutes to pay $26 just to have the outside of my car washed :( I was excited I could take my toddler with me while my car was cleaned inside and out. I know it was a mess but for almost $30 and 50 minute round trip it was unfortunately a waste of my time! There was so much unattended to especially between the doors and the seats. With all the positive reviews and a referral I was very surprised!

Great place and they clean the car

Just went here for my first time today. It’s only $20 for the basic package for them to clean your car inside & out!!! Wish I would have discovered this place sooner! There’s a place inside for you to sit while they clean your car. I recommend taking some cash to tip them when they’re done.

Best automatic car wash Ive been to. Very affordable. $18 plus tip for towel driers. Even get the back clean, which no one else seems to be able to do

Quick, effective and very cost efficient. When Im in Troy, this is the only place I will go. Never a bad wash. And I tend to be meticulous when it comes to my car and its cleanliness.

Went here on Saturday to get my car washed. I bought the in and out package. I pretty much paid $20 for my car to go through the automatic washer as my floors still had dirt everywhere. They didnt appear to have been vacuumed. Floormats were wet so Im assumed they were washed, but they still had patches of mud on them and the floor underneath wasnt vacuumed either.

Very good customer service.. answered all my questions and wasnt afraid to tell me I dont know if they did not know the answer..very professional..and my car has never been cleaner!

Biggest waste of 30$ ever!! I got the $26 biggest package then tipped before I looked! Same dirt from footprints, car was NOT vacuumed at all,,still looked exactly as bad as it did when I took it, looked like they didnt clean anything! Will never go back and never refer to anyone! I paid 30- some dollars thinking they would clean the would clean the whole vehicle. I though that was a good price considering it was a Ford Edge. But I later found out the didn’t clean the area I went there to get clean. I saw a sign saying something about luggage area.I even said something about using the vehicle for moving and needed to be cleaned. I didn’t notice to cargo area wasn’t touched. When I went back to talk to them about this, I had gotten more agree the I should have and was yelling when I got out of the car.The owner (I guess) claimed he told me the cargo area would cost extra. I don’t remember him saying like that. Then an employee gotinvolved. I then left. The employee followed me through Troy.

On Friday, January 4, 2019, my wife took her SUV to Splish Splash for a wash. She has a bike rack on the back, and the employees have always been accommodating about shutting off the back spinners to avoid damage during the car wash. Unfortunately, on Friday, the owner, Eric Weaver, was working the line instead of the staff who normally help her. When she asked him to turn off the spinners to avoid damaging the bike rack, he looked it over and said, Naw, thatll be OK and basically dismissed her request. The vehicle went through the wash, and my wife witnessed a back spinner caught on the bike rack. Before she could flag anyone, the spinner broke off one of the racks bike wheel holders. My wife flagged the attendant, who said he would get Eric Weaver. When Eric came out, my wife asked why he hadnt turned the spinners off. He mumbled something about Its all computerized and computers have glitches. He said he would give my wife a free car wash. My wife requested that he pay to repair the rack since he had assumed the responsibility of determining it was OK to go through. He declined. We have since learned that it will cost $25 to replace this part, and when I shared that information with Mr. Weaver, he again declined to do the right thing. While we have always had excellent service from the line staff, weve gained a great deal of insight into this business in the past 48 hours. It is deeply disappointing to see a business owner decline to take responsibility for his actions and do the right thing, especially after my wife flagged a potential issue ahead of time. We would encourage you to support a locally owned car wash that does right by its customers when something goes wrong.

I’ve been here many times over the years. It’s rare that I’ve ever had any problems. If people would’ve taken the time to read a sign it’s clear about any extra charges and cleaning luggage areas. It’s $14 to go to almost any auto wash in this area and most places don’t offer free self service vacuuming and cleaning inside. So $20 is a hellava deal. Go anywhere else for the same service and tell me they’re flat rate.

Clean and wipe the outside of your car very nice. When i started going there they did the inside real good, was nice. After about 5th time there, not so great, so im not going back any more. I wont pay 20$ for just washing n wiping the outside. Its an automated wash n they dry it off by hand, but i want the inside nice too., like they used too. They werent that busy either.

I brought my very large mom vehicle, hit hard from the soccer season by kids and dogs. Ive been to many of these and you cant beat the job for the price; very courteous and professional staff. I recommend you give it a try!

Now listen, For $23.00 and 10 to 15 min of your time they will vacuum, wipe down interior, and clean windows inside and out. Car gets washed and dried and they also get your wheels and rims clean. Then they will shine the tires up. Its not easy work but they do a good job so ill tip a couple of dollars.

The Splish Slash car wash in Troy does and incredible job on my cars and truck. The employees do an amazing job detailing your vehicle and miss nothing. For less than 20 dollars they vacuum, wash, wipe down every surface on the interior and hand dry the exterior.

Last time I took my car here they did a horrible job. They didnt vacuum the carpet good at all. They didnt even vacuum the front passengers seat. The windows didnt even looked like they cleaned them. I ended up having to completely vacuum the inside of the car and clean the windows. I will never go here again!

I can only say good things about SPLISH SPLASH AUTO BATH, the staff does a very thorough job of cleaning, inside and outside, they charge under 20 dollars what other businesses charge hundreds,I also have a few personal items in my vehicle, and never has anything been missing or even tampered with.Very responsible staff,keep up the good work

Ran thru Sat. am. Customer ticket 250. Front end of truck still covered in bugs. Thought you used bug spray to help remove these. Doesnt work, not my first time to have this issue. Tried to call and of course NO ANSWER. If they werent the only local soft cloth there is no way in hell I would ever go back. Used one in Dayton and they know how to clean a vehicle. GOOD LUCK

Best car wash around

If your car needs a bath in a big or small way well this is the place to go. From the time you enter the parking lot till the time you leave the staff are right there to take care of you and your vehicle in everyway. They are sure to have you leaving with a smile on your face (even my car is smiling) you will also leave feeling like you will want to continue to go back over and over again. Always tipping the staff for taking the time to take care of me and my vehicle because its always greatly appreciated.

I drove there (during business hours) from Sidney and the car wash was closed. Called the next day and they said they had been open. I gave them another shot as they’re the only full service car wash north of Dayton, and they’re closed again. Luckily I called first this time. Very poor business practices, one star is too much.

Took my car in for a detail and it looks like a new vehicle. The staff is great and they went above and beyond, I highly recommend. I never would have imagined my car to look this spectacular.

I love this place usually they do a great job. today wasnt the best I could hear the other people wiping down cars saying it needed to go back through but I let it go. there were definatley some spots missed but since it was cold I never said anything

Very disappointed in the service. Thought when you clean a car, mines an explorer, it all got cleaned? Not at splish splash. Its $2 extra for what they call the cargo area. Wouldnt have been an issue except I guess I didnt read the fine print on the sign partially hidden behind a bush.
