Im always pleased with the customer service and quality of service when I visit. I am always greeted with a friendly smile and pleasant demeanor by the cashier. The manual sprayers always take their time in removing all the grime before heading through the wash, which is very much appreciated. At the end of the wash, there is always a towel dryer, who again, takes their time and is always super courteous. Im a repeat customer using the KING wash, and will be back to get the recent salt off my car soon!

Impressed by the manual grime removal at the beginning of the wash. A lot of fall grime stuck between the windshield and the wipers was taken out. Rear and front bumpers were cleaned too. Then came the auto wash which was really good. And after your re out they manually wipe down the car with towels. All in all good value for the 15$ top option I chose

I live on a dirt road they sprayed my truck until they got the dirt off before they ran me through which doesnt happen at alot of car washes.. Very friendly staff great work. I would definitely recommend this car wash. Keep up the great work.

Pricey but they don’t miss any posts. The #1 is the best option and these employees pay attention to detail. Took the antenna off, taped down the rear windshield wiper, and tucked the side mirrors in. Out of all of the car washes on Maple, this one is definitely worth the money.

Hands down best car wash in metro Detroit. Friendly and professional staff who take time in making sure your car comes out very clean. Wish they had full service options and auto detailing, but the top wash is the best around. Both the pre-wash and towel dry are done methodically and done WELL! Making this my new go-to car wash.

I was very poorly treated by the owner. I with my wife have been going to this car wash for a number of years spending over $2,000 each year. While going through the wash the machinery ripped my rear wiper off. The woman that managed it took my name and phone number and said she would take care of it. I had to go to the auto parts store, buy a new wiper and put it on. I took the receipt to the car wash and an older woman came out and said she was the owner and that the woman I had talked to was her daughter. After a difficult conversation she finally offered me a car wash valued at less than the wiper cost which was $12. She was very aggravated in offering that.She said she normally doesnt give anybody anything when their wipers are torn off by the machinery, because then she would have to do it for everyone. That is why they tape the rear wiper to the back window, but sometimes it gets torn off. I found out that others have had their rear wipers torn off.She was petty and demeaning in her conversation and manner, and held firm that she give a car wash valued at less that the wiper cost as an only option.If she wold have given me a car wash that wasnt less than the cost of the wiper or refunded the cost of the wiper I would have been more than satisfied.It wasnt the meager $12 wiper cost and my time having to get and put it on, as much as the poor treatment I received. Consequently neither my wife or I will ever go there again.

Best car wash Ive gotten in 10 years.

I just got back from a road trip to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and the front of my truck was covered in dead bugs. They took the time and got all the bugs off. Amazing job 🙌.

I had a great experience here today! I was concerned about my rims not fitting in the car wash due to the being extra wide in the rear. The nice, young woman at the stand went and got me proper information quickly to let me know the car would be fine. I really appreciate people helping to make sure things dont get messed up. The car wash was quick and did a great job. I was super pleased and will definitely be going back! Thank you!

The other reviews make this place seem exceptional, but it seemed like a slightly-above-average place to me. Perhaps it depends on who your dude is - the one I had gave a rinse and suds up but no brushing before it was into the car wash machine - which is the same as anyplace else youd go.Basic wash is $7 and includes towel dry. Vacuums are 50¢. Bonus points for taping down my back wiper blade to prevent issues. Id go back.

Had a great experience here the other day. Very friendly service, and the woman answered questions about my running boards. The guy in the car wash took extra care to make sure the running boards were soaped and washed before retracting in the car wash itself. Im glad they offer a loyalty program, Ill be making use of it.

Went to Your Car Wash to get my old 2003 Buick Century washed. I am selling the car so I wanted to get the most expensive wash to make her shine in pictures. As soon as I pulled in, a girl with green hair made her way to my car and informed me they would not wash my car as it had some rust on the bottom side of the car, which would screw up their system. Its one of the more audacious claims Ive heard in awhile, as cars can grab hold of any number of materials, none the least tar which I imagine would be a bit worse on their system. Though these car washes are designed to handle any number of materials through the system, as that is literally the point of them. Wash stuff and dispose of it.The green haired girl then informed me I could take my car down the road to the $3 car wash if I needed it washed. Suffice to say I will never be taking my new vehicle there, nor will any of my family any longer.

Best car wash in SE MI without a doubt. People here care and do a fantastic job. Its expensive however the best, scratch free, car wash you will find anywhere.

One of the best car washes in Metro Detroit. This car wash uses more water during the cleaning than most which cuts down on swrils and damaged paint you usually see in normal tunnel washes. They also spend an insanely long time pretreating your vehicle before you even enter the wash! If you are in a pinch and cant find a touchlesscar wash this is the next best thing.

Sometimes people just don’t know how to deal with customers

The car wash was quick, but the car wasnt clean. I had a large, noticeable run of dirt down from my license plate, and the guy who did the towel dry said absolutely nothing. Didnt discover it until I got home. I paid for the $10 wash and wax deluxe wash and they didnt even get all the dirt off. Makes me worry how much dirt the hand towel guy ground into my paint with his dirty rag.

Have used your car wash for 3 years. Saturday I bought a 6wash pack for $40 had the car washed and noticed after salt streaks all over the car. Do you use fresh water or recirculated? The salt water bath my car received is 10X worse for the car components than picking up road salt. Do you have a policy to rewash?

I have a brand new 2018 Ford F150. This car wash nearly ripped my factory radio antenna right off of my truck. Do not go here if you care about your car.I also have a 2007 Ford Edge with a rust spot the size of a quarter. They refused to wash my car. The owner was extremely rude about it.Place is also overpriced.

This is my favorite car wash. It’s not cheap...it’s good quality tho. Can’t give 5 stars because often times I show up and they tend to close early. I get it when the weather is lousy...but it even happens on decent days. (5/30/19 for example). Waste of time driving over here from Berkely. Sort of a bummer.

Your Car Wash is by far the best Car Wash Ive been to in Michigan. Not exaggerating, not kidding, I was stunned by how clean my car came out after the wash.The car wash is set up in a semi-autonomous, semi-human operator fashion. You enter the booth, and an attendant foams/sprays your car down by hand, and then its washed by the machines. I got the top level wash, and it was fantastic. The price is only $15 which is more than the $3.50 you pay at the carwashes that scratch your car, but still less than Ive paid at others that leave your car partially unclean.Dont miss out on this great car wash, Im torn on whether Im happy or sad that I live far away from here... On one hand, Its hard for me to get a good car wash where I live. On the other, if I lived near here, Id probably end up at the car wash multiple times a week...

Awesome car wash! Prices are a tad steep but as soon as my car started getting washed I had no regrets. The guy spent a good 3 minutes scrubbing all the dirt off my filthy car. Staff is pretty friendly too. Best car wash ive ever had!

Soft brushes! Very nice for a auto car way. most of my cars are show cars or too low to take thru something like this, but its great for my work van and some of our other cars to keep them clean in the winter. Very friendly staff and clean environment!

I love this place! The girl/cashier is the nicest person ever! Even way below freezing point Ive always received an excelent service from everyone. There are coin vaccums available. Not the cheapest place in the neighborhood but I is worth every penny. They have a loyalty program and you can also buy booklets for a better price.

Got new truck last week....no scratches.....washed today at this wash today scratched to hell all over hood....beyond furious....and gipped me on tire dressing last week...however workers were pleasant and nice....I have left a message and will wait for a return call...any input from anybody about a issue here?

Have been taking my our cars there for years. Even my Vette with the wide tires and wheels can go through it. There is a plastic guard on the outside of the guide track so the rims dont get scratched or scuffed. One of the better car washes around town!

I have a Ram 1500 and come here every few weeks or so; and while the overall exterior wash is decent, they NEVER get my wheel wells clean. It doesnt even look like they put the sprayer near them. Its a truck, come on!

The personnel working inside (spraying the cars) was extremely rude during my last visit. The lady yelled MOVE YOUR A**!!! at me as I was driving and lining up the car on the conveyor. I could not see the car in front of me as my windshield was sprayed with soap, so I was being cautious.They just lost one regular customer...
