Have taken our vehicles here for years. Always courteous & seem efficient. Would give 5 stars but their hours changed & no longer open on Saturday. We have to drive 1 hr 1-way & now have to take off work to keep up the maintenance for the warranty. Would be nice to still have Saturday option available. Not open on Saturday makes it difficult & more costly as a consumer. Please corporately reconsider?!

Went to get ceramic tint done to my vehicle for the windshield, side windows, and rear window.  Both side windows (passenger and drivers) had to be redone due to scratches on the tint itself. Went back the next day to get the problem fixed and there were scratches again on the drivers side window. Overall, the work lacked attention to detail and was easily dismissed when the issue was brought up. In fact, it was informed theres a 10ft rule when it comes to noticing flaws which was not acceptable. I have had all my vehicles tinted previously by other companies and this was my first, and last, one thats going to be done by Ziebart in Troy. I immediately contacted another franchise and will see if they can provide better quality. Despite their tinting work, they may excel with other services they offer.

I have taken my truck there the last two years through a warranty i bought on my truck. Both years when got my truck back have found a defect on my truck that was NOT there when dropped off. Of course they deny any wrong doing.

Its ok...we bought a package when we got our car for service once a year. I think its overpriced if you didnt do this. One thing that kinda annoyed me when I went was that we are supposed to get seat protection/conditioner put on with our service. I have 5 kids all in some kind of car seat/booster...got there pulled all the seats out only to be told they wouldnt do it cause my seats had food particles on them...were there gold fish and french fries yes...but I felt like vacuuming off the seats should have been a given. Asked how much to vacuum them off so they could apply and he told me $300 for an interior detail....this seemed a little steep...long story short I had to pick it up after they did the exterior vacuum it myself which honestly took 5 minutes with my hand vac at home cause its gold fish for goodness sakes and take it back to have them put the stuff on the seats. So I guess if you go to have your car cleaned make sure to clean it first...

Off the 8 windows on my vehicle everyone of them has multiple bubbles/ imperfections. It is the worse window tint job Ive seen and I paid over 500 for it. To say Im disappointed is a vast understatement

Worst place ever, avoid at all cost! Have had multiple trucks done here: last year they didn’t leave keys in truck. Decided to give it another shot. Had an appointment for a truck. I asked if they could tint curved windows. They said yes and scheduled it for 8am. Called at 1230 and they didn’t even touch it yet and told me they couldn’t do it since it wouldn’t look right.

Let me start with the amazing customer service; every time I call to schedule my appointment for my car, they are always extremely friendly, helpful, and personable. They always get us scheduled ASAP as well! I look forward to my cars yearly treatment!The people who greet you at the door are so kind and always listen to what you say. I never considered tinting my windows, but when I told them about my window screens that are pretty big, they instantly informed me about their tints, explained pricing, but was NEVER pushy about it! I do plan on returning for tinted windows now!But the best part about Ziebart is their work. My car is in such great condition because their treatments to the outside of my car last so long and really hold up! And when they detail and clean the inside of my car; I always feel like I am leaving in a brand new car. I will never go to anybody else for my car.I HIGHLY recommend Ziebart for your car care. You will leave with such a high satisfaction level and a new love for your car.

If you care about your car or truck, do not go here or any Ziebart for that matter....Entrusted them with my 2021 Ram 1500 for window tinting and undercoating...When I went to pick up the truck, it was filthy inside and out and I found numerous surface scratches in the A pillar on the passenger side...I pointed out these issues to the assistant store manager who took the truck back inside to try to buff the scratches out....When they all didn’t come out, he denied responsibility for the scratches stating nothing they did involved the A pillar....I will never go to another Ziebart ever...I had issues with a different Ziebart location with my last car in which they nearly drilled through the outer sheet metal on a door causing 3 or 4 sharp points which cost $1500 to repair...Of course that location also denied responsibility...Should have learned my lesson from that experience. Shame on me......If I could give them zero stars, I would...Also, be aware of a 3% shop supplies fee they will tack onto your bill......

Ziebart in Troy Ohio has got to be the worst place i have ever done business with. They find the time to take your money the first but if you have any issues with the product you bought from them they dont have the time to make it right. Their customer service is sad, they dont call you back and they treat you like a problem not like a customer. My guess is that the car dealership down the road keeps them busy enough. I will never recommend them to anyone, if anything I recommend you stay far away from this zebart unless you want to be treated as less than ! Brought in a Volvo XC70 that has been parked outside for over 7 years and had ground-in dirt in the rear leather seats from the days when my kids were still in car seats & put their wet feet on the seat.We had the car detailed inside & out and got it back looking BRAND NEW!! They did a tremendous job, and the manager walked out with me while I went over it to be sure it was done to my satisfaction.This is the 2nd car weve had detailed here, and both times they did great work, but the exterior detailing was so good it just blew my mind. Super pleased with the quality of work here.

I had scheduled a remote start to be put on over the phone, they told me the prices and I agreed. We dropped our vehicle off the night before as it is a 50min. Drive for us. They call the morning of the install, stating that it would cost more than the original quote, because after the install something else wouldnt work right when it works perfectly fine before. A complete sales gimmick to take your money, already had the remote start done at another place for cheaper and no issues.

They are horrible at window tinting. They do not double check their work. I had to have them fix the window tint twice and it is still not right. I just gave up and will wait till it wears in a few years and get it replaced again.

We buy our cars from a local dealership and decided to get the top of the line package sine this was our first NEW car and wanted to ensure we kept it clean. Today was our one year touch-up appointment (we scheduled it 3 months ago), my wife dropped the car off because it was going to take 4-6 hours for everything. When we picked up the truck we saw they had not done a complete detail for the inside and we couldn’t tell they had actually done anything on the outside either, when we questioned the employee she informed us that a detail was extra despite the package we had payed for. We also noticed a large scuff on the leather top on our arm rest/console. They told us we could come back in and go over it again but we politely refused and will be taking our business elsewhere.

Just bought a new Canyon and had the Salesmen at Dave Arborgast convince me to buy the Gold Package from Ziebart. I had issues with the initial treatment and had the salesmen take it back. Jerry at Ziebart scheduled an appt with me to go over the issues. All was resolved with my satisfaction. Part of my problem was I hadnt had Ziebart since my last purchase of a new vehicle 16 years ago. Therefore I was basing my issues on my old vehicles. Jerry explained the new treatments and what they cover per the manufacturers specifications. Incidentally us common folk cant get those specs. The dealers can. Anyway he offered to put my vehicle up on the rack for my inspection and stated he would do that for anyone from people thinking about getting the treatment to those that bought it through the dealer. I was very enlightening. He also explained the yearly check up that is imperative to keep the vehicle rust free. Neither of my previous vehicles had rust when I sold them. This Ziebart is run by professionals. Very good experience today. I wanted to surprise my wife with an interior/exterior detailing for her birthday. I took her vehicle from her work without her knowing. I show up at the Ziebart in the middle of the workday, middle of the week, so obviously they were busy. I explained what I was trying to do and they said they will get it back to me in time to get it back to her work so it is a complete surprise when she gets in. Not just this...I had no ride to get back to my truck 5 miles away. Yes I I planned really well right? I was going to sit there for 2 hours, but they said they could drive me to my car. Awesome service - Wish other companies out there would act similar. Unfortunately good customer service is a lost art. Not at this Ziebart!

So far my husband and I have taken two of our vehicles here for window tint after being purchased and detailed. The first vehicle that was tinted came home with a cracked dash board. Small, but noticeable! At that time we let it go because it was a older mini van. We just picked up our second vehicle up from getting window tint, once we got it home I noticed two sets of deep scratches on our rear hatch, parallel to each other and very similar in damage. We took it back and had the manager look at it. We were told that their employees “don’t do that because they get too many new cars at this location.” But unknown to them prior to this appointment we had all the scratches in the vehicle touched up and waxed. So the new scratches were definitely from them. We were offered a free buff to possibly get the scratches out. But, because if the damage it would of been impossible to buff out as the scratches are clearly threw the paint and down to bare metal. Will not be bringing any of our vehicles back to this Ziebart location and I warn anyone who does!

Took my truck in for a bed liner and undercoating. I got it back completely filthy finger prints everywhere. The tailgait top had something all over it. The work was fine but to not wash it when you are done is just poor service. When I take my harley in for any type of service they wash it when they are finished. Maybe Ill try line x for my bed cover and running boards. Hope line x does remote starters

Just had 2 cars windows tinted, and bought a set of WeatherTech floor mats at Ziebart in Troy. Too bad 6 stars isnt an option. They were punctual, informative, polite, professional!! The gentleman we dealt with was Jerry. Very personable and knowledgable of their products and services! My experience was one that would definitely bring me back to do business with them!

I purchased the all around window tint package for every window in my Chevy Cruze. They did what appeared to be a good job when I picked it up and when I went home to look at it more in detail. There were several spots of damage. This damage ranged from cuts in the tint, hairline scratches, and not full coverage . I took it back and they said they would check the damage I noticed on the visor, both drivers side, and passengers side windows. They replaced the windows I asked of except the drivers side, not to mention the visor was put back on unevenly and had to be replaced that same day with a 20 minute wait. Right when it came out after being replaced 2 times, I noticed a scratch in that same replaced visor and I asked the gentleman who brought my car out if this was a scratch so I did not have to come back and get it re-done. He told me, It is a watermark, give it time bub. I waited 5 days and I felt an indent in the scratch I noticed when I told him. The drivers side window still had hairline scratches that were very noticeable in the sunlight, but when they inspect it in their shop, they cannot simulate it to make a judgement call, which is understandable. Recently, I just took it back after them having to cancel due to their tenor not being in throwing my schedule off a week just to get the visor replaced with the long, noticeable cut and the drivers side window. I still do not know the lady behind the counters name but she says the issues I have, she has never heard of. This will be her first then.Sorry for the long read but this has been a 2 week thing. This business deserves a 1 star rating due to the many times I have had to go in to get things replaced that should have been better than this the first time.Some things they should improve on is the updating of their tools/squeegees that have noticeable wear on them by all of the hairline scratches all over the windows. Their 16 year experienced tenor should know this.Thank you for reading and I DO NOT recommend getting your windows tinted here.

I had a remote start installed on my vehicle. It never worked correctly as I could no long start my car with the key after installed, only the key fob. When the key fob failed to work numerous times I was left without a car. I was told by Ziebart the lifetime warranty only covered the remote start and it wasn’t their fault. After having the remote start removed by a dealership (at my own cost) my car now runs again and starts as normal. So much money wasted.

Do not go to this Ziebart! While performing service on my $75K truck they cracked the cluster causing almost $1k damage. When I called them and emailed, they refused to accept responsibility and told me I should try to get it fixed in warranty. This was not a warranty issue and I had to pay for the repairs. Paid nearly $1k for the premium Ziebart package and now repairs caused by this store. They have lost my business for life.Ziebart Owner: I did can the corporate office and was told that all issues of this nature are resolved by the local owner. After calling your facility back no one was willing to resolve the issue. After much deliberation, I needed it fixed and went to GM and paid for the repairs. I will continue to advise everyone I know against your services.

I believe in their Diamond Gloss product, however I am very disappointed in the service. My wife purchased a life time treatment package for her new car and every year when I take her car in for a refresh it comes out looking worse than when it went in. Multiple missed spots, still dirty in some spots, and hand prints by every wheel as if someone lifted themselves up after dressing the tires. If you are not a one time paying customer, you get rushed treatment and second hand service practices.

We were not happy with our last maintenance on our vehicle due to it looking like some of the car had not even been washed, but we let that go. After losing my paperwork and calling to find out my next service date, the Manager Amy was extremely rude, spoke in a condescending disrespectful tone, and not helpful in finding that date. After calling a second time, and repeatedly asking for information, she finally gave me another number to call to verify my date. Will be driving to Centerville for more professional service.

I bought my car through a dealership where a Ziebart package was included. My first experience at a different location was great and I was so happy with the results so I tried the shop closer to me. This time I dont believe that my full package was even provided, my floorboards werent even vacuumed out and my package includes a fabric protectant. Ive called the number provided on other reviews and wasnt able to get through. I emailed the customer service department and I was told they didnt deal with the locally owned Ziebarts and they would forward it to the local customer service but I still have had no response. If they had done a shoddy job thats one thing but they didnt even complete the package Im supposed to have. After such a great first impression else where I am so disappointed with both the job they did and the customer service response.

Matt and Amy are extremely rude and unprofessional. Never have I received such horrible customer service in my life. After getting into a dispute about a price misunderstanding on window tint and having the two gang up on me, they decided to rip my newly put on window tint off my windows. Matt grabbed my keys off the counter and Amy went out and started yanking it off. It was ridiculous and customers should not be treated like that. Instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding matt argued with me and told me he knew what he told me and I was wrong. As someone who works in customer service if I was treated a customer like the way I was treated by those two I would be fired, no matter how the customer treated me . My family has also had bad experiences with these two when bringing in cars. You definitely need to do some better training with your staff when dealing with the public! And from the comments I’ve read Amy needs some extra attention!

Bought a used truck from a local dealer and they use Ziebart of Troy for their aftermarket installs. Had a Undercover Ultra tonneau cover installed by Ziebart. I picked up the truck from the dealership and brought it home. Noticed it had a small dent on the freshly installed cover as well as failing to install a 2nd LED light that came with the cover. Ziebart later installed the LED light they failed to include or install previously but would take 0 liability of the dent on the cover and said it could only be replaced to the tune of another $1,000. I would recommend calling Line-X in Troy for your aftermarket needs. Keith from Line-X has already attempted to get me information to try and help out on a sale and install that he didnt even do.

Had my windows tented and there were bubbles in it within the first couple days. They fixed the problem but their custom service is terrible. I tried calling to schedule an apt for my yearly maintenance and every time got a voice mail. Month later I realized they never told me what time to drop off my truck for the service and again called numerous times to only get a voice mail.Doesnt seem like their priority is repeat business. When you call numerous times throughout the day someone should pick up the phone.

Bought a remote starter years ago and anytime I actually use it it will drain a full battery to dead within a week. The first time it happened was right after it was installed and they blamed my car battery for being old. After I went through like 4 batteries and spent over $400 having my car tested at multiple places, it came back as nothing was wrong with my car.My car was working fine for a a year when I stopped using the starter and got another new battery. Then I made the mistake earlier this week of grabbing my spare keys and when I put them in my pocket, I accidentally hit the button to start the car. Sure enough today, the battery is week and needs charged.Im to the point where I need to have them remove this piece of junk they installed wrong and blamed me over and over again that it was my fault for whats happening. The Troy Ohio location is one of the worst for customer support.

Not recommended, took truck in for annual Maintenance, including Rhino Truck bed check, which I knew required attention,, which I called and confirmed twice that it would be done. Arrived to pick up truck they admitted it wasnt done despite confirming it was documented in the notes of the appointment. Then I noted they failed to do the seam of where the tailgate and bed meet. If your read what annual maintenance consist of in the lobby that is one item they are supposed to do, since it is susceptible to rust. So one wonders just what else did they miss. They did do the bed and tech rep di offer to tailgate, but I had no time to wait for something that should have been done right in the first place. I cannot accept poor attention to details and failing to read customers requests. They appear to do bare minimum hoping there lack of quality will not be caught.

Do NOT go to Troy Ziebart. Did terrible job on all three of my vehicles. Just a few examples, chipping paint off car with expensive custom paint job. They admitted they chipped the paint but wouldnt do anything! Also spraying black undercoating all over white paint on truck then using paint thinner on the paint to remove the undercoating from the paint. Manager Amy rude and extremely unprofessional. She told us to leave and never come back because we were upset that they damaged our vehicles? Ziebarts corporate is worthless! Please dont let Troy Ziebart touch your vehicle!

Ignore Ziebart Corporates Response: All Lies. Local Ziebart Management and Corporate Refused to do Anything and WONT refund the Money.The two locations, Troy & Vandalia, are franchise locations. Ziebart requested the car be left with them from 9Am to 5PM that day. The car was then picked up at the end of the day.After returning home, it was noticed that there was hair and dirt under the rear window tint (Pictures on Page 7 and 8). A call was placed to Ziebart and an appointment was arranged to have the job redone on 9/23/16. In the interim, but before Ziebart redid the tint, the front Passenger window had a problem (Pictures on Page 4,5,6). On 9/21/16, I went down in person to speak to the manager regarding the problems that had arisen. The manager refused to accept responsibility and blamed me for the problems. He was very rude and belligerent in the process. I left the store, still keeping the appointment on 9/23/16.A call + email were made to corporate and Corey Ward called on 9/22/16. Corey directed me to cancel the appointment to have all windows redone at Poe Avenue and take the car to the Troy, Ohio ZIebart after speaking to the Manager / Owner Amy McKinnon.On 9/23/16, the car was taken to Ziebart Troy and left from 9AM to 5PM.I spoke to Amy McKinnon when the car was dropped off and indicated the appointment at Poe Avenue was to have all windows redone. Amy acknowledged me and took the keys. Upon picking up the car, I noticed only the Rear Windshield and Front Passenger Windows had been redone. I spoke to Amy and she indicated after the fact that Corey Ward Only authorized the two windows. I explained that all windows were to have been redone, as was the appointment setup at Poe Avenue.I was then directed to bring the car back on 9/24/16 to have the work redone on the remaining windows. On 9/24/16, the car was taken to Ziebart Troy. The remaining windows (Front Driver, Rear Driver, and Rear Passenger) were redone. On the way home, I immediately noticed problems with the tint. There was a 2 inch crease running down the Front Drivers Window. A few hours later, I was able to Drive up to Troy for the third time and brought the problem to Amys attention. She then took the car back again, and had the front window re-tinted.The retint on the front Drivers window is still unsatisfactory (Pictures 9 and 10). A line / crease are present. Likewise, the Rear Driver has Tool Marks / Scratches (Picture 11), The Front Passenger has Excessive Bubbling (Picture 12), and Rear Passenger has Tool Marks / Scratches (Picture 13).Ziebart has had 4 attempts to correct their workmanship, and has only made the problem worse with each subsequent attempt. Ziebart has been unable to perform the agreed upon services after being given ample opportunity. Ziebart refuses to refund the money.

Too my suv to be detailed, worst mistake of my life. After spending ovet a 100 dollars i received my car back with SOAKED carpets, my rugs were ruined and thrown in the back of my car, when I opened the door there were nats everywhere. There was ecxess spray everywhere from where they tried to clean it but failed miserably! Manager was a complete ass when i expressed my concerns. I had to buy new car liners for my whole car, which i wasnt reimbursed for! Horrible Horrible service! I had to take the car and pay another 100 to have it detailed by competent people. Over it cost me 300 dollars for a 100 dollar job?
