Friendly service individuals. Didnt overcharge. Actually saved me 100 dollars unexpectedly

Excellent customer service!

Every time I visit this place I have one or the other disappointments. One of them I reported and there was no action taken, that is, 1st time when I went to service they mentioned that my tires are yellow, 2nd time they mentioned that tires are Red and 3rd time they mentioned that tires are Green, I was shocked to see how Tire grew back instead of getting older, I raised the concern immediately then the excecutie and I went to my car and checked the tires and they were Green, not sure Why they mentioned Yellow and Red previous two times? Just to make money?On my next visit they did not prepare the Sticker of when should stop by next time, I had to talk to them and get it.Once they forgot to Clear MAINTENANCE REQUIRED lightThis particular time, I called to service department and asked how much they would charge to remove a nail from the Tire, over phone they mentioned nothing, not even labor but when i stopped by to the service center they mentioned that $24 would be charged (however they fixed it free later) but why two different executives has different information? Again this time they prepared the Sticker for the next visit after 200 miles, upon asking they corrected it. Same guy from past 4 visits he was telling I had to flush the Transmission fluid, this time when I asked to do it, they executive mentioned that Transmission fluid flush done only after 100000 miles, So I am really not able to trust these guys at all. Very very bad service. I dont know have much idea on which other shops I could visit, that why I keep going to this place. Also they scares me if I get service done from other shops the extended warranty gets void, this is one of the reasons why had to visit these guys.
